This crew is amazing! We had been camping in the mountains for our anniversary and a rock cut the front passenger tire. These guys got us in FAST, diagnosed the issue, repaired it and had us on our way within 30 minutes. They also checked the pressure in the rest of the tires, including the spare, and made sure we were safe. Can't say enough about our experience. Thank you again!

All the guys were helpful but TJ went above and beyond. I am temporarily (surgery soon) disabled and he came and picked my car from my home and took it and put 4 of the best tires ever: Their own private label, top of the heap. My KIA Soul rides like a Cadillac now. My late husband was an old tire dog, sold them for 4+ years. He "could teach them a thing about sales" but they aren't on commission. Employee says:" They take such good care of us we don't need [it.]"

After spending Christmas with my family in Medford, I was driving home to Salem on I-5 yesterday when I ran over something and my tire blew! Scary moment for sure! I pulled off the exit and a family stopped to help me put on my spare tire. Big shout out to them! I knew I wouldn't just trust ANY tire shop, so I headed to Les Schwab out on Diamond Lake Blvd. The team there was extremely helpful! I was able to pull right in and in less than 15 min. they had my tire repaired! I went in to go pay for the repair when they said "It's on us"! I could have cried! BEST experience ever! Thank you so much for helping this stranded girl and her mother!

Had a leaky back right tire and they were closest to our campground. Saw us quickly, patched the tire, let us know it was a small nail, and charged us nothing. Amazing! Would happily come back here again.

Best tire shop in town. They do everything in their power to get your problem solved as fast as possible. I'm a mechanic and this is the only shop I've ever been to that gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle condition when I came in for tires.

well I have always had a friendly helpful and professional experience when bringing in equipment or a truck for whatever it may need, even so that we could work on it. Tonight I got to repay the kindness by helping out a young couple whos tire blew on their GMC Pickup. I was glad to help change out a blown tire. It is when we go out of our ways to help others that is supposed to a common practice. More than anything I am glad no one was hurt or injured and that they are both safe and get to talk about it and look back on it one day. I have to say that Thankfully God was watching over this young couple tonight. Thank you, To Josh and your wife for being so kind and also letting me contribute a good deed. have a great night everyone. please remember to be thankful for the time we get here on earth.

TJ and all the employees here are great!We were working with a budget in mind and TJ got us an awesome set for a super good price.They dont waste anytime either. Less than 45 minutes and our duallys were on and ready to go.There is also tons of room here for bigger vehicles.

Brought my grandmothers truck in yesterday with two tires showing wires on them. Had two replacement tires with great tread ready to be put on. Went to this Les Schwab to get them mounted and balanced, but the manager Allen wouldn't replace them because there was three bad tires and I only had two replacement tires. Allen continued to tell me he would replace them if I bought two more tires from them but other than that, he couldn't simply replace the two really bad ones on the rear. Great customer service, would rather me blow out my terrible tires instead of just replacing them for me. Went to the other Les Schwab down the street and didnt have a single problem with it. They actually had good customer service and wasnt acting like a tool. Here's to you Allen the Tool.

Was traveling through from Bandon to Boise . Stopped in Roseburg at 10am , didn't even have to get out of my car ! The boys there checked my tires said one was really low . He filled and checked all and had me on my way in less the 15 min !!!! Way to go !!

These guys completely hooked up the best service and customer service alllll the way around. We shredded a tire coming up the i5 after a gig in Selma, they got us 2 properly sized all terrain beef cake tires. The vand wagon is back safe on the road and feels better than before. Stopped in to buy tire chains during the biggest storm of the year. I asked for help installing them because my hand is in a cast and was told I dont need chains. There is about 6" on the ground and my 2 wheel drive utility truck is sliding all over I am trying to repair utility outages and get service back on, but am unable to get to my job sites. I had to put chains on by myself because nobody at the tire shop wanted to do it. Worst les Schwab I have ever been to. I would advise using another tire shop at all cost because the six guys sitting inside do not want to do their job.
