Aisles are a maze, basically forcing one to waste time going aisle to aisle as not all things are where your normally find them in other such business. But. Yes, there is a but. The employees are very helpful and pleasant making it worth the extra money you'll spend per item

My cashier was Pam, the nicest person there. I would give Pam 10 stars! Since the stores remodel, I haven't been in much, I can't find anything and it seems many prices are more than a couple of other stores I shop at more now. The produce department was thrashed. I've never seen one so bad. Empty spaces everywhere and items left that should have been pulled. Worst cilantro choices I've ever seen. The rest of the grocery dept looked like it had been quite awhile since anything had been front faced. FM used to be my favorite store. The produce dept in every grocery store gets the bulk of my attention and I have to say, I won't be back to this one anytime soon. :(

It was pretty busy & only 3 check stands open, another opened & the cashier was incredibly rude. She didn't ask if anyone wanted a bag, she made that decision for us, so no bags. Jennifer was the cashier, & let all in line know there were 5 call outs, obviously making that her excuse to be rude. I just said I don't care for self checkout, her response "then you'll just have to wait." So, I guess I'll continue shopping elsewhere, because customer service has gone down hill so bad. Sadly, it didn't use to be like this.

I have to say it been a long time coming, but I am finally to the point where I am done shopping at Fred Meyers. Many people I know have been telling me for a long time they quit shopping at this store. The customer service is so bad and the pricing problems are through the roof. Every time I shop there, as well as other people have told me, items consistently ring up incorrect. Then you have to go to the Customer Service counter and wait for an extended period of time. Also the worst is the digital coupon situation. If you don't catch all the digital coupons and miss one, the cashiers won't give you the discount.I can go to Safeway, Albertsons, or any other store and they will assist you with the correction. Fred Meyers, not a chance. And the Cashiers are rude about it. I worked in the Grocery Industry for 30+ years and am retired from this Industry and never worked in a Grocery store with this level of poor Customer Service or pricing problems. Also the expired products on the shelf are staggering. Someone needs to call Weights and Measures on this store. For a town with mostly Elderly customers it is really a shame this store puts so much undue stress on their customers. Sherm's is a better options with no digital coupon nightmare and better prices. I have always been a loyal Ralph's customer, which is same as Fred Meyers, but not in this town. Other people need to speak up or nothing will change.

Used to love this store. Throwing the products into a tornado to rearrange the store with no maps and little help and removing the price check machines was disappointing. Apparently you can use the app for this now, but finding anything here now after 40+ years of shopping here is now ruined. Now have to wander around forever in a store you once knew like the back of your hand, who cares about the customers?

The store is average in cleanliness and selection; However reorganization of shelf items make it require excessive time to find items. Requiring ID to purchase beer (77 years old) is ridiculous, combined with snotty cashier who informed me that if I didn't like it, he wouldn't sell me the beer (which was non alcohol)

This store is remarkably clean and tidy, and it's impressive. The customer bathroom is held to the same standard. To all the Managers and Crew working at the Roseburg store: I commended you all for maintaining such high standards.

One of the smaller Fred Meyers compared to others in the region, but clean and well stocked with the same variety. Furniture, clothing, sporting goods, nursery, grocery, bakery.... it’s all here! Ample parking near the entrance and sides of the building. Clean restrooms and a Starbucks (should be a Dutch Bros!) inside.As with many Fred Meyers, FM gas is also available nearby and you can find pretty much anything you’re looking for here. For those new to Fred Meyer, think of it as a nicer version of Super Target or Walmart.Tip: Sign up for rewards if you shop here often. We shop here often and the rewards end up giving you nice savings for gas at their gas station. Well worth it!!

Went to freddys gas station. I had 40 cents per gallon credit coming. Went to self service. I didnt do something correctly and lost it all. Got an attendant but they said he couldn't do anything. He agreed it was complicated. Thanks Fred Meyer.

I might be done shopping at Fred Meyer Roseburg after my experience last night. On two occasions I have attempted to get help using digital coupons. After at least 20-25 minutes each time (as my frozen food defrosted), and after receiving no help from the people I asked for assistance, I still was unable to use the digital coupons and had to pay the higher price. As I was checking out last night, a young man came over and suggested that I had forgotten to scan my milk (no, I wasn’t finished checking out, and I just hadn’t scanned it yet). I REALLY DID NOT appreciate being treated like a thief! When I got home, many of the raspberries I had bought were moldy. This is the second time that has happened. Bye bye Fred Meyer.

Online experience reviewed. In store is fine. Online ordering for over 1 year with multiple issues. Compare to another store in town also receiving online orders and experience there is 100% better. First, website item availability frequently incorrect. Ordered 2 items recent and receipt states out of stock, but when immediately checked both items are still in stock online. This has happened multiple times. I rarely ask for refund, did once before and again recently. They give the Refund for In store shopping! Hello. there is a reason I am ordering online delivery! My daughter in another town just used my number and did not receive the whole refund! So many issues, cannot call the store about delivery issue. Person answered (manager) was rude and irritated and told me I had to call Instacart the store has nothing to do with online orders! The other store I shop at handles issues directly, I am able to talk to a person in the Roseburg Store, vs someone on the east coast etc. There are more issues. I emailed 2 weeks ago instead of calling about an incorrect delivery and have never received an email back! I was charged incorrectly, This happens frequently as many coupons are not credited! This time I am owed 30.00 and do not want it to be an in store credit! I want my account refunded! I am so frustrated!

Places like this are the absolute worst addiction to any small community. Pretty much Walmarts evil cousin, Fred Meyer (Kroger) uses bait tactics by seriously overpricing normal goods so that the low budget, poorly made Kroger products are the most affordable items, which they make millions of dollars off of. Ex, a jug of Umpqua milk will cost about 6 dollars, but the Kroger milk is always $3.29.At a place like Grocery Outlet carton of oat or soy milk is an affordable 2 dollars while Fred Meyer will sell the exact same product for 6 dollars just because it is not the Kroger brand. Absolutely deplorable place.

Shop elsewhere! Don't go unless you are young, fit, and don't care that your grocery cart feels like you are pushing it uphill.The point of a grocery store: to get groceries. Fred Meyer? Can't get a cart (Every single row of carts had old broken carts jammed together 8/30/23). I asked an employee to help me pull them apart so I could get one. Got one. Wheel bearing was so far gone that when I loaded up the cart I couldn't push it (I'm in my 30s). Seriously!?!? I have been back three times since and STILL couldn't get a single cart that worked. Tried multiple carts each time before giving up and trying to grab one that wasn't "too bad". @Fred Meyer: Even if you don't want to buy new carts at least replace the wheels so the carts at least sort of function. Never thought walmart and dollar tree would be a HUGE step up.

Whatever you need this location probably has it. Name brands and more. Can be pricy at times. This is not a Target or Walmart.Very busy location. Streets around and inside. However if you need food and clothes you’re good to go.About two short isles of organic, gluten free and healthy options.Lines can get long or slow. Self check out is an option.Pharmacy and Starbucks are in this location.

Thank you Fred Meyer. Each time I shop I find something fabulous priced. It was unbelievable finding m&M's for 29¢ each. Both original and peanut. I always find some wonderful surprise. I won't share All the other things. You will need to look for yourself. Every Department has something.. Look.

I recently visited the new Fred Meyer store in Roseburg, Oregon, and I was very impressed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide selection of products.I was particularly drawn to the department store and home goods section. The store has a wide variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages. There is also a large selection of home goods, including furniture, bedding, and kitchenware. I was able to find everything I needed for my home in one place.The garden, paint, and tool section is also very well-stocked. The store has a wide variety of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies. There is also a large selection of paint and tools for all types of projects.Of course, Fred Meyer is also a full grocery store. The store has a wide variety of fresh produce, meat, and dairy products. There is also a large selection of packaged goods and snacks. I was able to find everything I needed for my weekly grocery shopping trip.Overall, I was very impressed with the new Fred Meyer store in Roseburg. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide selection of products. I got to meet a lot of good people I was very blessed in Roseburg Fred Meyers I got to meet the employees and managers and stuff they were off the charts Derek and all of them the people around there or very friendly I've been traveling all the way from San Luis Obispo to Santa Cruz I stayed in Santa Cruz about 2 months I stayed in Oakland 2 weeks and now in Roseburg about 5 days it's definitely a place I enjoy going back to after I go fishing with my grandkids

Don’t recommend going if you don’t use the rewards card or the program and you buy a pair of pants or something that doesn’t fit they won’t let you return it without a rewards card They say that it’s over the threshold, but they won’t let you know what the threshold is and then they make it where you can’t return anything for 90 days

Called last week and asked what time the deli stops slicing meats and was told 8:30PM, however a majority of the time when you go in at 8 they're already breaking down the slicers. If they would've been straight forward with me and told me 8PM instead I wouldn't have wasted multiple trips to this store to arrive at 8PM to be told they can't slice anything. Hate wasting my time, I guess I need to call everytime to make sure.
