Like many in Roseburg, I started going here once I saw their prices. The first week, they were so low, I knew it wouldn't stay that way forever. Now some things have increased in price, but it's keeping the market honest. Now stores around it are trying to compete and making prices drop. They have a great bulk section, amazing deli of fried chicken, and seafood is great. I bought 3.5 lbs of crab and it was amazing at only $10 a lb. This is now my regular store. ** Be aware that they don't accept credit card**. This is one of the ways they keep prices low. Not too happy that they are so obsessed with price, that they don't allow credit because a 30¢ fee will raise their competitive prices, but oh well. Some of the deals they have are crazy low, and haven't found a product yet that is lower in price elsewhere.**Best things about it**They make sushi in front of youThey often have great prices on saladSuper cheap and tasty pizza up front

New win co foods. Market. Is absolutely the place to grocery shop. A huge selection of everything from fresh vegetables and fruits to quality meats. At discount prices. Very clean and wide open clearance to shop without any problem. If you're looking for quality and fresh products you will love it. Because the people are very nice and helpful.

It's a great Win-Co, with low prices all over! Very friendly staff, amd wonderfully bright and clean looking.Their sushi selection is phenomenal and friendly to the wallet!I couldn't tell by looking if they sourced any of their meats or produce locally. I'll likely avoid meat and produce in this store until I can get more info on where they are sourcing these items, because I love our local farmers and ranchers, and love knowing Im supportong them when I buy my groceries.I love how bright and clean the store is all over, and their bulk foods section is a slice of heaven! Definitely a new stop on my shopping day.

I’m so excited and grateful to finally have a Winco in our town! We had one in the town I grew up in and loved going there. So glad I can take my kids here now! The workers are so nice and gave candy to the kids. We got a free turkey with $125 grocery purchase and the check out line was not long and the lady was so nice. Will definitely be coming here on a regular basis now!

There is no such thing as "perfect," and that is the only reason why I can't give a 5 star rating. How could anyone complain... lower prices, good quality items, and the staff are very friendly and informative. They don't need to use marketing schemes like rewards or memberships. This is the best grocery store in Roseburg... Thank you, Winco, for moving in.

Some things are kind of worth going there for.... but not really. The aisles are set up in a confusing way. A lot of the stuff isn't much cheaper than in some of the other stores in town. Their sales are pretty good, but it's so hit and miss if the sales will be on anything I actually need. Most of the time, it's not worth it to me to go in. It takes forever, their self checkout has never worked right, and they don't accept credit cards. I like a store where I know going in that I can buy everything I need. If I have to go to more than one store, I'll usually skip Winco because there is no consistency or guarantees here. It's disappointing because I was pretty excited thinking Winco in town would be worth something.

I have waited a couple of months to write my review, as I wanted to let the crowds die down and the store to regulate. They still seem to have a lot of employees, not fully trained but getting there. The store is clean, bright, well stocked and has a great selection of items. I feel like the mexican food items are more plentiful up in Springfield, but hope this one will expand that soon. Prices are excellent. Credit cards are not accepted, most likely because an additional 3% would need to be added. Bring your own bags - it helps.

I always enjoy Winco’s deli section. They have very fresh salads , antipasto , chef’s salad, a basic house salad with tomato’s cheese and an egg. Also all fried chicken , corn dogs and I got fried cod once. Food is great!They are very fresh and priced excellent!

I hate to say it, but I love this store! It's like they took the best parts of Costco, Sherms and Albertsons and made them into one store. Easy to get around, wider aisles, friendly fast cashier's, and oh my - that bulk foods section is a dream!

I'm excited that we have a better option for shopping!I've only been to WinCo twice now & my 1st trip made me want to go back again.I'm a disabled female living on a fixed income and every penny counts!I'm sure you can understand how bummed I was when I got home and looked at my receipt and was charged almost $8.00 for a can of Chicken of the sea tuna!That's not the price on the shelf...I'm saving this can of tuna along with the receipt and hopefully can return it!!!

I recently shopped here for the first time and unfortunately, it will be my last. It was unsatisfactory from start to finish. The first aisle to the right of the entrance was closed and blocked off. The store was full with employees stocking and cleaning the areas/floors, which was getting in the way of customers. They were blocking aisles and shelves, and pallet jacks full of food to be stocked were also blocking the aisles. Some of the aisles I gave up on going down because the employees did not move them for the shoppers and they were literally in the middle of the aisles. Some of the produce (fruits and vegetables) were old and brown. The employees are beyond unfriendly. The cashiers are rude and have terrible attitudes. They made me feel like a very unwelcome customer and I honestly couldn't wait to leave the store. This was a horrible first experience with WinCo and I will definitely not be returning. I'm happy to support the other grocery stores in Douglas County such as Sherm's Thunderbird, where I feel valued and have a positive and comfortable shopping experience.

I would give 0 stars but alas, it won't allow me. You'd think that a freshly opened store would have managers prepared to handle any customer issue with grace and decorum. Maybe with a non-argumentative attitude and a willingness to take accountability for their store. Nope.You get what you pay for. Cheap prices. Lower than basic customer service from what looks like already annoyed employees and an extra trip to the store you didn't want to make this week.

My first review on WinCo. This store rocks, they just opened in a brand new building so everything is nice and clean. They have an AMAZING bulk-food section including spices and candies and a huge produce section. They even have wholesale items like bulk 25lb bags of rice. This store is way better than any of the other major food centers in town. Way cheaper prices and a much better selection of items than any of the other food marts in town.

Great prices and a very good selection. Only down side is they don't take a credit card. In today's world, some of us only carry a card, so if you don't have cash or a debit card, think twice. One thing to add, is the rumor that they increase their prices gradually after opening is very true. Still a great store for our needs, but not as impressed as before.

The cashier working on 3/26/24 was extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm mean really how is it anyone else's fault but your own that you don't know or care enough to do your job right. Lady needs fired.

They were restocking shelves and left no room for carts. Had to park cart at end of aisle then walk down and get anything I needed. Bring it to cart and repeat. Also not gluten-free friendly. No labels and no selection. Prices are good on regular items but when you have Celiac disease this store is not for us.

Well, to start. It's a very nice store. It's easy to get around in. And, for the most part, the aisles are wide enough to get through. Even the staff are friendly and hospitable.I shop at Sherm's next door and find it better. There is more selection of the things I need. There meat department has butcher's on duty, while, WinCo just sells packaged meats. Their produce department is similar. These are just a few of the observations I noted.

9am is too early for your self check out lady to be having a bad attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. I had very little reason to shop at winco as it is. I'm happier paying slightly higher prices at Albertsons for the sake of not being scoffed and glared at.*that lady still works self check out & is crazy rude about only 15items or less despite the sign saying 15ish...she won't let you come thru with 16 items. She's rude about the way she tells you to go away and stand in a regular check out... I haven't gone back in because of her & now my mother won't be going back after this experience with the SAME self check out employee.

WinCo in Roseburg is awesome!! This place has the friendliest staff of any grocery store in town, so helpful. Call ahead to the seafood deli and order Wasabi poke!! The best I've ever had!!

I do not usually shop here anymore as I observed one of the employees discriminating against someone.Also their prices generally more expensive than than Sherm's, whom they are obviously trying to put out of business.

I recently went to the new WinCo store that just opened in our town of too many grocery stores. I was delighted with the quality, quantity of the food. More importantly, I found the employees seemed very happy to work there with questions regarding where to find something, quickly answered!! I found my qrocery store and ALL prices were far less than their competitors!!

All I gotta say, is that I am always shocked at the amount of groceries I'm able to buy here compared to what I've been used to being able to buy anywhere else in town. Also, their deli packaged eats are really good and the quality/freshness of their sushi was amazing.

Very clean store. they had some very nice sales on some good items. this is a definite stop if you are looking to shop and get a very good deal. The only issue that I found was that they do not take credit cards. You have to use your debit or cash.
