Its always a hit and miss. Mostly, I miss. :( Employees are friendly. Long wait in line to check out! Store was pretty neat/tidy but mostly made me think of leftovers. We have limited places here to shop, which can be frustrating. This store just needs a makeover, so you feel like you choose to go there vs. no other choice . I hadn't been In for a couple of years. Sadly it may be awhile again. 😕

It's not a bad place to shop. The secret to shopping Ross is always go to clearance first. Items are clearance by arrival date, not season. This means a top you like on the regular rack may also be found in the clearance.

Ross, in Roseburg, is the ONLY retail store open till midnight, for this 2023 Holiday Season. I knew the pickings would be slim, 2 days before Christmas, but was able to grab some items.Store was clean. Clerks were friendly And helpful. Prices were as expected.

Almost always love the prices and selection. They always greet you when you come in. This is my go to store for clothes, shoes, and linens in Roseburg.

Teresa (not sure of her spelling) who works at the Roseburg location is absolutely rude and completely unprofessional.I went to the store today st 930am and the store opens at 9am. I get up to the door and there is a sign hand written on a piece of paper saying "closed" with no further explanation as to why. I looked to make sure I was there at the correct time, I was, and peep in the window and see all the lights are on with only one employee in sight. I knock on the door and wave to her and ask if she knows when the store will open. She aggressively cuts me off and yells "I don't know, I don't know when we'll be open, the registers aren't working" while waving her hands frantically at the registers. I'm assuming I was not the first to ask as there were multiple people waiting in their cars.I told her that maybe she should put an explanation down as to why they were closed and advise the open time isunknown so people weren't waiting around in hopes it was just a short delay.While I'm offering this opinion to her she again cuts me off yelling "I'm not talking to you anymore, we're closed."Either way, I'm a customer and should be treated with respect. Closed or open. Especially while you're in store.I spoke with corporate and hope she will be educated and trained in better customer service.Teresa is a shameful employee who is absolutely terrible to customers and I'm sure I'm not the first one she has treated poorly.

How many people do you need to run the front of the store? I think there were 6 people or so. All chatting amongst themselves and not overly anxious to check the person out. Went to one register and the cashier didn't say anything to us just gave us a stupid look and turned her light off. Not very customer friendly. Our cashier was friendly enough. We were greeted when entering. It really is a hit or miss anymore. The children's clothing section is really lacking. They did have the largest selection of any Ross we have seen so far for your furbabies. We did find a couple of items that we were needing that other Ross stores didn't have. They did have associates on the floor, but none engaged with the employees at all. Not a very customer friendly store on this visit.

The place to go for anything taste related.No tackyness located here! Only tastefullnes and at a discounted price!Freindly and very helpfull staff.If I worked here my paycheck would be mostly spent on cool stuff from home furnishings and clothes to pet snacks and toys.

Nice wide variety of clothing styles for fairly cheap and decent prices. It's hard to shop at other stores knowing how discounted Ross's goods can be-- why spend $60 on some jeans when Ross has them for $20? Their other miscellaneous items for sale are a little more dinky than useful. And I wouldn't recommend buying the snack-food they have.

This used to be a more edgy place. It was where we bought all our young adults kids, presents. It used to have better and more modern choices. Quality and choices are now few and far between.

Great shoe selection, particularly if you wear a larger size. Good pet products as well. But everyday clothing isnt available like it usually is. Where there used to be a wide selection of options, it's racks of the same things that most people don't want. Particularly in men's clothing.

Went shopping at Ross with my best friend. We went to try on clothes together. In her dressing room someone had urinated and her shirt was soaked in urine. My friend was less than decent in her undershirt. They didn't offer any assistance or help. My friend had to walk across the store this way.

Open Late (11:pm), a very excellent selection as beauty products at a price you can afford to try and see if you like them or not. It is my go-to place to find things new and Innovative in skincare and makeup you will ever find. I am using the best care products I ever have and I'm 56 years old now

Pretty good deals here. They give a senior discount on Tuesday only. No Military discounts. Which would be nice for Veterans. They should consider. Just a thought I'm not a Veteran but I think they deserve a discount all the time.

Typically I have a fine experience in these stores. I know I'm going to spend time looking for my size in something I like. Usually about an hour spent shopping. Yesterday my Mastercard wouldn't work for whatever reason as I checked out. The checker put my name on my bags and I told her I'd be back. I then also called to make sure they would hold the bags overnight(I live 20 minutes away from the store) I was again assured they would. Next day I come back to pay and I was told they do not hold items overnight. I was not about to spend another hour looking for the items I had picked out the day before. I may be being petty, but I was quite annoyed about the lip-service. I'm sure they didn't believe I'd be back.

Always have new items coming in so you never know what you might find. Great prices, good clearance, and many unique and interesting items. If you see something you like you might want to buy it because it may not be around very long!

Ross has a very great selection of the best name brand products like Nike, adidas, Under Armour, they are so cheap sometimes more than half the price of the price you would normally pay. The only thing I can say I would like them to have more of is women's jeans.

I took my granddaughter to the movies and was going to go to the Dollar tree and made the mistake of going into Ross's well let's just say I spent $150 in which I got new bedding pillows clothing and you silverware set a paper towel holder in another words a whole bunch of stuff that was on my wish list and I ended up buying that Ross's even though it was $150 I got more than my money's worth and I'm glad that I went in there
