Well, Google Maps shows it closes soon? But it's a quarter to 11 and they have everything PADLOCKED. I've seriously never been to a gas station where they have LOCKED the actual *gas* pump *handle* so I can't get gas. Normally places will put "sorry we're closed" or something on the screen so you know when you pull up that you *can't get gas,* But I got as far as preparing to lift the handle to put it into my car after going through the whole payment for me to realize that I wasn't getting gas. Guess I won't make a primary stop since apparently it's not worth my time. Not worth the savings if I can't put gas in my car either. Also, I'm super glad that I found this out when I'm critically low on gas /s. I'm sure someone else is open and is willing to take my money. Not Safeway, evidently. Nor is this no longer a safe way for me, a bit dangerous to me now since I can't count on them to actually let me put gas in my vehicle when I need it.

Everyone just standing around seemed to be bothered to help even thoe I pulled up to self-service they insisted they do it just wierd felt forced even thoe I didn't want thier help cause they had that attitude last time I was there so I just wanted to do it myself

One of the cheaper places in town can get a bit crazy after about 4 but its easy to get in and out of and is right off of I5 the hose will reach to the other side if you need to no worries there bathrooms are not the best some times

I went to fill up today using my points I had. I asked for them to fill it the first guy started filling my rig up with no problem an walked off to help someone else wasn’t even a few minutes later another fuel station guy came up an messed with the pump an it stopped pumping he kept asking if 4/5 gals was enough I said NO I needed Atleast a half of tank but he couldn’t figure it out to get running again an was very rude an condescending to me about the type of rig I had so I just left wasting my points on only 5 gals of gas. There was no reason for him to even come up and check my pump after less than a minute after the other guy left and pull the handle he didn’t even try to ask a coworker to help him figure out what he did

The Safeway in Roseburg does not staff enough cashers in the mornings, there's usually only one!! I will not use self serv check out because of a hearing deficiency. So they have a long waiting line in the morning and just as long in the eavining. It doesn't pay to get there early! The staff is very curtious and helpful. The store is very clean and neat! I enjoy shopping there! But honestly the lines are driving me away!Shannon Beevers

Every time I go there the people working there are very kind and helpful. They even clean my windshield and back window. Not all of the gas stations here in Oregon do that. I feel like they really want to help. They are very good employees.

Fuel points always worth going. Attendants are some times over bearing and way too many at a time. Little mart could be stocked but easy to run into the main store

A little after 8 pm tonight, we go to get gas, we asked for 30$ in gas. And he fills our tank up! 41$ More than we asked for and now we can't pay a bill we needed to pay!!! We did not pay attention to him pumping because we have never had a problem before, and also, he was talking to us and we were not looking at the pump!

Usually one of the cheaper spots in town... Doubly so if you've got rewards points to burn off ten cents per gallon! Do note that the displayed price on the sign is for cash/debit; credit cards incur a 10c fee per gallon. Very sad!

Maybe I don't understand Oregon fuel laws, but the last I checked diesel is self serve, which makes the locks on this stations diesel pumps after 10pm super confusing.

This was the best experience. Only had to wait a few minutes and the worker was so nice. On top of that I had a 20 cent a gallon off coupon that my granddaughter Heather gave me...I filled it up.

seems to be expensive other places in Roseburg up to .10 cents cheaper and pays attention to when pumping and dont go off wondering away while you have a pump handle sticking out of your vehicle and over filling due to the lack of attention .. was over filled when asked for the amount i needed

The attendance are always friendly and are nice enough to give my dog a treat when we stop for gas.
