The owner or manager (the guy who is there a lot of the times I've been in) has always been so thoughtful, helpful, and pleasant when I go in with my kids. He has helped me hunt down odd things, buy gift items discreetly while their recipient was standing at the checkout with me, and refilled some mylar balloons even though I had no way of knowing where they'd been bought. I've watched him and other employees treat customers with respect and understanding when a kid accidentally breaks something or there is confusion about some detail.

Silverton Dollar Tree hires great people who demonstrate superior customer service! It certainly doesn't have to be that way, but at this location they are excellent.

Amazing experience every single time I am at the Silverton dollar tree! The store always looks organized and clean. The staff is very helpful, understanding and kind. Rey is a stand-up individual who is always so personal, friendly, and attentive to his customers. Thanks you guys. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service, far better than most of the Dollar Tree's in Salem. I had to find decorations for my wedding and not only was the sales associate helpful, but the manager was very kind. HIGHLY recommend.

I would usually give this store five stars, but tonight was a very bad experience. We got to the store at Seven fifty three and our greeting from the management was I'm giving you five minutes and then I'm chasing you out of here. I don't know what world she comes from, but it's not the same as my own. Over the years I've worked with both Patients and customers. I would never say something that would make them think that going to Safeway and spending a little extra money might be worth good customer service.This manager is extremely RUDE!!!

As a dollor tree employee and former ASM, its simply insane that you need to ring a bell at all to get the cashiers to the check stand. They should be checking the frount end every 1-2 minutes. This is a terrible reflection of the management of this store.

Nice staff. They are quick to work, but take time for you. You can get what you need here at a really inexpensive price and then jump over to Safeway to do any grocery shopping.

So today I went to dollar tree with my sister. I let her go in the store by herself to buy some sodas, and she comes running out of the store crying. She had said that the manager was rude and snatched her card out of her hand and threw it back at her because he wouldn’t let her use the card. The bank card was her moms that she got permission to use, and it’s also her child support money. So I called him and all he said was sorry. He said nothing about throwing the card or anything. Very disappointed in the manager.

I actually like this store because I can find such a variety of things in one place, for only a dollar. Just keep in mind some items you get what you pay for, so check carefully for flaws and such.

I love this store...has everything you can think of except frozen foods/ cold foods...I hope that happens soon tho! I go there a lot for dish soap, kitty litter and medicine items!!😎
