This store is always out of stock for one thing or another. You have a hard time finding what you want. It's great for getting one or two things but it's better to go elsewhere for shopping.i I bought French bread which is sold as fresh baked and most times it is then some days it's day old. The employee's are great not one thing bad to say about them. it's busy and it's going to get worse as the town grows

This store is ALWAYS so cold that a warm jacket or coat is needed and your hands freeze, so wear gloves. Prices are ridiculously high, as I've compared several items and decided I can save money and shop warm at Winco even adding the cost of gas! The employees are usually nice, butI will return to this store only if I'm buying a couple quick items from now on.

This Safeway is small so they do not have a large stock of many items. The store is very busy. Be prepared that they may be out of something that you like. The deli sometimes closes down early due to being short staffed. Store is clean except for bottle return area which is a stinky, sticky, filthy, gross mess.

Went to get eggs. Opened a package found 2 broken eggs told the lady filling tue eggs. She grabbed the eggs carton out of my hand and literally threw the eggs carton 5 ft away from me onto a cart. I told her she was being rude them went and found the manager who was so amazing very apologetic and even knew the nasty lady and even asked me if she was "aggressive" to me. So this store knows this dairy lady is awful. Where has good customer service gone?

This Safeway is clean and friendly. I actually live in Salem but the Safeway on Silverton Rd is not such a good one. However, this one is great. The produce is fresh and clean, the employees are friendly and almost always smiling. It honestly gives me old school Roth's vibes, when I'm in there.As far as prices go, Safeway is pretty middle-of-the-road. They have a good selection of food at a decent price.

I always enjoy Safeway when I visit daughter. We used to have them when I lived in Iowa growing up. I like that they have a Starbucks.

As I have said before stock is always on the shelves, staff assists you quickly and accurately. They may only get a partial shipment, but they always have stock on the shelves. With supply chain issues and truckers going on strike, Safeway does the best they can to get product to the store and on the shelvesAnd the management, and staff of this store really do care about having as many and as much products as they can, and work harder than sister stores in the area. That's why I gave them all the stars!

The Silverton Safeway is an excellent place for me to shop. They have good quality meats and have a variety of salmon etc. There isn't a policy of no price changes. It's reasonable decision making. And people, I have a soft spot for the 50% off section. Thanks!

Atmosphere is all about somewhat lower prices, but cheap quality. The employees are treated like they're expendable. They've replaced 90% of their original employees. If your employees are happy, your business is successful, so customers are happy, because they received a polite, cordial shopping experience.

Not sire why all safeways have a different layout but yeah. Huge wine section here. I also appreciate having the hand sanitizer at the door so it can be used on the way in and out. Store was well stocked and clean.

Safeway is a local store where I can find just about anything I need either in a hurry or for the week. The staff is friendly and they ensure that the lines are kept to a minimum. They are a little more pricey than the larger supermarkets like Wal-Mart however, the savings of not having to drive a long distance equals out to about the same cost wise. Plus they do have good sales and that helps.

Their fresh veggies section was well stocked and lots of varieties. The store looked a bit run down and dirty. Im not used to going to Safeway stores so I could say compared to others. Prices are way higher than at the East Coast

Great place , clean and friendly welcoming , workers! I love how peaceful, calm and relaxing it was. Plus Safeway gots the best bakery... so I had to get some cupscakes!!!! Mmmmmmmm...... so delicious!

This store in Silverton is probably the worst at filling their shelves for their sales The shelves are always empty for the sales items. I went in on Wednesday Friday and today for international delight creamer and still they are out of it. I thought the membership card was supposed to help with the inventory .of popular items so can't understand why theShelves are bare.

This location is almost always busy, but the line moves quick. I've always received the correct order and it's always fresh. The employees are really nice and if you order over $30 you get 15% off!

The Starbucks inside the Safeway is trash, but the Safeway itself is great! Came in late (right before closing) and everyone was friendly. Great layout. The younger guy with brown hair at the register was super nice and funny.

Better prices vs Roth Iga, but just a typical corporate store. Decent produce and bakery, the meat section is nice, could be cleaner, plenty of parking, nice staff, Customer service desk is a disaster most of the time. Often there is literally nobody there , twice when I needed something they had to call someone, what kind of customer service is that ?

Not a bad place to stop by for some deals! Sometimes they can be short cashiers at funny hours and it'll be a slow check out. Overall its always been a staple of the town. This also has a Starbucks inside for you coffee lovers!

Good prices. Some mistakes had been made for three weeks, Friday 'chicken is regularly 8 pieces but only 7 had been in the bag for three weeks now. I had expressed my concern at the time of purchase and several excuses had been made. Also I wanted dark meat if you are going to substitute please ask me first.

The one star is for the deli department. Every time I get rotsery chicken there's roasted feathers sticking out of the chicken. I have been to mollala Safeway, and stores in Portland and never had this happen. I do realize during processing they don't get them all out but for gods sake take a little pride in your product and pull the remaining fethers out before you roast it. I should not have to pluck my dinner before I eat it its just gross.
