This place was the only game in town on a Wednesday! SO glad they were open after bike riding 55 miles through the outback! Shelves were a little lean, waiting for the weekly delivery, but we found local beef Pattie’s and all the fixing’s for hamburgers and dinner at our local vrbo! Thank you guys!

Great little store with friendly owners, who also own the motel next door. The rooms are basic, clean, microwave, coffee, fridge, tv and they allow pets. I’ve been here twice, first passing through to Reno and second just to stay here and check out the surrounding area. Very beautiful area with rich western history you can see and feel.

They had everything I needed, and then some. The clerk was very helpful, and was even kind enough to walk around with me to point me in the right direction for all of the items I asked for. They have a good supply of a little bit of everything. From fresh hot coffee, milk, eggs, ice cream, cold beer and drinks, to hardware, clothing, otc medicines, liquor, ice, tobacco and even camping/fishing gear. A true one stop shop. I love this store, and will stop in every time I visit Silver Lake.

Passed through silver lake on the Oregon outback trail. Spoke with the owner seemed super friendly and nice. Worth stopping by and saying hello if you're cycling through.

Half of items are expired in this store! Be careful. Granola bar was expired in 2019, bottled coffee contained some weird clots, probably was spoiled too. But the cashier is a nice guy.

A very nice place to stop if you want something quick to get and go. One of the few locations in Northern Lake County to get something to eat between Lapine and Paisley. The lady at the counter was very nice and was knowledgeable as to whether the road was open between Silver Lake and Highway 97. There is no restroom inside the store you have to use a Porta-Potty which is located around the outside of the store. The Porta-Potty is clean and is always well maintained however in the winter it is cold. They suggest that you make a purchase in the store or donate to the continued support of the porta potty as it does cost the store money to have it there. Surprisingly the prices in the store are reasonable considering the fact that where it's located; they could easily gouge customers because there are no other options.

Stopped in to stock up on road snacks, soda, energy drinks, Little Debbie donuts and they serve a "Great Hot Dog", big hot dog in a nice big hot dog bun, very very tasty.
