I'm a regular at the Stephens Dutch, my app wasn't working for a month or so and I finally got it working again after resetting my phone number, and the lady working hooked me up with a free drink since I missed out on points for a while. Definitely made my night, always love Dutch Bros but she went above and beyond for me and made me feel really special.

Every stand in Roseburg, OR is amazing! Great customer service, friendly and always greeted with a smile. They also do free sticker days too. My kids and I collect them.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of substitute options when it comes to dairy. I personally like almond milk. Sugar free syrups are available as well.

I love coming to this Dutch Bros particularly. Always friendly people and they make my drink perfect every time. It's in a good location with 2 entrances and exits.

My Broista was very friendly and not overbearing. She was sweet and very quick!We got Golden Eagle extra Vanilla and the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Freeze. Both delicious! 😍

What makes this place is the people. They always have outgoing, friendly young people that know how to have a short conversation and a smile on their face. The coffee taste that many love is not as strong in their drinks, as most of then are sweet, almost candy or dessert like.But, if you want a friendly start to your day and a quick pick me up, you really can't beat DB.

Pretty busy on this stop, but they move the line fairly quickly.Two iced coffees to go and they tasted just as good as always. We love the white chocolate lavender breves. Hot or cold, either way they are yummy.Staff were friendly, talkative, and busy.Thanks for the coffee NE Stephens Broistas!

The people that work at Dutch bros are fantastic but at this point Dutch bros has started charging crazy for instance if a drink comes with soft top why are we being charged 30cents when its advertised with it I can see charging if we add things to are drink but not for ordering it as is my coffee is now more exspensive then a gallon of gas and unfortunately people are going to have to start choosing between necessity and affordability.

This location has the best and friendliest staff and are efficient in making the best drinks. This location is by far one of my favorite locations to get Dutch bros drinks from because the staff are very friendly and kind, and have short and sweet conversations while they make the drinks with the costumer then wish them well as the costumer leaves and they work hard to serve the costumers with smiles and positive vibes

I took my daughter here to get a kids strawberry smoothie yesterday and they charged her $4.70!!! I know that cant be correct! I came home and it was still bugging me how expensive her little drink was. I looked it up online and it should have been like $2.50... I didn't get a drink. the girl wasnt very nice either. We have been coming to dutch bros every time we come to town to shop lately and I usually order a rebel and she gets a smoothie. This time I had already had too much caffeine so I just got her a drink. After that I dont think we will be back.

This has been a great place to stop for my treat almost daily , However... the last 4 times I have visited DB ( different locations at that ) the batista's have been rude, and in such a hurry, that my order gets messed up. They hear the name of the drink and turn away, missing the special instructions that im requesting. My last visit was the final straw for me.... I waited at the drive thru window on one side and watched 3 cars have their orders fulfilled before one of the baristas looked my direction. Saying she was confused and that The morning had been off the hook, busy and didn't notice me sitting there....I know I'm only one person that they have lost as a customer, but makes me think about and wonder who else they've done this to. Like I said.... my last 4 visits, and different locations. That speaks VOLUMES to me.

The best place in town for your coffee fix or a blended slushy drink. Their absolutely delicious. You have to try them. The workers are very upbeat and helpful will explain any kind of drinks they serve so you can make a delightful decision to your satisfaction.

I have never had a bad experience at Dutch bros but today when I went, they were SO RUDE and acted like I was just an inconvenience. Definitely not the experience I am used to with Dutch Bros.

Great service, friendly staff even with our vocal dog in the car. We have become pretty much regulars at this location but we have had no real issues at any of the Roseburg locations. I look forward to going and getting my free birthday drink this month (September).

Dutch brothers is a Northwest company, established here approximately 20 years ago. Dutch brothers is located throughout Douglas County with many places to go to. The problem that I have with Dutch brothers is, the prices are extremely high for what you get. People have forgotten over the years this copy with a little bit added to it. Starbucks is exactly the same overpriced coffee. I suppose that's how they make money is serving you a 16 ounce cup of coffee, with a splash of cocoa and a squirt of whipped cream on top and charge you $4.75. By this does not sound like a lot, you can buy an entire can of coffee on sale for 5.99. Yes you are paying for the convenience but I don't believe most consumers understand the copies extremely cheap to buy and the commodities market keeps it that way for now and has been for the last 20 years. Making coffee one of the cheapest items you can buy on the market. Overall it probably cost them less than $.30 to make the copy that they serve for 4.75 . The staff is usually friendly, but they often seem very busy with other things rather than dealing with the customer. The last couple times I've gone there, they seem to have acted like they were doing me a favor getting me coffee and I was a bother for showing up. That's why I gave the three stars. In the past I have experienced very friendly people and helpful staff throughout the Dutch brothers establishments. But lately it seems like the quality of personnel and it goes downhill at many of the Dutch brothers.

Depending on which one you go to there is seating areas for walk up orders. It's mostly a coffee and juice bar. You can place your orders online if you like and pick them up from the shop you have make it. It's a drive up window with many drink options from frozen coffee to ice drinks. The have some food items. And also some of the shops are wheelchair accessible and staff is friendly and quick as well as accurate with orders. Alot have a wireless ordering system so if you're sitting in a long line look out for the working coming with their tablet to take your order and make it a bit faster for you.

Just went thru the drive 5min ago. Not only did the little blonde girl who was walking the line outside have a horrible attitude but my order was done completely incorrect!!!? I should have gone to the Dutch bros by RHS!! The stephens location doesn’t even compare to that one! Super disappointed
