I am most likely one of the oldest customers of this salon to be writing a review. I have gone here to have my gorgeous dogs groomed every month for at least the past 5 years. They have to be the greatest group of individuals. Every staff member I've worked with has been nothing but kind and helpful with every question I have, item I might be looking for, or the specific groom I want done. Julie the stores owner is an extremely intelligent women, and getting to know her as I've shopped there and recently started working for the veterinarian next door as been a great experience. Her staff Anna, and Alicia make the store one of my favorite places to shop, and I look forward to going there for anything related to my animals.

I drove clear across towne for Christmas presents for my fur babies, it was my first time at Nature's Pet and it was amazing! Excellent customer service, wonderful suggestions for my breed and I can't wait for them to open their presents.

This is by far the best pet store in Salem! ‘You’ are the most important person when you walk through their doors! They are very knowledgeable about ANY issue you might encounter with your pets plus, they have a wide variety of anything you might need. Definitely come here for your fur babies needs!

Great staff, which means…great business! I was so impressed with the quality of care after dropping our sweet girl to them (cockerdor 50lbs) they did an amazing job for just the quick wash service!! We added on nails, glands, and teeth cleaning. Well worth the price. All the staff we encountered were so kind and caring. Will definitely be our new place to take our dog & pick up some treats for her 😍 can’t wait to take her on a walk there.

I take my golden, Indi, for grooming at Nature’s Pet and we love it. She always returns to me happy, trimmed perfectly, and smelling wonderful! The prices are reasonable and the groomers are friendly. We will continue to come for future spiff ups!

It was wedding day and the Dog of Honor was my charge. I chose Nature’s Pet Market solely based on the google reviews. He need descending, washing, nails, and over all beauty treatment. You see, Ryder is a 140 pound Lab/Pyrenees mix and 13 years old with bad knees and a pinched nerve. The ladies took him in without hesitation and promised to be gentle with his old bones. In a mere 2 hours, I returned to pick up a bright white and clean boy with the biggest smile. The staff were so impressive. Clearly, they fell in love with Ryder. I couldn’t insist in any strong words to give your trust and business to Nature’s Market. Thank you ladies.

We took our 4 month old puppy in for her first grooming. They were all so welcoming, helpful and happy. We felt like we were leaving our pup in great hands that would be kind and gentle with her. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the foods and benefits of different ingredients for pet issues. I’ve tried to research more about my large breeds skin and digestive issues and ended up even more confused. Feel like I got a good education with sound rationale. And I felt the woman who was helping me really understood the issues and the variables that come into play (like empty calorie treats that may be reversing my efforts). Plus, she seemed to really care! I’ll support my local pet product store and start buying from there. Really great service.

Anna was super helpful! I adopted a dog earlier this week & she has some terrible allergies. We have a vet appointment for her but wanted to give her some relief in the mean time. She was able to give me some awesome suggestions & told me if I ever had more questions to let her know. Will definitely be back!

Took my dog in April to get a deshed, he was okay after. Took him in again in June and he was returned to me with a lot of hair missing around his head/chest area. I didn’t notice this until this week. I went in to complain about this and the manager or salon manager weren’t there. Finally got a call today from the salon manager. I explained to her what happened and she basically told me they weren’t at fault and they couldn’t do anything. They didn’t handle this as I was told by others they would. I won’t be taking my dog there anymore and I recommend others to not take them in either.
