Roth’s has the best Chocolate chip muffins ever! So mouth watering! Their deli is also super delicious you can order your food and go shop or they can send you a text that your food is finished. They have great breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches! Very clean and staff is very friendly! They have a coffee bar and seating areas for morning get togethers as well!

Roth’s made my daughter’s birthday cake for her 5th birthday party. She had a pink dinosaur jungle theme….and they NAILED IT. Absolutely adorable and was so delicious! Many compliments on the cake. Inexpensive and everything with ordering went very smooth. I’d recommend the bakery to anyone!

Came in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and the gentleman working the deli counter gave me the best experience I have ever had at this location. He was polite, efficient, and he made the sandwich like he truly cared about doing a good job. 10/10. We could not stop raving about how good it was as we were eating.

I got gas here yesterday with only 30 bucks on my card no problem. Then today my wife goes here with another visa I give her with 200 on it to get gas and comes back for cash because she said the attendant said it’s maxed out or something and I haven’t heard that ever about a debit card or gift card before. She was only trying to get 50 in gas and when I called customer service for the card they said the attendant tried to charge it for 75 twice and 50 twice and regardless of gas stations having holds it just sounded shady to me as well as the grocery store itself having higher prices than every other store in town for no reason whatsoever the only thing good at Roth’s is the doughnuts and that’s not enough to keep me coming back consistently

Store was fairly clean, but to be honest every single item is priced at least 50 cents to $1 more than every other store in town. So unless your object is to throw away money I suggest shopping elsewhere.

I was recommended to Roths bakery for my daughter's birthday cake. I have to say this is by far the best experience I've had with not only the customer service and staff but the cake was beyond my expectations. Was absolutely amazing and was delicious!! The baker was so helpful and did everything just perfect. My daughters jaw dropped when she saw her cake and was so happy. It really made her day. Thank you to everyone in the bakery department for your help. I've never received such great customer service. Just above and beyond. We'll be going here for all of our birthdays..and more😄 and I recommend everyone to go check them out.

Expensive groceries. Ingredients for one dinner cost me over 50 bucks. Unfortunately, Safeway in Silverton isn't less expensive. Hey WinCo foods, if you're watching you need to put a store in Silverton, Oregon.

Had to wait almost 40minutes for a ham and Swiss sandwich and when my order came up it had cheddar on it. I told the woman I was not very happy about the fact that not only did I have to wait entirely too long but then to have also screwed up the SIMPLE order was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. To add insult to injury the woman took a snotty tone with me and said if I didn’t like it I could go to subway.Do not come here, staff is rude and incompetent!!!

Never been to a Roths. Whole front of the store smells like old cans and beer. The sidewalk leading up is disgusting, somehow sticky. Prices were like 10% higher. And I saw a young guy getting chewed out by staff, not sure what he did but he was not yelling and they were very rude to him. I think there is a Safer Way to grocery shop, if you know what I mean. Doubt I'd give this place another chance, trying to figure why people would shop here. It's dirty, high priced with poorly trained staff...maybe the deli is amazing, or it's just more convenient.

Sorry I have to post this! Very disappointed with the situation that I had today. I ordered online for lunch. I arrived after the time I set for pickup. Waited patiently for ten minutes, to basically get ignored by the staff working, never once was asked if I needed anything or any help. After realizing that nothing was or someone was going to do anything I went to customer service. I questioned the gentleman in customer service to explain how the online ordering works, with a blank face he replied " you have an online order" I then show him my email confirmation. He says let's go see where your food is. We arrive at the deli counter to find out that they have given my order to someone else. The now "responsive" deli worker wants to remake my order, this is when I responded with it's too late my lunch break is over! I left without getting what I wanted for lunch, hopefully the person who got my order enjoyed it.

Stopped at Roth when I had to run into town while staying out at silver falls. Prices were a little higher but not bad. The store was clean and the employees who check us out were nice. They had a great selection of hemp CBD drinks and some gummies.

Ok I quit. Todays donuts had zero apples in fritter! Glaze was unrisen with granulated batter dry in center. 10 bucks wasted! They used to be good. We used to be lucky. Nope.

I really like most things about this store. It has a good 'ol hometown feel, doesn't feel corporate and rushed. Staff is friendly, good selections of produce and meats. Some items are higher priced but you pay for convenience and it all being under one roof. Large parking lot which is well designed without many pinch points and also has over 3 entrances and exits.

I really like shopping here. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The only problem I had this time was I went specifically for their cooked hamburgers. Usually very good, made to order. I'd been wanting a good juicy hamburger and that's not what I got. It was dry and a little overcooked. I had already left so didn't go in to explain. Disappointed is an understatement. Could not finish it.😝

A bit more expensive than Safeway but great produce. The deli has an amazing selection of meats and cheeses. The wine selection is probably the best in town, while the beer selection could be improved upon. If you're looking for small name brands with more flavor this is a great store for you.

A particular gentleman in the deli made my sandwich and instead of wrapping it like literally every sandwich place has done ever, he just threw it in a container so i had to reassemble my own sandwich. Train your staff. Two stars because the selection was good.

This was my first time at this grocery store and I have to say, I'm super impressed. Clean, classy, great selection. I got one of the hamburgers from the hot bar and it was a vegetarian burger and I have to say it was so delicious. I also got some fruit, and the smell of the donuts just permeated the whole store. I also got some lovely Health Products. I left the store with way more than I came for, but I needed every one of the things I got. I may move to Silverton just because of how good this grocery store was. I'm seriously impressed and I'm smitten with it♡
