I dropped in to order a pistol. The firearms section is nice: a good selection, well-organized and clean. Unfortunately, the counter clerk was more interested in swapping endless shooting stories with a couple local boys than providing even a hint of customer service. I stood at the counter a solid ten minutes waiting for "Can I help you?" that never came. I'll shop elsewhere.

They generally always have what I need here everything for fishing hunting Sporting Goods you can find it here. Good store Friendly staff very helpful. I had filled out paperwork to pick up a new shotgun here everybody was very kind and helpful and I got what I was looking for price wise and the correct item I wanted. Price was not over-inflated like some other gun stores. Definitely plan on coming back here again. Good value for what you get!

Sportsman's Warehouse has a great selection of everything you could ever want for outdoor recreational activities; shooting firearms, hunting, hiking, target shooting, camping, and more. Sportsman's Warehouse offers all sorts of clothing for outdoor activities, including footwear and socks, a great selection of knives for various activities, a wide selection of handguns, shotguns, rifles, revolvers, 1911s, even air rifles etc. Sportsman's Warehouse also carries belts for those who carry firearms on their body, handgun holsters, Sportsman's Warehouse also sells parts for AR pattern rifles, archery products, fishing poles, line, and parts, even canoes! In summary, if you're looking to have fun outside regardless of the season, go check out Sportsman's Warehouse, they'll have what you need!

Seller of counterfeit products, DO NOT BUY ANY guns or gun accessories from this store.I bought a Trijicon RMR red dot from this store, it turned out that the product was a counterfeit. This store stole $500 from me and refuses to make good on the end of the deal.

Was followed and made to feel uncomfortable or it seemed that way idk if it's a weekend thing or what but my husband and I stopped for a fun leg stretcher on a road trip like whoa guys calm down and be more customer services friendly idk I mean it's sportsman's warehouse great store anyways

I will never shop here again.I’ve had three online orders here, never got any of them. Tried to get a gun, took 3 months then I canceled the order. When I tried to call and ask why it wasn’t going through and to get my money back, the manager of the gun section hung up on me.Not sure he was expecting me to show up in person and confront him.I will never set foot in this bogus store again.

The staff are very courteous, always get welcomed in. Impressive amount of knives, clothes, firearms, fishing and camping gear. The deals are hot or miss for ammo, but they have the largest selection I've ever seen. If you are a shooter and hunter, this is a great place to go. Sometimes I just look at new products and find things I never knew existed.I'm not a fan of their corporate policy that you must check in your firearm if you are going to try on a holster or take out your pistol. Also, if you are put in the back of the que for buying firearms, they won't call to get you instantly approved, but this is common for most corporate stores. The prices can be high on some things and ridiculously low on others, so check the store often for deals.

Really disappointed I showed up at 7:48pm(I know close to closing ) but I new the item I was going to get and write where it was and you're going to still be out of there with a couple minutes before their technical closing time & while the lights were on the front doors would not automatically open. So I knocked on the door and nobody still answered at 10 minutes to 8:00. I called and they answered and said the front door is supposed to be open and she'll have a talk with him shutting it down early. But really disappointed that even the times they have listed on Google are not accurate as it even says 9pm.

I went in to get two items at 12:30. I asked for help to find a holster for my kids gun. I was told to go look on the isel with the holsters. After being ignored and then watched as I struggled I went and asked again for help. I finally found what I was looking for. One of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. 😑

Very nice staff, lots of parking and plenty of aisle space all with a very nice variety of weapons,ammo, fishing gear and apparel. Plus plenty of gear for hiking and camping. I will return.

Their shelves are understocked and the staff does not appear to be very familiar with the products. The store was clean, however, and staff were friendly. I just wouldn't consider them a go-to store for anything but mainline sports.

Employees are somewhat scattered, at times hard to find someone just to ring you up. High prices for the most part, but have most everything you'd look for in hunting/fishing/camping.

Edit - bumping to 3 stars, I talked with the manager today and we had a good talk about needing some more documented procedures to ensure this doesn't happen to others, he was very attentive and had a good discussion with me. The team did their best to rectify the situation. I hope to see them take these improvements seriously, and if they do, I will be bumping my rating again higher.If you buy guns here, make sure you call back regularly when you're waiting for them to get a cleared background check.They told me they would call me as soon as it cleared, and it could take up to 8 weeks.I never received a call and when I called them, they couldn't manage to articulate what had actually transpired, which was that they got the results 2 days after I left, never notified me, and that those background checks expire after 28 days.The only words they could muster was "it expired after 28 days."I asked them to explain what that meant and they literally just repeated that sentence, I had to ask 15 yes or no questions to finally understand what happened.Their communication is atrocious here, don't trust them to be responsible with your purchase.

Rude and condescending.It took me two visits to this unfortunate retailer to see the problem isn't just a worker having a bad day. This is a toxic environment with very rude employees. They made me feel like I had invaded their private space and they were not having any of it. I was ignored, talked down to and made to feel like I was not welcome there at all. This was bad enough that I will travel further and pay more to avoid such unprofessional treatment in the future. BTW- it might be nice to offer one open, attended register for your customers. We don't magically know that your practice is to make the customer walk over to the unattended service desk and wait someone to show up.As you can see, Sportsman's Warehouse did respond to my complaint. The post suggests they would be interested in speaking with me further about my experience. I took the time to follow up with customer service as requested but received only a canned response saying my complaint had been noted. Disappointing.Kind of like my experience in the store.

Looked like a stripped down sportsman’s. I have been to other locations of similar size and they are packed wall to wall with merchandise. Because of this, the selection was poor. Prices also seemed fairly high. IMO skip this store and shop local for the same price or go online to save some cash. Also employees did not seem to care and seemed to just enjoy each other’s company instead.

Had a problem with a new fishing pole on my first trip out. Bought it in Sacramento but the problem occurred in Roseburg Oregon. Walked in to customer service and it was immediately replaced. No receipt required. They back their reputation.

Our Sportsman's Wharehouse is a good place for all your outdoor needs. They usually have my ammo in when I need it. Great selection of target supplies as well. I love their outdoor clothing lines. High quality stuff!! I would highly recommend it here!!

Have everything you need for an outdoors adventure. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always helpful. Best place in Roseburg for gear and supplies. Have no idea how someone could leave a negative review. Any bad experiences must be isolated and rare. I have never had a bad experience in this store. On more than one occasion I’ve had an employee spend an hour with just me helping with my purchase. If you’ve had a negative experience I suggest you speak to management and get the issue resolved. We are lucky to have this store in our town especially since other stores have stopped carrying certain items.

i bought a pistol from this store along with the warranty that was offered i was told it included sight installation with the warranty. well after a couple days messing around do to the fact they were shorthanded i brought it to town and was being helped with that when heather the manager got mad because i ordered the fiber optic sites from their online store she made the gentleman that was helping me stop and told me he wasn't allowed to do that so he helped me find some tools that i might be able to do it myself at home. i highly recommend no one buys anything back there as long as she is the supervisor and take said with a huge grain of salt. i want to add that the customer service was excellent until i this episode above. also i have talked with a ton of customers that have all had very derogatory things to say about heather

No thanks. The disrespectful, discriminatory way I was treated while standing in line to purchase a 12 gauge shotgun and a 38 handgun, in November 2022, with a bunch of men and the customer service kid, pretty much made my mind up to never shop there again.I wound up purchasing a Mossberg handgun online for $200 less, right there in their store, while my customer service kid, double timed me waiting on another man at the same time for 15 minutes.Uh, no other customer service rep did that to the men while I was waiting in line for 25 minutes observing.When I asked about gun safety or concealed weapon classes. He yells at another guy, Hey do we have any? Nah, shrugging shoulders, we don't know. And obviously, they don't care.So, I'm a 65 yr old, petite woman. Why doesn't that command the same attention as a man? Bad customer service. Rating is a 1 out of 5 stars, and a lump of coal in their stocking
