As a "loyal" customer of this esteemed, revered, and undoubtedly superior establishment, I confess that my allegiance is not borne out of genuine affection or unwavering devotion, but rather a begrudging acceptance of the limited options available to me in this particular locale.You see, it's not that I particularly enjoy the experience of frequenting your establishment, with its perpetual shortages of just about anything that is considered a "deal" (which typically translates to "normal price" at other retailers). Nor do I revel in the feeling of being taunted by the mere promise of such delectable, heavenly deserts at a reasonably competitive sale price. Sure..., perhaps you will read this, and perhaps you will not, but I do hope it paints a picture as you imagine that look of incredulous dismay as I stand peering through the freezer's crystal-clear doors, met with a scene of incredulous dismay. Sale signs plastered everywhere mocking me –  glaring reminders of promised deals absent the discounted barrels of heaven themselves.And let's not forget the manager's apparent vendetta against the very concept of discounted ice cream. It's almost as if they're purposefully sabotaging the inventory, enticing us with the allure of ice cream on sale. Snickering at our bewilderment, hoping we now purchase the full-priced options now that the sales items are nowhere to be found. What a delightfully devious scheme, I must say - though I'm sure the customers on the receiving end of this ploy would beg to differ.So, back my loyalty, if one might call it that. One would certainly guess that it stems solely from the fact that you happen to be the sole purveyor of such, 'Brain Freeze Nectar' in the immediate range of convenience.So, while you may delude yourselves into believing that anybody on this side of town is one such "loyal" customer, enamored with your unparalleled service and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, the truth is far more prosaic.Many of us find ourselves approaching with a hesitant dragging of our feet, begrudgingly participating in this perfunctory engagement, though purely a happenstance, unrelated to convenience or laziness, and nothing to do with your monopolistic presence... And if I remember correctly... Wait. This is triggering some sort of fuzzy memory... I am pretty sure you guys owe me money...

The larger self checkout is great but I don't like to use it all the time. I enjoy going through to a register and having someome else help especially when im in a hurry or very overwhelmed.A couple different times this year Ive had a poor experience with one specific cashier (short grey haired bob, tall older woman)Today she was not at her register, although her register light was on. Instead she was at the customer service desk looking at her phone talking with her coworker not even looking over to check on her register. Another cashier had to grab her attention. I chose this checkout register because it was empty, as most people try to do.Another time was a while back after our ice storm, she completely disregarded me as a customer, though I patiently waited, and was in a hurry, while she had the longest 5 min chat with the person who was ahead of me after she had scanned and held customers receipt in hand. But when I came up for service she barely said a word to me though I was being quite friendly. It was really off putting.Each time I received the cold shoulder from her and she didn't seem the least bit sorry for her poor customer service. She's getting paid to chit chat and ignore customers needs.This has been my experience with her the couple Ive times Ive had to encounter her in this first start of the year. I'm a single mom of 3 and take care of people for a living. I really can't express enough how much I appreciate good customer service especially on overwhelming days like this.

This store is usually busy which is good for the customer,good turnover means fresh produce,dairy,and meat.They have self checkout so you never have to wait. Each week they have sale items that save you 50%,buy these to save$.

It’s sad how this company purposefully inflates its prices and takes advantage of the hard working people in this area and across our state. The more monopolized Albertson’s, Kroger, Safeway becomes — the more they price fix across the board and continue to hurt hard working families across our state & the country. This is why monopolies should be broken apart and if we think prices are high now —- watch what will happen if Albertson’s / Kroger mergers and the conglomerate along with Walmart will control 70% of the grocery market in over 170 American cities. —- PRICE FIXING is only going to get worse.

What is going on with the bakery? Seriously the quality has been going down in the last several months. And the prices have gone up. I really don't mind paying more money if the quality is there. For instance your cinnamon rolls look like they were thrown together, frosted by a 3-year-old and then tossed in the back of a UPS truck. Come on guys this is really sad amp up your game there's a lot of other bakeries out there I could give my money to. On a positive note the rest of the store is great particularly the pharmacy and the cashiers are top-notch.

Terrible customer service! I always feel like a burden there. The deli doesn't even know the deals they have, I had to get the sign and show them the deal. I always feel like I'm a convict if I ask for help at the self checkout; they question my integrity if the coupon doesn't work every time...Nope not trying to steal or pull one over on you. Ugh! I thought it was just me but they did it to my daughter, brother in law, and one of the ladies at church. Don't come to work if you can't do your job or hate people, go work in the morgue!

Just about everything here is overpriced and can be bought elsewhere for cheaper. Even their floral department is grossly overpriced. On the rare occasion they will have a sale on certain items to make it worth shopping here.

While I love the pharmacy and the folks working there, I hate going in because the smell of the seafood section is nauseating. The entire store reeks of fish. I wish there was a drive through or done other way to access the pharmacy without going in. Unfortunately they are the only pharmacy that reliably keeps one of my meds in stock so don't dare switch again.

The location is convenient, but every time I shop here, I claim I will never do it again. Prices on many of the items I buy are literally twice or even three times the cost when compared to the grocery store I usually shop at.The wait at the checkout line is always extremely long.Don't try to use the bathrooms. They are filthy.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous. I'm talking ridiculous. They have jacked up their prices way above competitors and then act like their “sale” isn't just the actual price of the item before they artificially inflated the prices to make it appear like a sale.Albertson's is owned by Kroger which also owns entities like Safeway and others. They have slowly monopolized a huge swath of the grocery industry and use this monopoly to screw customers over by price gouging.I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere where your money goes further for the EXACT SAME products. Costco, Winco, are excellent alternatives. I'm currently making around 80k a year which is great for this area… but I want my hard earned money to mean something. I want to shop somewhere where customers aren't taken for granted and where I pay the price of what an item actually costs.If you're of a similar mindset, I wouldn't shop here.

I love the Front end store mgr and most all of the checkersI don't know his name but hes so friendly and helpfulThis low rating is not for them in any way..However I continue to have negative interactions with Ivy whose constantly rude, curt and on ahigh horse.On Wednesday 22nd she again was rude while I was purchasing something in customer service..Shes apparently presents as an unhappy person who enjoys weilding her perceived power over customers as most of the other customers in line with me were treated similarlyAgain her name is Ivy & in my opinion (and others at the store) Ishe should be given a course in how to treat customers without contempt.. Thank you

Great staff. Good fried chicken. A little expensive. Its next to a good pizza joint and a really good mexican restaurant. The seafood salad in the meat department is the best and it's cheaper then the one at the deli. They always seem to have a great price on whole milk chocolate milk. And digital coupons are great.

Certain products do not always seem the freshest, maybe they are overstocked, I don't know. That lost a star for me. That being said being well stocked is also a plus side, and they always are. Staff are friendly as usual at an Albertsons. Cashiers are nice to, and patient with my kids.Lines can be long, but it is the holiday season with many places having staffing issues. I called the pharmacy once when my kids were sick to ask a question and the phone just rang. But honestly that sometimes happens at my job too, though my job is not as important as a pharmacy.Overall I am happy having an Albertsons close to my home as it is my preferred place to shop for groceries.

I love their selection of Asian food. sushi and other meals on microwaveable containers. They also have a large selection Asian food dishes to mix and match like a smorgasbord which we get quite often.

Great place to shop. It's clean and well organized. There's a clearance spot in the back of the store that's always fun to check out. The app is a must have to really get the most out of the sales. Usually a free item or 2 can be had as well. Friday is $5 day. Great deals if you don't wait until later in the day.

This is for the app, clipping electronic coupons on a different app, etc ...Either it's on sale or it isn't. This multiple required apps and clips just to get a sale price is wrong. You already know we're here. We give you our phone number when we check out.This is really wrong and makes the shopping experience terrible. I'd rather go to WinCo.

They have quality foods and services, but the app runs horrible, and everyday you have to use it more and more to get any deals. If the item is not on sale, it's usually a ridiculously high price. Do your large shopping at WinCo, and be very selective when you shop here.

Well the prices are extremely high unless you use the app to use coupons and discounted items but if you were to get those there you could still be paying more than if you were to go somewhere like WinCo or Walmart. The people that work there are usually tired and frustrated because the customers don't like the high prices and it's very stressful. I pray for everyone in there every time I go in, however it's very clean and organized, but the prices literally cause chest pains.

I left a review yesterday about no one answering the phone I called several times. I got a reply back saying go to our contact us page. I went and when you click on it goes to an error page. So you can't call because no one answers and there's no way to contact on the website. I'm trying to get ahold of the manager to make a complaint about the horrible way I was treated by the pharmacist after discovering several mistakes that had been made with my medication.
