Awful location. There was 3 people standing around in the front I asked 2 times for someone to help me get flea meds and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come help me. No one made a move.

I love Wilco and have been a customer for many years, but a couple of the new, younger female staff at this specific location are extremely rude and unhelpful. They just have the worst attitude and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about to avoid having to help you. Either that or they’re just flat out low IQ, hard to tell. They just don’t lift a finger to help in any way. So lazy and rude. Like you work at here, it’s your job to help customers.

Almost always have what I need, usually at a reasonable price. Bales of local grass hay are $20 when if I were to actually get loads of hay, I usually only spend $3 or less, but that's how convenience works.

I really appreciated the help I received from the gentleman who works with the which medication would be best for deworming my kitties. This Wilco in Silverton has knowledgeable employees and great customer service. They aren't snooty or stuffy like the employees at the Lebanon location.

The worst return policy I have ever seen. I went to return a Dewalt battery charger. When I got to the counter the store manager said that I would have to receive a check for the return. Even though I paid cash. All because it was over $250. So I went home and grabbed a Dewalt impact gun and vacuum that totaled less than $250. And the manager still wouldn’t return them because they weren’t broke. I told him I could go outside and throw them on the ground. Even though the policy states CLEARLY that “if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase I can return it for a refund”. So if your tools are working or not the Silverton store manager won’t let you return them.

Lovely staff, they have a good variety of pet food and toys, along with some treats and medicines for your pets, including shots. I personally love to go look at the chicks they have. All our chickens have been from Wilco and they're heathly, hardy, and have really good temperament, they're also very trainable.

I was extremely disappointed with one of their employees today & probably won't go back to the store. I get that they're probably used to the dying chicks, but for her to tell us "oh it's ok" was gross.

Wilco is a great store overall but the one in Silverton had an exceptional chick section that even had some game birds such as quails.

Went for garden plants and even found chicken manure for my raised bed. More variety than Lowe's for vegetables and herbs. Small parking lot but well worth the effort to get in.

Wilco Farm Store is what it says...baby chicks and barbed wire, Romeo's and belt buckles, and Carhartt wear all with a country flair. And if you buy that I'll throw in the Golden Gate for free. (lol)

Very friendly, and actually well staffed. So many companies have been cutting staff all over the place and it actually males for an aweful experience. Wilco seems to be keeping people on the floor, and they know so much about the products. Good job wilco!
