I love my local Lowes store! Their always friendly staff makes my day. I recently purchased a wood chipper that weighed about 150 lbs. Rene and Kobe were so helpful with carefully loading it into my car. Thanks Lowes!

Horrible place. Will NEVER do business with them again. Waited 16 days for flooring. No one called to tell me there wes a problem with the order. Then they wanted to refund and reorder. And I sill have to wait for them again. Contractors are expensive and on a time limit for jobs. Thanks for nothing. Cancelled all. Starting g with HOME DEPO

I purchased 19,000$ worth windows ( Pella)for our mobile home. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I regret almost daily they are cold, let cold in too. I honestly would not buy anything major again, the agent knew we needed good ENERGY-EFFICIENT windows, we got taken. I feel she didn't look out for the customer at all.

Worst customer service in Roseburg that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Can’t get my order or delivery right. Tried to take away my discounts that they gave me from the hassle of their mess up, all because i was not happy with a product that did not work right, that I wanted to return. Once my washer and dryer are paid off I will not be returning for big purchases. Management runs the other way when they don’t want to deal with you and pretend to be in meetings. Never returning calls.

Ordered three exterior doors in April, waited two months with no communication to find out the order hadn't been placed. August the doors arrive but two had to be sent back due to incorrect measurements. Not a problem, things happen. I couldn't get anyone to confirm that the second order had been placed (I called the store every 1-2 weeks). Two months pass and the doors hadn't been re-ordered (second time). They sent out a person to re-measure in late October. I cancelled the order for the remaining two doors. Super frustrating as I called every week to confirm the re-order had been placed and never got a call back. Would give zero stars. It's now been a year and there was a fourth delay requiring escalation. It's now been a year and the doors are scheduled for March 12, 2024. We ordered March 8, 2023.

This place in last few years has became a joke can't find you orders and the management is a joke looks like he hadn't showered shaved or got haircut in week if not months and very rude way to be example for some very good yonger employees do better

Yesterday I tried to get paint from the pro desk. I didn't realize the pro desk meant pro at wasting time. I asked Mandy for 2 dallons of accessible beige. I waited about 15 minutes then James brought out a cart full of random materials and 3 gallons of untinted paint. Dee Jay was telling him to start marking things off as picked up when I just told them I'll have my boss deal with it. It's his account and I told them what I wanted off of it with authorization. I shouldn't be given a run around. Having these "pro" desk people trying to get me to pick up more stuff just to help their numbers makes doing business through Lowes impossible. I would not recommend going here. Dee Jay and Mandy both deserve to be fired for how unknowledgable they are on anything construction or home renovation and how unfriendly they are.

For awhile now they(Lowes) have had no checkout with workers behind the checkouts. Only self checkout. I will not use these, as I like the interactive with a human face. One that receives a paycheck. If their not available I will leave without purchasing items.

I like the lay out better than Home Depo. Better staff. I go there all the time picking up little things I go there all the time picking up a little things. But for lumber I think there's a better price at budget lumber just outside of town. Update i went in today to get a oak board, pretty expensive but I don't really have a hard wood dealer near me. just got done

Returned home from the Lowes in Roseburg. Purchased over 2,000.00 for flooring and they loaded the palet in my box van. We had to wait over 20 minutes for forklift flag person to walk from the back to the forklift driver; they stacked the palet with 52 packages 5 on bottom then ten up 5 wide. The palet was wrapped only one full wrap of shrink wrap. While leaving Roseburg for Myrtle Creek we turned one corner on the freeway and the load tipped over against the wall of the Box van. Here is the results of poor loading 😢. We took these off the truck and noticed some of packages are damaged.Signed: Unhappy customer 😑... Disabled Veteran...

We wanted to buy blinds for our back deck. We found what we wanted online and they sell them at Lowe’s. We went to the store to order them and there was no one in the store who could help us. We were told to come back in two days when a manager would be there could probably take our order. So we went back in two days and we were told there was no one there who could help us. The manager was scheduled to work that day but was probably on his lunch hour. So we left yet again without ordering the blinds. Now we’re looking to see where else we could go since it doesn’t seem like Lowe’s is willing to work with us.

I received excellent customer service from a man named Joe. We were buying red pavers for a yard project. And he seen that we were trying to lift them to put on a cart. I had just had surgery on my hand and my husband's back has issues. Joe saw us struggling and asked if we needed some help. He loaded our pavers onto the cart and I asked if he could assist us when we went through check out. He said, no problem, just have the person at the register page him and he would be there as soon as he finished up with what he was doing. They paged him and within a few minutes he was there to help us.He is the right person to be working at Lowe's.THANK YOU, Joe in The Garden Center of LOWE'S! ❤️ You are an excellent employee!

I went to Lowe’s with a friend today to look for several things as she had just purchased a new home. We went to the window treatment section and found an associate to help us, she stated she wasn’t the specialist for that dept but she would find someone to assist. We waited a bit, then wandered to another section of the store. At one point, I left my friend to grab light bulbs and we reconnected a couple minutes later. I literally had no communication with any employee during that time. We then asked another employee about a faucet I wanted to buy and he was struggling to figure out if they had it in stock and where it would be. No big deal, clearly they were understaffed and not as well trained as they could be, but we were in no hurry. At that point we crossed paths with the associate who was finding help regarding the window treatments. My friend asked if she had found anyone who could help us yet? She replied that she had found me and I had stated that we didn’t need help anymore and I had gone to customer service. I was super confused, as was my friend, and said I hadn’t done that? However, my friend calmly asked again, had she found anyone to help us? She restated, angrily that I had (I guess? I literally don’t know as I felt I was in the twilight zone at this point) said we didn’t need help any more. I said, are you talking about ME? because I just got lightbulbs and haven’t talked to anyone. At that point she was angrily walking away from us and shouted YES YOU DID! over her shoulder. We were stunned. Rolled our cart for a minute and I said I don’t want to spend a penny here. So we left it. Went to Home Depot and were treated like actual customers who mattered and spent about $700.00. And I opened a credit card because they had a great deal on those. So, that’s our experience. We spoke with our dollars I guess. But it felt awful to be confronted that way. Hope it was a one off situation.

I had an absolutely great experience at Lowe's in Roseburg. I went in a couple weeks ago and a young guy named Jackson, in the flooring department, took great care of me. He made sure that I had my order in online, since the store did not have the product I needed on hand.Also, tonight when I went in to pick up my order, there was another amazingly helpful young man, in the flooring department there to help me to get the finishing touches for my project.It is so refreshing to have such helpful people on hand. I am thankful.

I went there looking for 2 rolls of 100' black pvc 160psi well tubbing. Asked about it, and the guys said they had 10 in stock, but no one could find them. Ended up finding one roll at Home Depot, but they couldn't find the other six rolls that their computer said they had. All the employees at both stores tried very hard to accommodate us, so that was cool.
