We went in about 2 weeks before Halloween. None of the displays were set up and working. The kids selection was just basic costumes like ninjas and skeletons. Ended up going to Walmart and getting all 3 costumes the kids wanted for less than the price of one costume at spirit.

Was told this was the better location of the three stores in the area and it had nothing but over priced costumes never knew Halloween was 60 dollars for a costume so I got my brother a costume ended up getting a fake mustache and it was an empty package 6.99 for a empty package so definitively lost my interest in ever going to one of there locations again online shopping is clearly the way to go for Halloween costumes more options and cheaper prices.

I'm very disappointed in the Spirit Store. We bought something last year, post Halloween, but didnt open it until this year. When I opened it, it was missing so many parts. Missing parts that rendered it useless. I called the corporate office and they did nothing. I didn't even want my money back, but made it very clear that because THEY screwed up. I'm not out $100.

It was awful. We got followed through the whole store and people kept asking us if we were finding everything all right which is fine but when comes to being asked 5 times it gets excessive. We also noticed how every time we left an area someone would come almost instantly and act like they put something there when they were just following us the whole time. It was unprofessional and they need to get their stuff together. I'm deeply saddened as how we were looking for our costumes for Halloween and we got followed the whole time. Just sad honestly.

Good location and cool staff. Creepy atmosphere with the animatronics, but they do carry a variety of products and even t-shirts and button ups.

It is very spooky but fun.but very exspensive and ridiculous,I tried to buy a harley quinn jacket and it was 50$ for it!!
