Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and friendly. I've gotten helpful advice and suggestions every time I've gone in. Prices are fair and they give out free samples sometimes. They had cute mystery bags at Christmas too. Would recommend this place to anyone!

They mistreated my dog and made him cry when he usually does fine with nails trims. The groomer was mad because the message that we were there for nails and anal glands wasn’t relayed to her until she was handing my dog back to me after doing just his nails. I kindly let her know we wanted glands to. She jerked him out of my arms and was roughly handling him. He is 6 lbs 😿. He started crying (never cried with anyone before). She was rude and I’d hate to see how she treats the animals without the owners standing there watching. Had to take him to another place afterwards anyway because he didn’t seem relieved (still itchy). Never going back. If you want the people you are paying to treat you pet nicely, go somewhere else

We tried to use our gift cards. They said we could only use 1 of the 3 we had because it's 1 per household per day. We had 2 households there but they still only let us use 1 card. This is a waste of gas and a waste of time. Take care of your customers!

Even thought they didn't have anything thing fish related, the what looked like to be boss or manager was very helpful with lots of recommendations for stores around the area that would have fish supplies. PS (mainly dog and cat store) may have some other animal stuff I didn't pay super close attention. NO FISH Stuff though.

Excellent customer service. I haven't found a question yet that Richie (the owner) doesn't know the answer to. All of their employees are really knowledgeable and super friendly. And their groomers (Michelle!!) has the patience of a saint when working with my puppy. And if you try a new treat or type of food and your pet doesn't like it, you can return it!! If they don't happen to be the closest place to where you live, it's absolutely worth driving a little farther. Me and my dog (Bert "The Squirt" Reynolds") highly recommend!!!!

I have three cats, and they're very picky eaters. They carry a brand called "Natural & Delicious" that my cats love, and it seems to be easy on their digestive tracts. We go through a big bag about every two weeks, and one of the owners Ritchie I think his name is always makes sure to have a bag of the flavor I get on the shelf. I few times I walked in, and he had already brought the bag to the counter for me & had my account pulled up...Here's a picture of my cats to enjoy😊

Took my furbaby lucius there for a much needed hair cut and they did awesome. They where all super friendly and knowledgeable. Very eager to suggest things to make things easier with taking care of him. Even gave him a few dog treats and a couple of samples! Got a dog food sample and a oral gel sample for his bad breath. Will definitely be returning

Marvelous pet food store in Springfield, OR Found my pup's favorite food, Pur Vida, that I'd been trying to find for months. They also have grooming here for a reasonable charge. I got my Pug mix a bath and brush here with all the extra goodies done. Very pleased, very knowledgeable clerk that helped me find just what I was looking for

Michelle Manzer has been our groomer since our Golden Retriever was a pup. We love her to pieces.She is gentle and patient with our baby and gently firm when necessary. Our pup is always meticulously washed, brushed, trimmed and pampered when she is groomed.When we have had scheduling conflicts, Michelle cheerily and readily accomodates the changes without making us feel like an inconvenience or a bother. As a matter of fact, Michelle is VERY easy to work with and accomodating to our pup's needs.I rest assured that my pup is in excellent hands when I drop her off for her "spa day!"We have followed Michelle and will continue to follow her wherever she goes because she is the ABSOLUTE BEST groomer we have ever had. She is wonderful, professional, friendly. She clearly loves animals and what she does. My dog is never afraid to be left in Michelle's care.We wholeheartedly and completly recommend Michelle Manzer at All American Pet for your pet's grooming needs!

EDIT: Well, the day after my dog had his grooming appointment, that I thought went so well, I was so wrong. He now has HUGE scabs all over his face, and neck. Poor guy can't stop itching and I have to keep a cone on him so the scabs don't get infected from him trying to scratch them. They also didn't get his nails trimmed much.The staff and store itself are still all nice with high quality products. I just won't be taking my dog back to the groomers there.Original Review: I wish I had known about their grooming services sooner!!! My 11-lb terrier mix looks the best he’s ever has!!! The groomer did exactly as I asked, no nicks or patches anywhere. Plus, the store is full of high quality, clean ingredient treats, foods, toys, etc! All the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable.Will definitely continue to go back indefinitely!

Richie was so so helpful! He asked if i needed help, and when i brought up a medical concern i was trying to alleviate for my dog he proved to be VERY knowledgeable.Besides staff knowing what they're talking about, their food selection is AWESOME! Really good prices on brands i struggle to find because of specific diet needs. When it comes to quality food options (including raw!), good advice, and a grooming station in-store you GOTTA check it out.I basically immediately decided that this store will be my go-to for my general AND very specific needs.Amazing local business!

Sam was great! She was so gentle while grooming! My cat is a very shy one, so when we got home he went straight into hiding, but he came out after only 5 minutes and started enjoying the complementary catnip sample we received on the way out.I was surprised to see him so playful that soon from coming home! I will be going back for sure!

We have taken our dogs three times and had pleasant experiences. My girlfriend tried to call ahead the first time and was told “oh don’t worry just walk in. We do walk ins.” So we have always done walk ins. Today, we were treated poorly and were told that we should have called ahead. I tried telling the lady at the register that we have never been told this and she ignored me and kept walking. We will not be going back.

Great products great prices and great grooming. I took my dogs here every 3 weeks and get them groomed. I've been going here for years they are the only people who I would trust to groom my dogs. We used to use the big box store dog food we changed over to an American made dog food are dogs coats never looked so good. You really get what you pay for, if you love your animals go to All American Pet.

Just moved to the area and read reviews. This place got good reviews and is conveniently located. Grooming is in the back. Pet store was well kept. Groomers were very professional and understood my whining dog. They could have sold me a cut in addition but they thought a bath would suffice. Saved me money and my dog looks great. If Price and care are your concern, I'd recommend this place

I love this place! It is one of my absolute favorite local stores to support in the area. The store clerks and/or owners are always so helpful and knowledgable. I spend my check outs here learning new things about my dogs diet and health every time that I come in here. You can tell that this store cares about their field and takes the time and effort to stay updated on researches regarding pet products. They also have a client list of last names so they can look up your purchase log in case you want to double check what you've bought in the store. This is helpful for a picky dog like mine so when I go and re-up on his food, I don't buy a brand or flavor that he previously did not like.
