The staff are friendly and helpful. The cashiers are so friendly you feel like they are your friends. Always great deals on everything. They have some things that you can count on being there weekly with new arrivals that show up all the time. It's kind of fun to find the new treasures and deals. Worth giving them a try, might become a regular spot to shop

Don't expect much of a bargain here. One day here gone the next. Pay attention to labels. You end up with a mango drink instead of orange or a strange flavored coffee. If you want a selection and consistency shop winco.

Best place to go for local and imported wine from all regions around the world and sometimes a third of the regular price, twice a year the wine sale is 20% off the normal price typically around Thanksgiving and Summer.

Edit: (I have since been back to this location. My curiosity won me over. It has been greatly improved and feels and smells so much better in there. Anyone looking for the previously mentioned experience will be disappointed.)-Be careful! This place smells like a dirty litter box. I don't know how they'll fix this since it's apparently been a problem for at least 8 months. My friends and I were going to buy a few things but had to vacate due to the smell permeating the store. The only part of the store that did not smell like this was the far corner that smelled like old stale bread. Seriously impressed by the overwhelming power of this smell.

Usually a good place to shop. I really do miss them being on Harvard though (but I understand them moving to a better location/building).Normally, the employees are friendly and polite. We went in 9/16/23 around 2:00pm(ish) and there was an female cashier who completely ignored us. Never asked how we were, never asked if we wanted bags, never told us our total, etc. I don't even think she looked at us, we were completely ignored. Why? Well, she was talking to the gentleman behind us (a friend of hers). She handed us the receipt without even looking at us, not saying "thank you" or "have a good day". I had to rudely say "THANKS, HAVE A GOOD DAY".I understand seeing a friend, but at least offer the bare minimum during a transaction with a customer. Atrocious customer service skills and just plain rude.Every other time we have shopped there, it has been great. Employees are friendly, polite and are welcoming. The store is clean and well stocked.I understand people have bad days, but sometimes you have to "fake it until you make it" or maybe just find a job that doesn't require you to interact with others.

Im in this place multiple times a week. Love how clean it is. I do miss the Havard store very much, it did seem like a bigger selection there. I miss some of the brands they use to carry consistently. I also miss how they would post the winners of the drawing. It was nice to see that it was a ligit drawing. All and all their staff is top notch. Very nice people.

There’s always something new and interesting to find at Grocery Outlet. We love to shop here and we love the new store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Today, my cashier Kat noticed that I had a “Buy One Get One Free“ item. The cashier in the next aisle (Heather) had no customers at the moment and offered to run and get it (and did so with a smile!). Such care for customers is rare-except at Grocery Outlet.

Grocery outlet was better before they moved. Now they seem to have less stuff, and the entrance is terrible! Two people cannot leave or enter at the same time. I would rather drive 20 Mike's to the next nearest one than shop here.

This place used to be the bees knees! Unfortunately, since new ownership a couple years ago, the product selection has gone completely downhill. There used to be really unique choices and great brands for natural options.Now, if we want anything good from grocery outlet we have to drive to Winston. It’s such a shame! The place does seem well-managed and run, it’s just the selection that has streamlined into garbage.

Good place for quick stops, or even your total grocery list. They have great prices and great selection of goods. Just beware if you find something you like better stock up quick because the next time you go in there is a good chance they won't have it. The products they carry change all the time basically. But all in all well worth the stop.... oh and for the adults out there they have a great selection of beer and wine and amazing prices on both.

We have been in to many grocery outlets in the last 20 years. Some are better than others. They always have great deals on some things and then some not so great deals on others. You just need to pay attention. Most of the time you can get great deals on the organic stuff. Most of the employees working at the Grocery Outlets are some of the friendliest you will ever encounter! If you see something you like grab it, they may never get it again.

I love this place. Checkers are friendly and they have lots of goods for my busy household and muuuch cheaper than in normal stores. They have a good variety of well priced natural/organic type foods at a price I can afford and depending on what they get in (because they don't necessarily have the same products all the time) you can find some awesome deals. They are also starting to get more supplement and nutrition type powders and drinks available. The only thing I wish could change would be if they took WIC vouchers. Would make my shopping a one stop shopping experience but hey, other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Always love this place good bargains lots of Organics and natural products and fruits and vegetables meat I mean there's not a thing you could need hardly that they don't have. Employees always Act like I'm one of their friends they're really nice. It's also good to remind people that if you buy something that you don't like just don't like it doesn't have to be anything wrong with it you bring it back that's right they are more than happy to help.
