We were getting our floors redone and needed to board our four guinea pigs for a week. They are more geared towards cat and dog boarding, but were happy to take them! I brought their playpen, food, toys, etc. When I came to pick them up, I was blown away by the care and attention they received. The employees had kept their cage immaculate, washed their fleece every single day and given them plenty of attention and even made time to hold each of them every day. I was expecting the bare minimum (keeping their food and water full) but was so impressed with the care they gave them! Truly cannot recommend them enough!

We have boarded our cat at Animal Inn a few times over the last several years. I've been impressed by the cleanliness of the cat kennel area and the obvious caring of the staff. Although it appears there is just a single person there at all times, that person has never appeared stressed. Our kitty is let out of her kennel, played with and petted over the days of her stay. She comes home clean and happy. I've nothing but positive thoughts about Animal Inn.

I took my English Bulldog for an overnight visit and I had to ring the bell a couple of times. I realized the gal was working on her own and was very busy. I hope they find a second employee. It seems like that would help. I was satisfied with Chesty's condition. I did have to ring twice again because she was hosing down the areas and couldn't hear me. It's nice that you can walk around the building and see your pet. It went very well. Less stress than other places.

We've been using Animal Inn regularly for about two years now for our cat, boarding her for up to two weeks at a time when we're out of the country. I can't recommend them enough. There are kennels closer to our home, but our experience here is such that I'm willing to drive the extra distance -- even with my cat meowing loudly the whole drive because cars move and make noises and are terrible. ;)The woman who works there is absolutely wonderful. She genuinely adores the animals who board and seems to have developed genuine relationships with frequent visitors, including our cat. Heck, I'M happy to see her -- she's a pleasant person who loves animals as much as I do, and chatting with her makes my day brighter.What's most telling to me is the way my cat behaves when she realizes she's at Animal Inn. At some kennels, she seems agitated. At Animal Inn, she immediately and happily jumps up into her cat condo and settles in when we get there, and she doesn't seem stressed when I come to get her. I don't worry about her, because I know she's being well cared for, and that peace of mind is priceless. (Speaking of price, though, Animal Inn's rates are competitive.)

We've left our dog at Animal Inn several times. She is well treated and well cared for, even though of course, like most dogs, she'd rather be home.It is a clean facility with reasonable pricing. The staff has always been friendly & cooperative.

The staff at Animal Inn is the best. They cared for my senior little dog so well!! She's on 3 med twice a day and pottys alot...they made sure she was well cared for for 9 days and assured me with my calls while I was away... can't say enough good things❤️ Wanda and kiki

They listened to directions on taking care of puppy. I mentioned he's used to going poop in grass and wasn't sure he'd use the run and sure enough I was right and she was sure to take him out to go in the grass. So nice of her. I also saw her working hard to keep the in clean, which is always quite a feat with messy and sometimes sick animals. She was nice and I felt like my fur baby was safe and taken care of.

The young lady at the Animal Inn was nothing but kind and helpful to us and our dog. This was the first time we had to leave our dog at a kennel and we felt very comfortable leaving him at The Animal Inn. She even made sure our pet was closer to the office so she could keep a special eye on him and was sensitive to our concerns about which neighboring dogs he would be boarded next too . We will return .

Very disappointed as we have always been happy with the service here. My feelings were not good as I left our dog. The girl taking Roxy in was yelling at a pregnant dog in the other room as she was taking our info. I noticed a "kick" hole at the bottom of the door where this dog was. I left our dog, knowing she has always been fine, but know now I should not have.Picking her up a day later I was greeted by " I didn't give Roxy her bed because she peed in her pen, also telling me that she did not eat much.I could hear our dog crying as I was talking to this young lady. When she came out from the back she barely looked at me, whined and made a beeline to the exit door.Never acted like this before.Just not a good feeling about this at all. So glad it was only a day.

Lauren, the young lady that usually checks our Dog in, seems to be a genuine animal lover...considering the care and good nature she welcomed our dog, who honestly can be a hand full! I would recommend Animal Inn without any reservations, for the services they provide!

This is not a review I wanted to write. We dropped our two dogs off for a night (this was our second time coming here). Our little dog was so excited, our big dog not so much. We left two healthy happy pups. We picked them up after only one night and my dog seemed a little off. We thought possibly from over playing...by 3am my dog was paralyzed in his back and by Wednesday he was completely paralyzed and slowly dying in my arms... from a TRAUMATIC back injury...by Wednesday we found out it was inoperable and we had to put down our 2 year 9 month old dog, Nahko. I had to hold my dog as he died.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LEAVING YOUR ANIMALS. When the owner did call she only talked to my husband and did so from a blocked number that couldn’t be called back on...that’s how little they care about your animals.

We left our dog there when we went on vacation to California. She lost a significant amount of weight as she would not eat. We got no phone call and they didn't do anything about it. She soon passed away after.
