We tried to Give Dolly's an honest shot having just moved to the area. In 7 months they consistently messed up our large bulk orders for our 3 dogs (on raw diets). After about the 6th or 7th time we decided that we just needed to go into Gresham to a different store as we couldn't deal with the unpredictability and constant mistakes. While they tended to be nice and apologetic, we also got a lot of excuses. The first couple of times our order was messed up they did little to nothing to compensate for it. It was only after they had messed up about 4 times that they tried to offer us a discount for the mishap, however, the problems persisted and we decided that making the drive to Gresham was worth it for a shop that could provide a more dependable experience.

Good selection of Zippy Paws toys, we always stop to pick up a hedgehog 🦔 on our way up the mountain.Plenty of treats as well. They are one of the few places around that have Whimzees available in bulk. I do wish they had little paper bags out to fill as we always end up selecting a few handfuls to take with us.

Was given very friendly customer service. Their staff has a home away from home vibe and gives a very comfortable feeling when shopping. I intend to route most of my pet needs that I can through them, if nothing else just for the breathe of fresh air of friendly people. They also have quality pet food products and durable toys so their stock is worth checking.

Very well stocked small town pet shop. Would much rather go here than Gresham for dog supplies. Friendly staff and good pricing on upper level food brands. Easy to miss when going through Sandy, but don't.

It's just nice to buy from NOT Amazon or a chain store. My only gripe is they're not open on Mondays and that's when I tend to do chores and errands.My favorite thing about Dollys is that they do have a pea-free dry food for cats- a VERY hard thing to find!

My dogs love the food, treats, and toys I pick up from Dollys. I love that when I shop at Dollys I support the local economy, but so many items are also locally made!! The selection is wonderful if you are looking for high quality dog items.

What a great little independent Pet Shop! Dolly only stocks the quality food and items that my (and your) pets deserve. The truth is that quality may cost a bit more up front, but from my decades of pet ownership I've learned that the extra cost is like having pet insurance. Feed and treat your best furry friend right and it will pay dividends down the road in reduced vet bills. If you've ever been blind-sided by a $1000+ vet bill that was due to supermarket-grade foods (as I have several times), you will understand what I'm saying. I also strongly believe in supporting local, small businesses whenever possible, and am very proud to support this one.

I love this local pet shop, a very responsible owner that is very respective of the animals she sells. I purchased several rats from Dolly's and have not had those glorious little creatures for many years and have been thinking about bringing them back in my life. I would only get them from Dolly's. No Pet Smart or Petco for me. Thank's Dolly!

Cute little pet shop with quality, grain free foods and treats, some small animal supplies and a small selection of toys. They also carry herbal pet soaps and hotspot treatments as well as small, framed local art for sale. A very friendly lady works the register.

It is great to have a local pet store out here in the boonies that sells the kind of food my animals eat. Otherwise I have to drive to Sellwood or Gresham. People are friendly and knowledgeable. However, I made a trip out in the snow to get food before we might have gotten snowed in, and they were "going to be opening a little late due to inclement weather". No word on when they would open. It was soooo disappointing, I had to drive to Gresham in the Snow, and the delay caused a big issue with my schedule. I would like to feel I can count on them.
