The only place my dogs will let them actually groom. I have a screaming overly dramatic chihuahua and a corgi mix looking thing and he tends to be over protective over his sister and a overly sensitive boy. The groomers are amazing and everyone in there is sooo friendly! I never have to worry about my pets being mishandled or injured. Couldn’t recommend them more :)

Sent my best boy Jake off to get his nails trimmed and a good bath, and he came home with a big smile and the cutest bandana! $35 was well worth it! We'll certainly be back!

Been coming here for years. Last experience my dog came out shaking and terrified. Will NEVER come back again. Something terrible happened and I wish he was able to tell me however, his actions and behavior spoke volumes.

I was worried about finding a groomer when we moved here from out of state and was so happy to find this place. My dog is not traumatized when I go pick her up. They also don't keep her for 5 hours like my old groomer in Utah did. She's a 5 lb teacup poodle and looks just adorable when I pick her up. I would highly recommend Best in Show groomers.

Very pleased with the grooming on my Cavalier. I asked for a short clip not the show dog style and he looks adorable. Everyone was very friendly, kind and attentive. I will definitely recommend and go back. Great haircut.

BIS is a wonderful place to take my dogs for professional grooming. Eric really listens to what you want to have done with your dog and your dog comes back to you happy and well groomed. My dogs are not afraid to go in here which tells me they are treated wonderfully while I am gone and they are getting pampered. I would highly recommend this place though I don't think they're taking any new customers at this time and you do need to book a month in advance. They are that good

Wonderful customer service. My cat has some mats that needed taken care of. They shaved his belly and trimmed his nails. He is so much happier already! They also let me know what the best grooming supplies were for a long haired kitty. Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be back even if it’s just for some pet supplies.

This place has always done a great job with my Persian cats. I always have their nails cut, hair washed, and hair cut (sometimes styled with a lion cut or poodle cut) because they're long haired felines. They're always very friendly and quick and do a great job! Most of the time my cat comes back with a little bow in her hair, kerchief around her neck, or both! It's always great to see my kitty all freshened up and it makes her happy to not have to groom all day! Thanks BIS I would recommend your business to anyone wanting to spoil their fur babies!!

I generally take my little Chihuahua there for her nails, they do a wonderful job and the girls are always great with her. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is because they don't preschedule an appointment you have to call the day of and HOPE you can get in.

I love the service I get here. I've been bringing my little Lucy (pom/doxie) there for the last year. She consistently give her the same cut and polish everytime. I'm very pleased. Make your pup's an appointment well in advance cuz they're booking up like 3 weeks in advance

I love, love BIS! Owner is knowledgeable about fish and helped numerous times finding the right ones for our tank.They also offer excellent grooming services. My pup can be a bit nippy but Jess knows just how to handle him. Thank you guys!

I love my dogs more than I care about people. My boy is a kinda nervous dog Iv never taken him anywhere to get groomed or anything. He hates getting baths mostly because of me haha. Anyways I brought him here because my client took his dog here. She is animal aggressive, Like to kill cats, but they did a fantastic job with her and said she was good didn’t try to bite or get any animals. So I brought my dog here and they did such a good job, he was happy wasn’t scared when I picked him up. They are really friendly to and the prices seem fair, Another friend of mine gets his dog groomed for 60$. Iv never been anywhere else and It didn’t seem like they charge more than necessary I was pretty happy it was 25$

What a difference!Because I just moved to Thurston, and it's a pandemic, I called around to try and get my dog groomed to no avail until I got a tip from a friend who used to use this place. I went down, looked it over and booked an appointment (only had to wait a week) and today I dropped off my very overgrown poodle-Lhasa mix. They managed to plow thru her ridiculous three month growth in just over two hours, and she is happy, bouncy and feeling great in her snappy new scarf!I booked her next appointment, so glad I found them!

I have used this groomer for over 16 years and five dogs. They have always delivered flawless, helpful service. I recommend them highly. Having moved about 30 minutes away over four years ago, I continue to drive my dog to BIS for his grooming, because they are terrific!

I've known Eric and his wife for about 20 years. They are not only amazing at what they do, they are genuine and trustworthy people. They have always been great to work with and are extremely compassionate towards our families animals. As long as they have their shop; they have my business. If you are in the Eugene/ Springfield area, this is the place you want to go if you want the very best for your furry family member! This is the absolute best place to go for dog grooming! I moved to portland and still drive my dogs down here to get groomed because no one compares to their quality or prices. They do an amazing job and take such good care of my babies. My dogs have never looked so good!!

This shop is a hidden gem! We have a little finicky rescue who can be high maintenance, and doesn't like her face groomed. We have take Buttercup to so many groomers who leave her groomed unevenly, and we just hope for the best. Not only did she look amazing, but it was very reasonably priced, and she had the BEST grooming job EVER!!! She looked like a new dog. They did the cutest design on her face, which I never dreamed was possible. They have earned a customer for life in us! You can't go wrong going there. Also, they were really quick, but offered to keep Buttercup there as long as I needed to. Don't wait, call now (I had to wait 2 weeks for this appointment).

They got my mother's dog done really quickly. They actually listened & followed through on my sister's instructions to take special care around the dog's eyes, so she wouldn't have hair growing into her eyes before the next grooming.

I take my little Chihuahua there, he will not let me trim his nails at all... Katie takes such care of niko, not one peep out of him, he loves her so much. When we get closer to the place niko starts screaming with excitement, i can't say her name without him wanting to go see Katie lol... Thank you for taking care of my baby, we love you!!

I used to take my cat here periodically and he always came out looking and smelling wonderful. They always squeezed me in their schedules, even if it was the day of. He has gone missing, otherwise we would still bring him here.

Love this place they treat our dogs so wonderful. Tish and the owners are amazing we have been going there for years and one of our dogs is now blind and they treat both of them with such compassion Teddy and bear love going there.
