I had to throw away family packs of breast chicken Pork chops all kinds of food what a waste of my money they will take advantage of you this high price store will pull old resers coleslaw ect off shelf empty it into bowl and sell it in the deli like it’s fresh . You buy old stuff on sell but at register charge you full price you usually got to throw the stuff away anyways. They should be closed down permanently by the state.the ray team sucks.

Good for last minute items. Prices are more convenient store. Always be sure to check expiration dates. Employees are friendly.

I love the jerky that they make in store. Can't find it at any other Ray's Food Place. I will come back often for the jerky.

I choke on the sticker shock each and every time Ive been here. But to be fair... They've come thru in a pinch on more than one occassion. (The times Ive been here, when theres no where else open)

Love my local Ray's. Staff are super friendly & helpful. It may be a bit pricey, but it's super convenient, & the staff make it worth it!

Easy to get in and out. Had some really sales going on! The clerk was so nice, I had misread one of the sale items, I thought it said buy one get one! But no it was buy one. Get 2 free. What great service.Just for that special little bit of extra step from the clerk, I will shop there more.

The place is okay for a small town store, just everything is so pricy. I definitely wouldn't go grocery shopping Herr. It's more of an emergency store, such as I forgot to get milk in Roseburg so I'm gonna pick up a gallon, or a place to go due to convenience if u live nearby. I can say that the staff are friendly. Oh, and they are supposed to have a western union but you can only pick up a western union if u have ID, even if it's a question one that is only supposed to require the question and answer to pick it up.

I shop here quite often. I also regularly use their return kiosks for cans and bottles. anytime I've ever had any issues, management have always been very helpful and fair with me. Very professional and great customer service.

If i could leave this review without even giving it star i would ... All i gotta say is dont go to these people to pay your bills because they dont pay attention to who's account their putting it on. I went to pay my power bill threw them an they put my money on a completely different account and now i got a shut off notice and im still waiting on rays to resolve it! I will be contacting corporate if i don't here from them soon!

Very expensive store. When new ownership took over they raised all their prices. Only big food store in Veneta. Now I drive into town to shop and save money.

It was at three stars due to lack of selection and high prices. The masked up, unfriendly cashier takes it down to one star! He was playing on his phone in between customers and was not friendly at all. (He was a young man wearing a worthless paper mask, which did not help him on any level)

The staff is always friendly andMy favorite thing is the selection of Saltwater Taffy!!!!! Their Bakery is my first stop for Turnovers!!! Yummmmm!!!I had to get those Cherry turnovers and Black Licorice Taffy...❤️❤️❤️

This is the place to shop if you have $$$$$But if you have time to kill go recycle your recyclables here,it took over an hour to have the bins emptied and this is on more then one occasion this has happened,that people have stopped got there I've noticed.

Rays normally has what you need, ice batteries, sour cream, they got it. It's probably a dollar or 2 more than a bigger store but if you just need one or 2 things it's definitely worth it.

There are a couple of staff members that are nice. Others seem like your a bother, the prices are crazy...... seems like they have no problem taking advantage of people that can't travel into Roseburg.

Horrible selection and they rarely have what I'm looking for. It's the only grocery store in the area though, so I'm forced to go there. The high prices are outrageous and the bathroom access is very weird. The place is clean and the workers are always friendly though, so there's that

Too expensive! The only full grocery store in the area and feel Ray's takes advantage of that especially on senior citizens that don't have means to go elsewhere.

Considering the pandemic, Ray's has gone above and beyond trying to keep everyone safe, this I truly appreciate, their staff had always been great and I've danced a few times with the young men stocking the shelves.. lol. If I couldn't find a product they would order it, that's what I love about them.. since they have gone to employee owned, I get the vibe the staff ain't happy, and the prices have gone up more than I can afford, however I always support local businesses and will continue to do so, hopefully they will be able to lower their prices and their customers will return in droves, otherwise I not sure about the future of stores who out profits before people, especially in the trying time's everyone is trying to make a dollar stretch.. their products are amazing, their staff the best I've ever seen and the store is always clean and well stocked..

I shop here all the time due to the convenience and proximity to my home. To get to any other store is a bit of a drive for me so they offer a great local service. They keep a very good variety of stuff in stock so five stars for convenience and inventory. They always have everything that I’m looking for. But I am only giving three stars because a lot of the stuff on the shelf is expired. I always have to make sure to read every thing I purchase to make sure it’s not expired. In the past I have told employees there that certain things were expired and even handed it to them. I saw them put it back on the shelf… So make sure to look for expiration dates. And also know that you are going to pay extra for the convenience of a local grocery store. But even still, I will continue using Ray’s when I have to or just not wanting to drive any further

They had the most amazing smelling BBQ going on outside the store today. It was making my mouth water. I love when they offer the BBQ meals to their customers or anyone who would just like to purchase one. The store is well kept with friendly staff and helpful.

Went in today for a few things. As always staff was friendly,store clean. They are pricey but don't mind paying price for their meat and produce as it is always fresh. I was surprised the quality of the meat was great. We've had their roast beef,steaks and hamburger and it was tender and easy to chew unlike meat from luckys. If you're willing to pay a little more I suggest Ray's.

I definately do not recommend this place and will not ever be going back. I bought some dark chocolate ice cream topping from here a few days ago (it's currently 06/03/2022)And I just now opened it to realise that this has been expired since March 6, 2022 THREE WHOLE MONTHS! Absolutely disgusting. Especially for the prices they charge? I don't think so. -17/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
