Very clean and great per usual. An amazing selection for out-of-state. Yes if you are on vacation. The bathroom is very very clean! The hotdogs are amazing. Reason for 4 stars is they were out of onions for my hotdog. I still ate it but it just wasn’t as great as it should of been.

Have had amazing experience here. I was broke down in the driveway with a broken drive line. Not only were they totally patient with me before and after getting towed back out of the driveway (18 wheeler no less) but they did the repairs. Everyone here is professional, friendly and as helpful as possible. Been here a several times and it's the same way every time.

Clean and well-kept. The employees were very friendly as well. Stopped here to refuel, and grab some drinks and food before heading back down the interstate. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. Service was quick. Fuel prices were also a little bit less than most of the other Travel Centers along Interstate 5, which is a huge plus with the high fuel prices we are currently experiencing. Nice selection of food and drinks in the convenience store, and nice selection of products overall as well. There's also an Arby's here which is nice, it's open late and then a great place to stop and get some more substantial food if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

I desperately needed to find an Oregon snow globe before flying back to the midwest for my daughter & Love's had the perfect one! The cashier was super helpful & wrapped the snow globe nicely in a taquito wrapper LOL. Clean gas pumps & very clean store. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. Give them all raises!!

A really nice gas station combined with a good place for grabbing sandwiches and drinks. Staff is friendly. The restrooms are very clean and open to public. I will look for this brand for scheduling my stops during my roadtrips. Great service!

I had a problem with the gas pump. A female employee assisted me in getting the pump to work. It was a computer issue and she got it to work. It took her 10 minutes to get it to work, but, it was very cold, late at night, and raining. She was dressed in her Love Truck Stop uniform, no jacket. I couldn't get her to go back in because it was so cold. She braved the climate to make sure that I could pump the fuel I really appreciate her and her dedication to service. It's a rarity nowadays. Well done.

I drive a lot for my job, and this has always been my pitstop before going home. It's a safe place to stop at in the middle of the night/ early am. I almost always fall asleep at one point, and this is the safest place for me to do that. So for that I am very thankful that it is here.Only one time did I have a bad experience when an employee told me I couldn't park here. I was upset because this was my safe place at night to go to, and I told him that I was a paying customer, and that didn't matter to him. I spend anywhere between $30 and $80 a day here, I think I should be able to park here for an hour or something like that in between my orders. I didn't come here for a couple of weeks because of that guy. But, that was an am an employee, and the night shift is very understanding and accommodating. As much as they can be anyway. So I'll just not come in the mornings, lol. That guy is rude! But, the rest are wonderful!!! I'm pretty sure the owner is more then happy to have me at his travel center and be safe rather then not be. I perform a public service, so..... not to mention the cash I spend there on snacks and beverages and such.... so like I said, "Safe place!!"

Traveling on I-5 and family made a quick stop here. We were delighted to discover that this Love's has a little dog park! 🙂 🐕It would be great to see more Truck Stops or Rest Areas provide a fenced-in area for the dogs to get some off leash time.Truckers and people Traveling with 🐕 would appreciate it.

I remember I got A pink sandwich at arby's and I eat there all the time or I used to.. I had one of their people. Tell me that it was cooked and then it was just pink... I researched that with arby's and that was untrue.. I used to eat there all the time. I knew all the help they knew what Iordered.. The manager should have just took it back and fixed it on the spot, and he may still have a customer

Was expecting to find more inside this Love's. We love the fact that they are trying to give you options for healthy eating and making better choices however the prices are very high and really not a lot of monthly sales anymore. Good thing one can use their points there. Watched an employee fold the towels on the checkout counter, not sure how sanitary it was but it was getting done. Customer service wasn't that great. The person who checked us out was friendly and chatty.

This is just another lovely Love's. Again, it's a place that has easy access gas conveniently almost right off the freeway and plenty of short-term truck parking for shopping, rest room and selfies.💛❤

Had a shower. $16. They provided 2 small bath towels, floor mat, wash cloth, and hand/body soap.Highly suggest downloading their app to make the showers a quick and easy process. They have free wifi so you can download on the spot if needed.Checked in as the 3rd person waiting for a shower and had a 20 min wait. Not bad.I think $16 is a bit high for a 15 min shower (not time restricted as far as I could tell, that’s just all the time I needed) but I appreciate that they have one fee for fuel instead of cash/credit prices so I won’t knock a star.

The store, location and all else is fine but something is all wrong with Diego's attitude. I think his "shift leader" name tag has gone to his head. He was very short with me for no reason. If you're not having a good day, go the hell home for God's sake. Over the phone-nasty, in person-nasty. I'm a pro driver and simply tried to book a Team shower by phone. (My intention was to save time by requesting by phone.) Since there wasn't a way to do it online. I explained that I was fueling, only needed half a tank of fuel and was already @ the fuel island.This young man played like I would park in the fuel island and then come inside to shower, while parked in the fuel island. How ridiculous! I told him 3xs THAT wasn't my intent. He consistently replied that I could not book the shower, park at the fuel island and come inside to shower.Hello STORE Management?DISTRICT MANAGEMENT??? If you're interested in the manner with which your customers are being treated, please respond. I expected more.

I love the ability to pump my own fuel now. What would be more helpful is that we can scan our phone for the .10 off and pump. Then pay the person in the booth. Or prepay them with cash and get change as well. That way, it keeps jobs and is easier than running into the store to do it all.

07/27/23 around 7:30pm. got in line for a shower, one shower was occupied the rest was dirty. waited 30 minutes for someone to go and wash at least one of the showers…. went to the front desk, asked about showers, answer is “we r extremely short staffed and we r cleaning as fast as we can”. while another cashier standing there laughing, talking to someone she didn’t see for more than 2 weeks, customer in line with an ice cream, annoyed. she began explain how long she didn’t talk to her friend and the customer is not impressed. I couldn’t wait any longer for this circus to end. went and help myself into the shower. 7 minutes later, the “talking” cashier came banging on the door, yelling to open the door because shower is dirty and i not allowed to do that. after I said I couldn’t wait for it to be “clean” she proceeded yelling to open the door. well, I was done anyway. “you may leave now” the last what I heard. yeah I may… thank you for wasting my time, you may go back to talking and pretending to work.

Staff doesn't pay much attention to the cleanliness of the place. Busy for sure yet at times you see staff outside smoking in groups. Showers are $16 which is too high if you want my opinion.

Great to see a smile on entering and smile leaving customer service is perfect stocked with anything you need make you feel comfortable and looking forward to make it to the next love station they each have the same perfect customer service makes you feel so comfortable it's just makes you want to be on the road

Clean enough to get by for basic needs. Arby's attached and open late. Nice staff. (Didn't check the showers.)Staff informed us that Love's corporate is starting to not favor overnight parking for cars/RVs anymore. There is plenty of signage around against it. Won't be long until they have to start enforcing it.

I always try to get my gas here (for the price) and my coffee because their coffee, I've found, to be consistently good around the country, and competitively priced. Spotless bathrooms, too. Easy to move thru the place with my travel trailer. They have plenty of space, I suppose because it's a favorite of truckers who need it.

We have traveled the country and have stayed at every loves along the way. Buying gas food and coffee Not to mention their coffee cups. Feeling safe and secure. Then we get to this loves sleeping and hear a knock ....No overnight at Loves. Excuse me we have been doing this the last 7 months . Never once had this happen. It was at 5:45am. Before sunrise. The guy was Extremely rude. We were not taking advantage... We were trying to rest after a 10 hour drive and a flat tire along the way. Just so irritating do better.
