Worst experience we've ever had with a pharmacy or business in general. They are the most unhelpful people. Its always "were shorthanded" or "too busy"One pharmacist there is so incredibly rude and made my wife leave crying.My wife is medically sensitive and has been dealing with problems from not having her meds on time for over 3 years at this place!Rite aid owners just say "oh we're so sorry, we'll fix this immediately" etc. Etc. Nothing ever changes there, there is no management and ownership could care less obviously.Prescriptions are never ready. Today my wife tried to pick up a prescription that was called in a week ago. They said they hadn't had time to fill it. In a week!?What an absolute joke.Wish I could give 0 stars.Wal mart pharmacy here we come.

Thank you so much for the great service yesterday!!!! I came in to get my prescriptions and I had been out for 2 days. I had 6 all together I needed. I asked for at least one of them and in 10 minutes they filled them all. I appreciate it so much!! I know you all are working hard as you can to help everyone. Thank you Kimi(Kimberly) You all there made my day and I feel so much better now.

This Riteaid does not answer phone calls! I was calling on vital cancer related medication and they told me to call to activate prescription sent in by my Oncologist. So unprofessional to ignore phone calls. I guess I have to wait on my meds. Thanks for nothing. Just called yet again no answer. WowUPDATE 9/21/23: finally got thru to fill my order yesterday by phone and they said they put a rush on it. Will, called 3x today no answer. They promised I get my prescription that was sent Sept 12 by my Oncologist yesterday. Still not filled! I will have to go thru another chemo treatment without this medication. Unreal and so unprofessionalupdate 9/25/23- Still not filled or answering there phones. Went directly to Rite Aid as I need it for my chemo appointments and they stated it is NOT filled when they said they will do a rush on 9/21/23. I will be filing a formal complaint with this pharmacy. If needed a will be filing a report with the BBB to alert this problem. Avoid this pharmacy!! I will have to go thru yet another chemo without this prescription. So wrong.Update 9/26/23- Cancelled order for prescription that was prescribed on 9/12/23. They never filled it. Done. Reported to my Oncologist and now getting prescription at Costco Pharmacy. He sent the same order and bam already ready. Good job Costco!!!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They only have one pharmacist who desperately needs help. I have never received my prescription on time. It’s always 2 or more days late. I was told by an employee that when you call in a prescription it goes in the computer with 1200 others and if you need your prescription in a day or two then you have to talk to a person to see if they can push it to the head of the line. People need their medication. As soon as my refills run out I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Your pharmacy drive-through is so extremely slow and has always been this way! Why does it take so long just to give somebody their prescription? Been here for 1 hour!

Was with my friend picking up a perscription up around 5:40, had been in the drive through for a minimum of 30 minutes and once we got up to the window the lady from inside came out and said sorry it’s 6 it’s time to go we can’t just help everyone. We immediately walked inside because my friend was having issues and needed her medication immideitaley, we asked and it was 5:59 and they said sorry all our tills are closed. This wasn’t even after 6

I have never been to a pharmacy that the drive through is so slow. I was in the drive through for an hour with 2 cars in front of me. If there is something wrong with a script, just have the customers come inside. Also the prescriptions called in by the Dr's should be filled same day and ready. It shouldn't take 2 days. Also replenish your stock so it won't have to be ordered. All my meds I have had to wait because it needs to be ordered. I miss my CVS back in Florida. They never have these problems and open 24 hrs.

The Rite Aid in Garden Valley needs better managers, so that there is someone answering the phones and online prescriptions and communication with doctor's offices, someone to work the drive-up window and someone to work the inside front counter. Statistically, they know the pharmacy flow for prescription pick-up from regular customers and adjust the work flow (employees working) to meet the needs of customers. Rite Aid makes a lot of money from their Pharmacy products. The Rite Aid store became successful due to supply and demands of customers needing their prescriptions filled. The customer service is no longer what it use to be. I apologize if my post offends anyone. That's not my purpose. My purpose is perhaps offering suggestions to make going to your Rite Aid Pharmacy better for customers and employees.

The wait time was outrageous, several hours after the prescriptions were supposed to be ready. They verified the time of pickup and then when they were unable to get the prescription done on time they blamed their poor service on lack of staff. Go anywhere else if you can. They don't even deserve a one star review but I couldn't post without picking at least one.

I have been waiting on meds to be refilled since Friday of last week. When I called on Monday they said I had no refills left and they the needed to request the scrip from my doctor. My doctors office was on it right away and sent it over on Monday. It is now Wednesday I still do not have my medication and am going through side effects from abruptly stopping my medication.Now when I call it just rings and no one answers. They are playing with my life I will be transferring to a new pharmacy this one is dangerous to go to with little care for their clients well-being.

I understand the staffing shortage, and have been very patient with this pharmacy. We've used it for years, but no more. Waiting hours only to be told oh we can't fill this until after this date. They make transferring your prescription to a pharmacy that can fill it that day a nightmare and a half.Most of the time these issues are lessen by staffing being nice and apologetic about it. But now they act uncaring and bitter towards you. We're switching pharmacies indefinitely.

Shutting the pharmacy down on Stephen's was something they had to do this is understandable. When they sent my prescriptions over to garden valley Rite Aid without letting me know that became a problem. Iam 67 disabled and don't have transportation or drive. I have called many times and the line is busy. I haven't had my Medications in over a month. My family all work and are unable to go stand in line for an ungodly amount of time waiting and when they get up there to find out they returned them to the pharmacy or they just aren't ready. So I am saying that Rite Aids lack of communication with the public has caused myself and I don't know how many others to be ill from not having there medication like prescribed for them. Disappointed customer!!

Had a prescription called in late Friday morning and now it’s Wednesday and they still claim that they haven’t received the Rx from my provider. Even though my provider and her staff have sent over the Rx multiple times over the last 5 days and checked and confirmed that it was sent. Both my provider and her MA also have tried calling the pharmacy directly multiple times to give a verbal phone order for the Rx but have been unable to get anyone to even answer the phone. If this was just a simple antibiotic or Motrin maybe it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but its a very important medication that has the potential to save my life. Sad to see that this is what customer service has come to.

My medication is never ready on the day it's supposed to be. Always the next day late in the afternoon when I don't have anyone to go to the pharmacy for me.. I'm constantly out of my medication as a result, even after calling in my script days before. Drive up has been incredibly rude to my care provide. Terrible service with no explanation, would not recommend fopharmacy service.

This review is for what’s been a common occurrence for the last couple of months. I blame corporate for not providing the help they need to keep up! I hope no one dies or gets very ill. Up until now Rite Aid pharmacy on Garden Valley in Roseburg was great, convenient and friendly and under the circumstances the staff continues to be professional and pleasant. I’ve called my prescription into the automated system a week in advance but the rx’s aren't ready in time. They are asking customers (patients) to wait three days after the rx refill date. I’m sure it’s very stressful for the employees as well as the customers.

Very very slow customer service in the pharmacy drive thru. One cashier said be with in just a minute then gone. Another cashier came up helped other customer then left. Pharmacist consult took forever to happen. Now I am late to my client because this took over 20 minutes.

This place is going to get someone killed some day. Went in to get my prescription and they told me there was no re-fills left and the doctor needed to be called. I had left my phone number when I called the prescription in (in case they needed to contact me). I had switched doctors a while back, and apparently the prescription was not switched over. I was told they couldn’t get a hold of the doctor because they weren’t my doctor anymore. At which point they should have called to inform me and I could have sorted it out before I ran out of my medicine. Thankfully, this is not a life saving medication but the side effects are rather bothersome when I do not take it as scheduled. So, if you have any medications that absolutely can not be missed, I would not take my business here.

We, as private individuals, should rise up against retail and other industries that collect personal, private information that could be used for identity theft. Rite Aid is now scanning your government issued identification, which contains your name, birthdate, address and license number when purchasing adult beverages! This is personally identifiable information! It is subject to hacking, just as other companies have had done to them. Are you wanting to take that risk? Let Rite Aid know your feelings on the matter.

Pharmacy was acceptable but the pricing of regular store items are double and triple of most other stores. $5.55 for a small bag of chips, $2.59 for a soda or a candy bar. Brick and mortar are going away and it's because the cannot keep up with bigger stores or online and Rite Aid is going to be one of the first to fall. Just blatant over charging and overt price gouging.

It has been over two weeks wait to fill prescriptions. Not an exotic fill, just basic stuff. Pharmacy closed on Sunday, no staff available to fill. When asked "nOBodY wAnts tO weRk" half-sentance is rolled out. It's a half-sentance because come to find out, Rite-aid is one of the lowest paying pharms. Pay people! Staff accordingly! Moving my stuff to a smaller pharmacy that cares.

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would . Everytime I come here nothing is ever right or done. Meds called in over a week ago and come to pick them up and they haven't even started on them . Counter clerk is extremely rude and sez this is just the way of the world now . Absolutely unacceptable Not to mention I sat in line for 35 minutes only to be told it would be ready in another 40 minutes if I wanted to wait. Most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to.....

Made a 2:03 PM appt for a covid vaccine. I filled all the necessary information online ahead of time where I made the appt so when I went into the store the only thing I should have had to do was show my ID and insurance card, get my shot and be on my way. I arrived at 2PM. After taking my ID and insurance information I was given a paper to fill out that had the questions that I already answered before hand on the website, and most didn't even pertain to me being a male, things such as if I was pregnant or not. Handed the paper, was told to sit and wait. Waited FORTY mins. If another 5 mins went by I was about to get up and leave. Mind you also there was no one else waiting ahead of me for a covid shot, and I only saw about 5 customers come up to the pharmacy in that time frame, all several mins apart from eachother, so its not like they were swamped or extremely busy. Finally I was called to the counter, had to sign a bunch of things, than was told to sit down and wait again. Another 10 mins went by, and I was finally called to get my shot at 2:57 PM. Was asked to hang around for 10-15 mins to observe me, which I declined as I refused to have another second of my time wasted. What was the point of making an appt if I wasn't going to get my shot till an HOUR after it? May consider going somewhere else for my second dose.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I have had to wait for every prescription for two to three days. Service is terrible, no one in line and still takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to get help. Staff is not friendly 👎👎👎

Avoid if at all possible. Just getting an rx filled is two weeks of mess and then an hour in line IF they even bother filling when they say they will.
