I purchased an item that was damaged and not safe to consume and they refused to do anything to replace or ammend the situation. The product was damaged before it was purchased and somehow they ended up with my money AND the product but they refused ro exchange it. As I see.... many people have had bad experiences here. Avoid this place if you can. They also requesntly let the syrups run out on the soda and won't refund for that either. It used to be a nice store with nice people... poor management now.

We have found hiar in our food more then once. Talked to the manager about it yesterday. Figured they might offer to replace it. No. All I got was oh well. Found one that looked like a pubic hair. Hmm. . Don would have never allowed a customer to be treated like that

This review doesn’t reflect on the S mart.It’s about an unpleasant encounter with a employee the other day tho.I went in for food, and a new lady… I heard someone call her Tessa said she would help us in a minute then she disappeared. Poor other lady had to help an entire rush, take our order and cook while “Tessa” was no where in site. 😬

Good food from the deli but ran down to buy some burger buns because I had my briquettes going already and didn't have time to go into town. $ 4.39 for them. WOW ! Must be plated in gold !!! 5 stars for the deli, 1 star for grocery prices

Employee was waiting on 2 people at the same time. Confusing herself on what had been checked in already. I said it would be better to do one customer at a time. She said "that's the way we do it here. So don't come back then" rude and incompetent

Honestly just the fact that I'm rating this is a HUGE deal. I've never rated anything. I hate people who rate things. But this store made me that person. I feel like every time I go to Roseburg to visit my family this store is the go to place. Especially the bomb food they serve. Cheap prices and actually good food. Log cabin is my store!! Keep it up guys!!

The Log Cabin store is a very nice and quaint place to go it's actually a convenience store. they do serve hot food and beverages the very clean inside and outside with plenty of parking spaces they provide a variety of items that you can purchase. The customer service here is very courteous and very informative. It's a good place to go to if you don't run want to run to the grocery store or only need to get a few items. I will be back when visiting my sister-in-law or on my way to Sutherland.

Went and got a specific sandwich with just olives, mayo, mustard, ham, pepperoni, and salami. 40 % of the sandwich was filled with lettuce, wasn't even good lettuce the lettuce was brown! And on top of it the bread was stale! Actually stale! I dunno what's going on but the workers were kinda just slacking. Didnt even act like they cared.

My son got food that was marked as expired. He tired it and it was well past bad. When he went back to get a new one the cashier and manager had a a lot of things to say that were absolutely rude. Telling him they wouldn't exchange it. It should be up to his standards. When I called they tools me they did nothing of the sort. The lady was beyond one rude to me on the phone . She kept laughing at me like it was funny. I said why wouldn't you exchange it. It's not legal to sell expired food. She said yes it is. Are you serious? This place needs tO be shut down. They are selling the consumer expired products.

They wanted me to leave my service animal outside! She had her vest and was walking on a leash. She is very well behaved. Likes people and animals. Does not bark. Stays right beside me! 😡

Great place to get the rona or sick otherwise.Was served a slice of pizza by a gal that pulled the slice apart from the pizza barehanded. And when the tip of the slice broke off, she reached in there, again barehanded and grabbed the chunk to smush back onto the slice of pizza. When I asked the gal for a different slice and asked her to wear gloves this time, she literally said she had too many other important things going on right now to do that.That’s nasty, terrible customer service and not to mention some serious health code conflicts, especially during a time like now. Never coming back.

Well if you're looking for a quick and hot meal unless it in the hot n' ready case don't bother. I was the second order behind child who the employees knew personally and had to wait well over 45 minutes for simple cheeseburger and fries. When the first order had been done, the cook hand delivered to the children but when it came to my time, told my fiancée that we had to ask them if it was done. How was I supposed to know when this was done or left me know about my estimated wait time?As for the meal, the burger was quite good for what it was almost cold and the sause causing the bun to be soggy. The fries would have been decent if I knew the proper prprocedure but it stand was too cold to eat eat. For 8.09 dollars, this was a waste of money and not worth a second buy.

I love this store. I grew up just up the street and used to catch the bus in front of it every morning to go to school. The people that work there are always friendly and the prices aren't bad for a convenience store. They have a great variety of hot food also.

I had a blt and it was pretty amazing. Not a big fan of the dead animals on the walls but it does feel clean when you walk in. Most things are priced fairly, cigarettes are over priced though.

I had no idea this was more than a convenience store. Inside they have a little deli with items you can order for breakfast and lunch. Chorizo breakfast burrito was really tasty. I'll be coming back!

A clean place to eat or pick up something. Made to order cheeseburger and fries is the best in Roseburg area. About $7.00. Take to go or eat in table area. Friendly folks.

People were friendly enough for a little convenience store but I've stopped for bread a couple of times and it wasn't fresh. Next time I'll need to stop at Safeway weather I want to or not
