Seriously overpriced!Goodwill used to be my go-to for used items and now it's prices (steap in the first place) are continuing to go up. Prices are often MORE then the item new or an equivalent item new. Went in to get pants for my daughter and found a pair that was $19.99. Goodwill PLEASE reconsider your pricing. You get all these items for free and then make it difficult for people to even be able to afford them. :(

The staff is always so friendly! The selection is great and they try to keep the store clean even though some customers make a mess and don't put things back. The restrooms are always clean, too!

Cameras looking in dressing rooms!!!Please explain why it is acceptable that the cameras can be seen in the dressing room mirrors? Absolutely not okay.Spoke to the management and they are aware. They just said "we aren't looking, we promise" and even though they know it isn't safe, they continue to allow it. Close the rooms until it is fixed.

Amazing! We were visiting from Bend and my 15 year old was thrilled to find so many great things! The selection and prices were all good!! We will be back next summer.

It worked out perfect for me. I needed some coveralls to do some oil change and an oil pan to do so with. Found both items for under $10. I would definitely come back here again if needed certain items.

I bought $40 worth of pants they said the store was closing so it's not able to try got home they didn't fit but cannot return them to the fact that they were on sale was told nothing they can do I should have try them on before I bought them waisted $40

Easy open floor plan. Aisle's are kept clean & clear of debris. Cashiers are very courteous and helpful. Wheelchair accessible. Even the bathrooms were clean and supplied and large enough for wheelchair.

I won't be back. There's protecting your workers, but this is overkill. First off, you have carts that aren't cleaned by store personnel sitting by the front door. Masks are REQUIRED.Dressing rooms and bathrooms are locked up and covered with caution tape like there's been a murder. But the worst issue? At the register you get told you have to scan your own items. Then they don't take debit, credit only. Which means you have to run your finger over the card machine that the last customer just ran their finger over. Worst thrift store experience I've ever had. And I was so looking forward to going to Goodwill today. Never again.** Editing now that the pandemic has eased off.. It is better. But the prices are still ridiculous for so many things.

⭐⭐⭐Three stars for a pretty clean store with nice dressing rooms. This store is well organized especially taking in account the ever changing used stock.🌟 One star for the over all pricing, and their prices have recently increased even more so. Truly, $8.00 for a used Ladies T-Shirt from Walmart is definitely ludicrous!!

UPDATE: THEY FIXED IT! I am happy to say that since I first posted my review, the gods of Goodwill have decided to reorganize their pants/jeans sections based on size first, THEN color at this location! I celebrated this discovery by buying lots of new pants :D I have updated my rating of this store, and the only reason I don't give it five stars is because the clothing prices can be a bit high for a thrift store ($5-7 for a basic tank top). Otherwise, great store and helpful staff, recommended------Original review:I wish I could rate this Goodwill higher, because the staff is great and they have a good selection that turns over quickly. However, this store "organizes" their clothing by color rather than size, which makes it almost impossible for me to find anything.I would much rather go to a section where I can be relatively assured most of the clothing will fit and then scan for the color I'm looking for, than decide which color I need and then paw through every. single. item. so I can see its tag and maybe find something in my size.PLEASE, Roseburg Goodwill, I want to buy clothes from you, but I HATE how you organize your clothing. Please order things by size, because if you force me to look through EVERY TAG on racks and racks of shirts to find anything, I will do that for about 30 seconds before getting frustrated and remembering why I don't spend much money here.

I was here yesterday. The place is clean and well lit. I found some good bargains BUT........I went to use the restroom and to my surprise 2 of the "volunteers" were having sex on the ladies room. No lie. I guess I should have said something but I didn't. It didn't make my bargains any less appealing but still.

Everyone there was/is extremely helpful and friendly. From the cashiers to the management, I encountered nothing but courteous employees that care about people, and their company. Gail, the store manager, should take a bow for creating such an infectious positive vibe, that you can't help but want to pay it forward. Goodwill will now always be my first choice for donations!

Very fun and clean. The store is big and roomy, and the people who work there are so nice! I think it's cool to look at stuff people have brought there, and wonder about the stories. But I LOVE going there!

Clean and well stocked. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is because their prices have been creeping up and some prices I've seen have been crazy high. But all said and done, it's still a great place to shop.

I have tried to like this store because I've always like Goodwill and have shopped there most anytime I see one. I was excited when I learned we were getting a new one as the old one was pretty sad. Well, unfortunately this one is the same. When you walk in you smell cigarette smoke, dirty people and used stuff. They have air fresheners but they are on timers if they're even running. The selection is so very poor. It reminds me of Sunrise Enterprises.

I go to Goodwill in Roseburg Oregon everyday every person that works there is always very helpful courteous couldn't be nicer that's why I enjoy going there it's a wonderful place they keep it so clean they're constantly moving the merchandise putting new stuff up I love the fact that they put the size of the pants on the back of the ticket so you don't have to try to get him off the hanger to find the size you want and they've got them all in rows according to the size it's a wonderful wonderful Goodwill...I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name but I do know one man named Alan that works there and he is amazing and those sweet girls that work there are also very nice and there's another young man that works there that's very nice but I've just never asked them their names.. each one of them deserves a raise 🤩🤗

I wasn't impressed when they first opened but what a change now! Great inventory and great people working there. The store is clean and when I go, there, there seems to be someone restocking. Like I said, not so good at first but now it's a gem.

I dont go to the goodwill much any more that the prices are high that if im paying over 5.00 dollars for clothing and shoes ill go and pay a little more and get it . Ivhf use to shop there all the time but when they started to charge more iv been going eleswhere. What happen to the meaning 2 hand. They dont have specails no more 1/2 off a certain color tag everyday but notice that its the bottom of the barrel and still paying alot for 2nd hand ideams. I wished I could be excited about the goodwill like shopping use to be fun and always find a good deal but for the past few yrs theyv changed and its sad . Rember the days of being able to take a paper bag and fill it for a dollor or five dollars that i just cant say much good about this store and im sorry

By far the most expensive Goodwill store I have ever been in... Thrift store shopping is one of my favorite things to do,... so I have been to hundreds of resale/thrift stores!! actually found clothing for much less at Ross & Walmart, brand new!!

Hey if your requiring masks to be in your store than enforce the rule. If your not going to enforce the policy tell us before we go in. I told a cashier of people not wearing there mask she says there's nothing they can do about it. There's something I can do about it........never go back.
