New manager decided I am only a veteran on Tuesday.... Been going here for years and they never had a problem giving a veterans discount till now. So for the foreseeable future if I need anything I'll go to the 2 competitors in the area even if it's a slightly longer drive because they don't have stupid your only a veteran on Tuesday clause in there thanks for being a veteran discount. Love this place and the customer service. It reminds me of the way things used to be. After hearing i had traveled a ways to get there, they went out of their way to go in the back and pull a pallet of horse bedding for me. She also carried and loaded it into my vehicle. I ordered something online that was to be delivered to the store. It somehow never made it to the store. Not the stores fault but delivery issues. The store did not have any in stock. Tiffany went above and beyond to try to help me find the product at another store. She notified me when a shipment came in early and was able to get me what I needed. She also canceled my previous online order for me and took care of that. Excellent customer service! I was very impressed.

Camron who works at the sandy store is such a great employee and tractor supply is lucky to have him. This guy went above and beyond to help me find a product and load it into my car. He deserves a raise, this kind of customer service is lost nowadays so it great to see it in such a young kid.

Normally great but wouldn’t let me use the dog wash, 30 minutes before close. They specifically as a shop decide this not tractor supply as a whole. Frustrating that this isn’t listed on their website.

Nice store with good selection. Sadly what we went for they were sold out of but they were happy to rain check it. J was very friendly but the rest were more like, meh... The bathrooms are single hole and are identical. A better choice would be to make them unisex overall if designated, they're identical.... Looking forward to visiting again.

I am glad Tractor Supply finally arrived here. I cannot wait for this new store to know what are the best items sell in our area and how well. I realize they are just getting to know the products that will sell best around here. Their variety is good. I like that they do not try to sell more than they have space for. I usually will not try to move in and around the displays and aisles of stores that do. I find that to be more work than it is worth for me.The only reason I have given them a 4 star is because I feel they need to figure out what to have stock of so they do not run low or out of an item. Running out of something that is a common purchase around here is, I hope, because they need to get to know what sells best in this area, yet. I have returned on two separate occasions to resupply an item purchased there and it is out of stock and the employees are not sure which delivery to expect it to come in on. This means I will need to stop in, even if I am not needing anything else, if I want to be sure to find it in stock. Maybe good add-on sales planning but irritating to me to have to "take a chance it will be there". I am hoping this issue will be corrected as they get to know what sells in this area.Employees are very friendly and helpful, even if not overly well informed on products but then again, I am hoping it is because it is all so new. Time will tell.

Outstanding customer service.Had a problem with an order for a pressure washer. Mark took care of it. He tried to find another in the region, but available too. He ordered it and it arrived like he said it.They loaded and helped me strap it in.I will be returning to make another large purchase.

Was my first time in Tractor Supply and while I was checking out the safes Andrew quickly came to ask if I needed any help and answered any questions I had. He was patient and later when he saw me again he asked about the safe I was looking at/if I needed any more help and even gave me lots of useful information for if I wanted to make a purchase in the future. Made for a very good first time experience

This place has really gone down hill. We were excited to finally have a TSC in Sandy! We like to take our dog there for dog washes. Lately it just seems like the employees stand around chatting. There are pallets of products that aren't broken down. We wanted a canned dog food (only sold there) that was at the bottom of a pallet for weeks and still not stocked. Management must be unaware or clueless. I feel like they need some secret shoppers from the top to come shape this store up. Super disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised at the products and selection in the store! A great option if you are looking for anything for the outdoors. They have pet supplies, workwear, outdoor tools, and more. They also have an extensive stock of supplies for property and farms as well. Outside they have fencing, paneling and livestock equipment. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable, without being overbearing or pushy. It is definitely worth a visit!

Andrew went above and beyond to help me after I accidentally left an item I paid for in the parking lot. He went out and looked for it (I had no idea where I could have put it down) and eventually located it, giving me a call back and holding it at the service desk until one of my family members could pick it up. I greatly appreciate his commitment to customer service!
