Less than half a mile from the I5 off ramp, this fairly new Marshalls is clean and spacious. Shopping there is a pleasure, great inventory for the whole family at very competitive prices. Plenty of parquing space, few restaurants (Red Robin) in same complex.

Always good finds. You can never go to Marshalls with an idea in mind because you won't find it. If you go in with an open and flexible mind, then you're good. I've gound some good clothes here but mainly we go for beauty products.

It's not nearly as good as it used to be not much selectiand don't understand why Clarence everything was $8 and it never used to be that way however everything is changed since Kobe and prices have gotten higher period in reality was very disappointed

I have only been in this Marshall's one time my daughter showed me it. And I really enjoyed being in there I need to go back soon cuz I didn't get to look at every single thing it's almost like a Ross but I feel that Marshall's has more stuff but I like both I would recommend stopping by and going in there and looking around.

Really disappointed with the salesperson lady in Makeup asked for help then she removed the security tag could not put it back on handed it to my Grandaughter we had it in our cart she took it out made me angry I asked her did she think we were stealing. Never have I had any one take something out of my cart before one was tag the other was not. Un professional. This happened in Roseburg Oregon

I enjoy Marshall's. Happy to have a store with nice clothes to choose from for a good price. The selection is not always the greatest for this location; however, they do get inventory frequently. The sale prices are not bad if you do a little hunting around for the bargain.

Good deals to be had if your a smaller human. My kids always find things. I, on the other hand, am a 2x and it's usually well picked over.

I like Marshall's as a store, in that they are a step above Ross in quality. They usually have a nice variety of women's clothing but this time (Dec 10th) I walked away with nothing in clothing. But I did find some nice Christmas gifts. Their home gift items were plenty and the store was well stocked. I didnt speak with any of the staff while shopping but once I was waiting in line I didnt have to wait long and the checkout person was friendly. Roseburg is the closest store to me so usually when I'm in the area zip usually stop in for a bit of shopping.

I have appreciated Marshall's stance to ensure their customers feel safe during this pandemic. Masks are mandated and many patrons trust that is being enforced. Today while shopping, a lady started sneezing several times and had no mask on. When informing management they just stated that people take them off once in the store. I understand that but either enforce the mandatory rules or post a sign "enter at your own risk" as masks are not enforced. We are all trying to adhere to this to keep our community safe and trust our businesses to be doing the same. If they aren't, then give transparency to customers so they can choose whether they want to take the risk or shop elsewhere. I chose to leave and will just shop online. Shame as trying to support local businesses but not if safety of customers is not prioritized.

Everything was good till check out. Long slow line just as I was about to set my stuff aside and walk out a person slowly made their way to the check out. A little management training on customer service would go a long way.

Sometimes a hit and miss, but we often have luck finding parfum at a good price, as well as shoes. It's very clean and items always seem to be in their proper place.

Manager, Kimberly, at the Roseburg Oregon store used the excuse of Covid for not returning money for an unsatisfactory product returned with receipt from the day before. There was no written or verbal information that unopened products could not be returned. Warning to all who consider buying any beauty product from Marshals.

Every time I come to shop they are stocking and in the way, would not be so bad but the isles are so small that you can't look at merchandise while they stock. Why can't you do this when the store is closed? Or list stocking hours? Prices seem ok but like I said I can't shop because there is no room for me to look.
