I am in desperate need of rabbit supplies. I googled Columbia Feed and Seed's hours. Yes, I have time to get there tonight to get what I need. I pull in at 4:43pm. Lights are off, doors closed, open sign not on. No note on the door saying they had to close early. I am very disappointed that a business can not honor their posted hours. I understand if something came up and they need to close early, but usually they would post a note on the door.Poor bunny is going hungry tonight.☹️

I'm giving them two stars. Cost is fair, sometimes a bit high. I've had to return a second time to get it right. The work they've done on various power tools has been adequate, for the most part. Their hired helpcan be rude, probably because they always seem to be backlogged seasonally. Forget a call back. I've given them my phone number dozens of times. They do not call back, period!

Had a question about rpm and clutch engagement, couldnt even open a book to answer the question. I would have spent money here. He was quick to get off the phone, bad customer service. Called another shop and they answered my question and got my money. This place used to be great what happened?

I took a piece of lawn equipment in and dropped off. I was told the repair man would get back to me in a day or two with possible problem. I gave the repair man my number. I asked how much repairs possibly could be...he said I'll call and let you know. A week later we called and were told repairs were done and totaled over $60. We explained we didn't receive a call for quote or authorized any repairs. They were rude and said they would put all the old parts back on. We drove down and picked up the equipment. My wife didn't realize I pulled the filter out and asked if they had the filter. The guy who answered said it wasn't in the machine and we could take our business elsewhere. They treated us very poorly and didn't follow with what they said they'd do. My family and I have lived here for years. I have and will continue to take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know not to use their business.

Good store, good people. I just wish, since it is a family run store, that they'd hire a grandkid or something to open and run the place on Saturday. Because of my job, I can only get there on the weekend. In fact, if they were open this Saturday, I would be in to purchase a Stihl leaf blower (keep it local sale) but, because they are closed, my $300 is going to corporate giant, Home Depot. Anyway, food for thought

We have been going to Columbia Feed for years. Every time we visit, the employees are very helpful. You will have a lifetime customer with Sloan's.

Best place in town to get my farm supplies! They have chicks in the spring and always have what I need for my ducks! Great people and service!

It's a decent feed store. It's not my first choice in the area, but they have some of the feeds others don't. Good resource.

I took my mower there to be repaired because it wouldn’t run. I paid $80 and it still doesn’t run! I’ve known the family since they were kids but I’m disappointed in the workmanship I received!

The do good work on yard equipment. You need to get them to warm up to you to feel like it is a friendly environment. Try talking about dogs!
