Customer service is never the slightest concern for this pharmacy.60% of the time they are completely incompetent, and about 90% of the time they are absolutely rude. WG is also one of the most expensive pharmacies in America (always within the top 3 most expensive for any drug on the market).There are plenty of other pharmacies, don't waste your time or money on this one. The management at this store is some of the worst you will ever find.

I have had the BEST experience with this pharmacy! They are very organized, efficient, helpful, and kind. I am so impressed with them! Not only were my prescriptions filled immediately after being sent in by my doctor, but they found my insurance information in their system easily (and I had never filled anywhere there before!). In addition, the service I received from every staff member went above and beyond.

Went to get over the counter allergy meds. Was told by pharmacist they have them but won't sell them because they are holding them for other people. Do you have to bribe Someone to get meds here? I'm confused.

after waiting for a very long time for help at the pharmacy, including making eye contact, I was told I had to go through the drive through, something that they could have answered in under 15 seconds with a "hi! what are you here for?"The workers are generally cold, not friendly, not helpful, etc.

I was in your store 2 days ago. While I was shopping I couldn't help but hear 2 female employees in the back joking around and laughing . I was in the store for almost 1 hour, they never came out to work and continued to laugh and play around. All the while there was 1 young man working the register and doing what he could by himself between helping customers and working the register.. I thought you should know because this is so inappropriate for a work place. No one should be left alone in the front by themselves when a store is open. You have 2 employees you are paying to work and they are not working.

Marquee says "covid 19 testing here" despite the fact that they don't. Employees "don't know why" it says that. It would cost $129 out of pocket and OHP doesn't cover any of that anyways. 2 home tests are $20 elsewhere. Maybe change your sign back to 3 for 10 diet soda or whatever the hell opposite of healthy things you feel the need to push.

After being longtime customers here and filling hundreds of prescriptions here worth many thousands of dollars we are going to another pharmacy. The slipping service has been slow but steady. Last week I picked up several prescriptions for my family including one for myself through the drive up. After I got home, I saw that my insurance hadn't been billed even though this Walgreens has had my unchanged insurance information from day one. When I went back I was told that there was nothing they could do to correct it and it was my fault because I didn't catch it right then. Two different employees told me this. Right now I'm dealing with a husband who is battling a really aggressive and brutal cancer. He needs my care around the clock. I need a professional and efficient pharmacy that will handle my prescriptions properly. What I don't need is more work on my plate because this Walgreens cannot be trusted to do their job and correct their mistakes.

Had a scheduled Covid test this morning for the other Walgreens in town…. And showed up to see this. I understand if you get sick and you don’t have staffing, but to not notify and transfer the test to another pharmacy is unacceptable and terrible customer service. So headed to the other Walgreens in town, to only be treated rudely, and unable to get a test. The pharmacist manager Kim was exceptionally rude, unaccommodating and infuriating.

Outside of standing in line, which is difficult for disabled customers, this is a decent place to get Rx filled and pick up items needed.

Went in this morning to pick up my prescriptions. All of the prescriptions had been recently transferred from a pharmacy in Arizona and now there was a problem with insurance billing. A very knowledgeable woman named Kim patiently straightened out all of the issues. She was competent, pleasant and got the job done. Kudos to Kim!

BEWARE: do not go to this Walgreens if you expect to be treated with any hint of human decency! If you are Caucasian with an Anglo-Saxon name you will probably have no problems. But if you are a person of color BEWARE. Pharmacist Sara Cole feels entitled to your private medical information if you are a colored person, and will refuse to fill your medications solely due to the fact that you are not white. She will delete your prescriptions sent by your doctor due to her personal beliefs about the medication, and then ask you to contact to get them resent by your very busy doctor. Then she will continue causing problems to your health by holding the medications, due to her invasive insistence of wanting to know all of your private medical information. Perhaps if she feels so entitled to your private information she should have considering going to medical school. This felt like a huge discriminatory unnecessary power trip. I have never felt so discriminated against for my skin color and name in my entire life and have never had such a problem filling a prescription that I’ve been taking for years. There was a lot lip service to defend these abhorrent actions but the bottom line seems to be that I was not white enough to be trusted with the long medical history that was undoubtedly available to her. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS EVER!

Made an apt online for a covid test. Waited in line for 45 minutes and was told that they didn’t have lab requisition slips and that also shipping tests would take 10 days. Two excuses to say that they couldn’t do my test that don’t make a whole lot of sense. Should disable scheduling for these tests if they are not being offered. Only making the line for prescription drive through longer and delaying care for possible covid.

Made an appointment with automated system to do covid testing for my mother. Automated system scheduled it and directions where to go through drive through.After waiting over an hour and half in line to the window, find out due to short staffing that no tests would be done.Neither locations on garden valley blvd, as of today are able to do testing even though fully automated system scheduled it, while in location personnel is short handed.I don't blame location or workers at location, I blame corporate for making the system which has no human involvement or person to person communication.Unless it's for prescriptions, stay away.

The person at the register today around 10 am was so kind, and always is. I hope they get recognized and thanked for being so wonderful.The person in front of me was m e a n and I just wanted to acknowledge their professionalism and kindness to that person.I only come to this Walgreens

Like a previous poster mentioned, this place is terrible against people of color. I had a similar experience where this same pharmacist, Sara, refused to give me my medications, medications that have been deemed by my physician to be critical for my health. I suffered through 3 days at home not being able to do anything because of my condition because this pharmacist thought she knew how to treat my condition better than my physician. Completely unacceptable on many many levels.

Their phone system in pharmacy is broken. I waited almost a half hour two times. Was put on hold and told only one person ahead of me. Finally connected and they never answered and it hung up!!! Wow, I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Need to fix this.

I had 1 refill left and their app deleted my refill. Now they're saying I never had one when my doctor said I did have one refill left. I called and the pharmacy technician kept on lying to me and even raised his voice and cut me off even though I have proof that I did have one refill left when their app deleted it off my profile

Trying to figure out what would work best for Dad's foot pain. The doctors have made no progress. The Walgreens pharmacist noticed me reading labels and came over to see what he could help me with. The OTC is working better than the doctors' prescriptions. Maybe because the pharmacist did a better job of listening to the whole description of the problem and knows his medications.

They told me my pills were ready drove 40 minutes and it wasn't. I left text said it was ready wend in to pick up and they put if back when said it would be held for 5 days they put it back after on waiting waiting and these pharmacy technicians are so rude and was time worst walgreens iv ever been to.

Sat in line to pickup a prescription for 40 minutes, then was told it was the lunch break. I left to get a bite came back and got in line to wait another 30 minutes for them to open. I didn't want to lose my spot in line. That's how bad the wait is!

Try not to get Zach at pharmacy he tires but dude doesn’t know what he’s doing and gives off a nasty energy. Other pharmacist were friendly but they seem to be busy constantly.. but what other options do you have out here
