It doesn't look like much, but it's the neighborhood store at its best. A wide variety of products, friendly service, and reasonable (for a convenience store) prices make J&J my nightly stop on the way home. The owner, Charlie, is quick to greet when you walk in, and if he's not busy, he'll carry on a conversation. All of the staff are as friendly.

The owner, Charlie gets my 2 stars. But dude, please, wear your mask! Also last time I was in there I noticed a customer just helping herself to the hot food case, no gloves, no mask, I don't think she even paid? You gotta stop letting these lowlifes walk all over you because they're gonna cause you to get shut down. This place is sadly not my go-to, it just happens to be open late.

The folks that own this store are very nice people and are very family orientated and they treat their customer's like family. You can walk in their doesn't matter who you are or what your background is and not be judged yet make a friend and maybe hear a goofy joke on your way out. This is my first time going in there and the customer service was excellent they had a lot of hot food in their Deli I just got a burrito and some JoJo's and they were hot and very good the cinnamon rolls look absolutely amazing however I passed on it for today but I will be back

My daughter spends a lot of time in there. Great teriyaki chicken, you know for the price, this stuff is already made too! Good cheesecake, not New York cheesecake. You know what I think it's homemade, so who cares right? Well until I can find New York cheesecake in the deli. Sorry but when your obsessed you got to finish it. I went ahead and called in the man was so sweet and you could tell they were really busy but he still took the time anyway and he made sure I was a customer. Well they don't have time for you no phone calls from anybody. So yes they do have New York cheesecake I'm going to have to go look! I don't usually go inside. Yeah when they get busy, they are busy but they just keep zooming them right out the door, they're really polite.

Love this store. Fast, convenient, great location and a drive thru for when your in a hurry too. The owners and staff are so friendly and the place is so clean! I have not tried there food yet but what I have read on the reviews I am excited to have our family try the food sometime. I would STRONGLY recommend this place!

The staff are very friendly and polite. I discovered this store because the store are normally go to was closed due to employees having covid. It is a little further out of my way to go there but well worth it I found my new go to convenience store and I am very glad that I discovered it.

Not a good place at all Charlie acts like he cares for people as he's ripping people off and it is all have to do with those tabs that he gives out to people but he rips you off as well through those taps very dark person on the inside anyway good luck and watch out if you go there do not get sucked in by his false advertisement. 😂

I love the store they have a very delicious deli with salads and sandwiches. a lot of their stuff is homemade right there in front of you they make an excellent chicken teriyaki Rice Bowl. They are very community and family-oriented very nice people it's always a positive experience every time I go in

When it comes to hospitality, you can ask anybody in Roseburg that Charlie is the man you want to go see. Probably the only store you'll ever find where anybody's welcome. I think it's probably safe to say he probably let you come back after you made a mistake. If you're in the Southgate end of , your money at J&J. Excellent prices
