Worst return policy in the world returned my cartridge. They wouldn’t take it back. Blamed it on the battery. They compt us a battery that they said it would work on and it didn’t. Went back to return it and now they are saying it’s not the right battery again. Gave me another battery instead of just returning the cartridge. So fricken mad. This is my medicine they are playing with. Real bad customer service not just returning the item and making my life easier20 minutes later and here we sit with the same problem. Off the battery they said should work. Sounds like they shouldn’t have a return policy if they ain’t going to follow it. Plus side is I have 3 new battery’s but no cartridge to smoke. Unless I go buy another one!!

Hands down the best dispensary in all of Oregon! They have a huge selection, extremely knowledgeable and kind budtenders. You should stop by just to check it out they sell amazing non-cannabis products as well!

Love this place...But check your edible gummies! I bought a 100mg gummy x2 for my bday. Supposed to be 2 pieces in the container. Mine only had 1. The one I gave to my friend had 2, like it's supposed to 50mg/each.I will be talking to them about it next time.Great place otherwise ;)

This is the best dispensary around. They are very knowledgeable and customer service is above and beyond good! The owner is awesome- along with his wife- we got Humboldt Seed Company seeds from Fx420 Fortune Cookies, Lemongrass, Jelly Rancher 5 packs!!! We get our Angel Cbd 6,000 mg cbd every 3-4 weeks! Ed my dad gets a discount for being a veteran! Best atmosphere and overall experience! 👊🏻😎💚

I've been a happy customer here for about 2 and a half years now, and I've never once had a bad experience. The staff are always kind, courteous, and happy to answer any questions. I went in on my birthday and got quite the birthday gift! I won't spoil the surprise, but its worth the trip for a birthday gift!

This place is trash. They sold me a disposable cartridge that was already basically gone. When you hit the pen it barely gave you anything and tasted like burned coil. Took it right back in with a receipt that stated 48 returns yet the incompetent bud tender refused to take it back and “tested” it himself stating it was fine. What a joke and a rip off.

Best experience I've had at a dispensary and it's only 8 am!Jacob is super nice, and made my entire day just from our short interaction. Very educational but doesn't talk down to you, or try to upsell random things.The entire layout is quite clean, and welcoming. No super loud music and just very kind, awesome people all around.Roseburg is lucky to have this dispensary and the people who work there 😊
