So, the drinks are great. The issue is you don’t have enough people working here or that the people you do have are slow. Some nights when there isn’t a line I get my drink in less than 2 minutes. Other times like today there’s 12 cars in the line and it takes 20 minutes or I leave. I would suggest going in on every shift and watch them work to see who isn’t working or just pay your people more to care

This Green location consistently makes our drinks incorrectly. It's very disappointing. We're tired of trying with this store. The workers mostly ignore you so it's challenging to communicate about the drinks in person unless you act like a Karen.The location on exit 124 consistently gets the drinks right and maintain being friendly and present. It's been a year of consistently sour, wrong, forgotten toppings you pay for... And I'm just finally done trying.

So first time at this dutch which frequent Dutch Bros Coffee shops all over the different area. I have never seen poor customer serves where they ignored the customer after taken the order. They was tipped even and still the 2 females was talking about how they didn't like the smell of the white chocolate, I had ordered a white chocolate mocha sweet hot with my daughter that works in health care and just found out one of the patients passed hour and half before we got there. As I watch them as they talks to each other and had their back to us didn't stir my drink which turned out not that sweet at first bitter till i stirred it and then it got a little sweeter, so not like Dutch Bro customer serve I have ever experienced this is the first time. They was talking about a boy making their drinks not interacting at all with us or even ask how our night has been. Not saying this is a bad store for it only being my first it was a bad experience.

My most.favorite coffee shop ever! Moved to s. Cali and 2 yes later I had to move back here and DB was the first place I came....never leaving like that again! As I was passing by the Green Dutch Brothers location, I decided to treat my daughter and her friend with some cool drinks for the awesome job they did around the house while I was at work. There was only a couple cars ahead of us so it shouldn't take very long. That was a mistake and I should have known that was a mistake because this Dutch Bros is notorious for slow service. We waited approx 20-25 minutes to order and get our 2 drinks. Thats unacceptable especially on a hot summer afternoon. I don't know if someone called out sick or something but a manager should have been in there ASAP if that was the case. It took over 20 minutes for someone to come outside with an IPad to get the orders expedited. The line had already grown at least 10 deep. The 2 employees I saw were apologetic and were doing their best. Bottom line is that this location needs to step up its game and challenge themselves to get customers through the line as quickly as possible. Roseburg locations and other cities have got this down. This location does not.

I enjoy going here. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. They do get busy but they do the best they can to get the line moving. They will take your order outside to help the lines faster. They can make just about anything for you.

This Dutch is farther away from I5 then we thought. Cute stand however on one window. Service was not up to Dutch Bros standards. Service was slow, even with a line they did not bring out a runner. Once at the window there was 3 people just standing around talking.One drink was messed up. Even after the girl at the window told them. Staff looked annoyed by having to remake that part of the drink. Asked for soft top which they did not put on even after the girl at the window looked at it. It was the foam and not the soft top. All staff are young and seemed they would rather hangout and talk then take care of the customers. Definitely will not be stopping by this stand again.

I like sweet drinks, so I like duch bros coffee. Other people complain that duch coffee doesn't taste like coffee and that's its too sweet, too sour, or tastes like dirt, but I Love it!(I'll have to add a picture, but they're building a 2nd/ newer duch bros right next to this one and it looks so funny seeing then both right next to eachother.)

Nice staff but super disappointing coffee. Went through and ordered two lattes. Usually I can count on amazing lattes from any Dutch Bros. But unfortunately we received watery, weak and flavorless coffees. I could have made better at home. Management needs to make sure staff cares about quality and consistency.

If you don't mind most likely not getting what you ordered then it's an ok coffee location. I ordered a dark chocolate blended mocha with chocolate drizzle. And I got a chocolate mocha with white chocolate mi Ed in and Carmel drizzle. Happens at this location so much I won't go back.

I never go to Dutch bros, but I was having a really rough night tonight. I came in a little bit ago, crying and just asked for something random. The cashier was so nice to me. He gave me the drink for free, and made me really feel like I can talk to someone. Even if just for a few minutes, he told me that he hoped it gets better. Made my night a whole lot better and I'll definitely come back.

The crew that worked Sunday morning Dec 18th at the Green location need to be retrained on making the drinks and customer service.I went in and asked for my usual, a medium extra hot sugar free caramelizer. They knowingly gave me my drink without adding any shots of espresso. It also had a burnt caramel flavor and was horrible. I drive about 3 miles down the road to turn around and ask for a new drink (the same kind). They admit to knowing there was no shots of espresso, but decided to give it to me anyway. They remake the drink and give it to me, this time I made it about a mile before turning around again. Once again, they made the drink incorrectly. It was luke warm with no flavoring, essentially just warm milk and espresso. I go back again and ask for them to add some sugar free caramel. She just grabbed the caramel, obviously irritated and said "we aren't supposed to do this" and squirted it into my drink. I have had plenty of drinks that weren't to my liking, but I always just drink them. These were so bad, I couldn't even try to drink them. I have never returned one of my drinks until today. Please, for the love of God, retrain these batistas.

Not only is Dutch Bros competitively priced, they make awesome coffee, offer yummy snacks, but more than all of this, I am always met with the kindest and friendliest baristas ever!! Thank you for building a business we can all be proud of!
