The items are donated and they charge you like you are buying a brand new item. This used to be a great place to find home repair or improvement items, not really all that great of a deal anymore although the concept is good. Also the staff are not friendly nor helpful.

Boyfriend is working on a restoration of a home over 100+years old and had to replace a couple of windows. I called up and was greeted with a pleasant welcome! We also found out that windows are only $5.00 each! Can't beat that on any day!

I've went in here numerous times before today and they have all be great experiences. Except today an employee was cussing and pretty much yelling because another employee was on there phone doing something important. Cussing in front of customers in my book is not okay neither is yelling in front of customers. After this i won't be going back!!

The staff is friendly and helpful they do go the extra mile to answer questions help me locat what I was looking for..I love the fact reduce, reusable, recycle products. Saving money was my goal. That goal was met.

Lots of reusable items needed for upgrades to your home. Plus some stuff that is just good deals friendly staff, and very good bargains. Love it there and will be returning as soon as I can!! Also hard to find light cover that needed replaced because I dropped it cleaning, and I had no problem finding one that was not a match but went well with the others. So cheap like $2-3 . Works for me!!!

Cool place to find second hand building materials. They don't always have what you are looking for exactly but you can always find a great deal on something you can't live without.prices never disappoint. I don't think I have ever been to another store like it. You never know what you find here.

Don't buy paint from these tweaker. Bought 4, 5 gallon buckets if ultra white. 2 where ultra white 2 where a white with a blue tint. Wouldn't take the paint back that was mixed wrong. Saved themselves the refund of 2 buckets but cost them my business for life. Get of the meth and mix your paint right.

I love this store you can find anything your looking for and then some. I understand that people have off days however wish the staff was a little more helpful if you are looking for something specific. The last several times I went in asked for a particular item and either was shrugged off or told they didn't have anything like that and couldn't remember the last time they did. Mind you these were common items that they regularly have.(Update)03/20/2023Searched and searched for enough vynil plank flooring for a project. Waited for boyfriend to get home and went back in with him to show him 2 options unfortunately apparently someone else had a need for the same item. My only complaint would honestly be that the prices have made a steady climb as with any other business trying to keep its doors open. I'm sure I'll be in for my next honey to do list or project.

Got what I need. Sometimes they will haggle... when the electricity went out one day, they let me pay later... who does that? Good folks. Gave me a FANTASTIC DEAL on a counter top. Gave me a great deal on paint, cabinet doors, sinks, glass panes, tile blinds etc... couldn't have fixed my house without them.

As the norm. I ALWAYS find a great find/buy. Even when I just stop for a quick look. Also its worth the drive over, sometimes just the amount of $$ I save on just 1 item pays for my gas to get there. THANK YOU to the employees that work there. They are always very very patient with me, and my companion dog.

Non profit store that sells used household and remodeling items.Easy to get to, good parking. Prices are pretty fair, generally.Staff has been polite so the times I've been in.Always new stuff in there, so it's fun to go back every few months and check it out. I definitely recommend for anyone doing a remodel.They recycle paint as well.
