If I could give this less than one star I would. This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I am a widow on a fixed income and he took total advantage of me. He has yet to pay me for the first auction and partially paid for the second only after I informed he would not be removing anymore of my belongings until he paid me.He said the first check must have gotten lost and he would resend. He requested I get some help to load some of the items and then did not pay him!He gave my number to someone who told me that Larry was not going to do anymore auctions for me and he wanted to pick up somethings he had paid Larry for.He breached the contract he had with me on numerous occasions. He still has returned phone calls or emails from me. I am devastated. this experience has left me financially strapped while he profited from his deceit. I would recommend not using him ever!

I got a rare knife at a great price and they immediately sent an invoice, charged my card on file for the item plus USPS priority shipping and gave me a tracking number along with my receipt in a matter of hours! I highly recommend them!

I won items in two of Wilbur Auction's HiBid online auctions recently and was very pleased with my experience. They were responsive to holding the shipping charge until I had won the second item (in an auction the next day), their shipping charges were reasonable, and it was an overall smooth buying experience. I wasn't bid up to my max bid so I believe them to be ethical, unlike some other auctioneers. Will look forward to bidding in future auctions!

Seems like a good enough place to sell items. Not necessarily to buy them though.Unlike most trustworthy auctions, they either do not research the items they are selling, or they choose not to disclose certain information (authenticity being a major one,) instead they hide behind their catch-all, "some items may not be legitimate." That alone I can forgive, after all not everyone wants to take the time to authenticate and research their items. However to me it does indicate lack of effort or transparency. The communication is also weak. I had two questions regarding shipping. One was answered and the other was ignored, even after an attempt at clarification. Upon winning some items at the auction, they sent an invoice which stated that I could email them if I wanted shipping. I sent them an email and thought that was the end of that. But then they sent my items to a completely wrong address about an hour drive away. The only reason I found out was because the person who received the items was a saint and took the time to find me on Facebook and send me a message. I have no idea how or why this happened, but upon emailing them in the hopes that they could make things right, I was ignored once again. To top it off, I drove down to collect my "winnings" and every single item I picked up (WW1 and WW2 medals/patches) was fake.Worst experience I've had to date at any auction, and I buy at auctions all over Oregon every week. Lesson learned: I can do better. And I guarantee that you can too.Attached is a picture of them getting my address correct on the invoice, then a picture of the box and shipping label that they sent to an address 30 miles away.

This place is all over the place as to a bargain or a hazard of items. I have seen when they are auctioning off broken items that honestly should be thrown in the trash or biohazard and I have seen where there is a good deal on somethings. I actually went to a on site auction and was beyond happy about what I bought. I got some really great deals and probably spend a tad too much but I was happy on the good auction. HOWEVER when it is at there place that is a whole different story. I have got some good deals very few times..and most of the time I wondered if I walked into a dump. I accidentally bought a broken weed trimmer..and had no clue until they handed it to me..I was very disappointed and completely shocked that they were selling a item that had no motor in it. I have also bought some xmas decorations that I got a great deal and it is a huge hit and miss. The prices are all over the place on most of the items and other things it is outrageous on what they are asking. And for the hazard stuff..I have seen used medical items up for sale and should of been properly disposed off.
