I had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to Azalea. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge and patience, providing invaluable assistance throughout our visit. Impressively, her professionalism never wavered, even when my German Shepherd had a couple of accidents in the store. Azalea handled the situation with grace and understanding, which only added to the positive experience. I'm truly grateful for her help and commend her for her exceptional customer service skills.

My puppy loves the treats they have. Staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable .I never have to wait in line even if I am second in line they will call up cashier to help me on second register. They are more customer service than any petco!! Sometimes they may not be open and I notice just the time I pull up that many others do the same. I'm not sure why someday your not open :(

Salem Pet Supply is our go-to Pet Supply store in town.Better selection and service than the nearby big box stores.They provide great product advice and will help bring your purchase to the car.All the above plus great selections at reasonable prices.Stopped in today for some dog food and a tag. Salem Pet Supply offers pet tags from Italy, engraved to order, as you watch. Many tags to choose from and you can even select your favorite font. Great products! My pets enjoy the quality of their toys much more than any generic pet store brand. Same goes for the treats! The cashier even gave me a 'cat adoption' package with many supplies for my new cat. Couldn't recommend more!

Good prices and selection, great staff.My dog and I just moved here. He's a shy little corgi with anxiety about being handled. We visited the store today and two of the people working there patiently helped me pick out a new harness for him. One (I think named Ash?) got on the ground with us and fed him treats till he'd let them slip a harness on. It seriously took about 20 minutes to earn his trust. They went the extra mile.

Cute shop here in Salem! Dogs and cats only— so be aware of that. I would get one of their cutie treats for my dog but she’d eat garbage off the ground, so.

We deliver some of the pet food. Drivers, go to the next red light west of Store / strip mall. Turn right on that street. Then another right at the next street. That takes you around behind the Store. Back into the dock at an angle off of the street. Kinda tight between the fence so be careful. Several other " drivers" have hung their doors on the fence. Fast unloading and very courteous people here. Great experience everytime I come here

Staff is always helpful. Many of their food prices are lower than Chewy. Since the food I buy for my cats is there, it just makes sense to purchase the cat litter there too. Thank you to the team there, who answers all my questions, and help me keep my pets healthy.

Very pet friendly. This is the perfect little place for you and your furry friend to shop together. Staff is ready with treats on hand, and they even have feeding bowls already down and ready.Great selection of organic and fresh foods as well lots of bulk items on hand.Staff was very friendly and had questions answered and issues taken care of within minutes.

This is a great little pet supply store. Found the dog food we normally but for much cheaper than Petco here and found several awesome toys for our little guy. Favorite find was their variety of pet learning puzzle toys. With this one they have to spin the bones into place which unlocks the drawers on the sides where you can hide goodies for them to find!
