This place used to have the only fountain in town with Vanilla Coke, and it was why I went there to get my favorite drink. But obviously the owner doesn't read my reviews because they got rid of the vanilla fountain. They won't be seeing much of me anymore.

I love this store. Best soda selection in town as far as I know. One of the few places that sell vanilla Coke in the fountain. Friendly cashier too.Will definitely be back 😊

It's a good place to go when it's late and nothing else is open. However the employees are great.. you also really have to watch the night time employee he likes to shortchange you and when you buy multiple items he will keep you talking so that you are not paying attention then he will scan some items a second time I stood in line and watched him do that to people in front of me when it was my turn he tried the same exact thing on me but I caught him and called him out on it you got to be careful The night time guy is a thief. / Update the night time scammer employee got canned which means this is a nice store to go to. Update the thieving employee is back they must be desperate store is no longer worth going to.

I am hoping this review will serve as a learning moment for the young lady working the store today. An apology goes a long way. After being accused of theft by her because I chose to have my hands in my pockets AND after showing her all of the contents of said pockets… none of which were items from the store, she then got angry with me and denied accusing me of theft. For her to get angry instead of apologizing is completely uncalled for. I was a repeat weekly customer of this establishment purchasing multiple items each and every time. She was the one assisting in those purchases each and every week so she knows I’m not a shoplifter. As an owner of a local downtown shop I am very disappointed in her customer service and I will definitely not be recommending your store to my customers nor will I ever be returning to your establishment.

Clerk Angela has very poor customer service skills. She did not like me pointing out the overripe bananas and the fly buzzing around the pastries. I did not even mention that the ice cream case had melted ice cream on the bottom, which she should clean up before someone reports the place to the health department.

Disabled and tried to register with instacart, door dash etc ran into road blocks. We love and shop here often bc the staff are so fabulous and decent priced. Please get market set up for a service that can deliver. Godbless

Scott is the man! For him of give 5 stars and the other employees seem to come and go but the girls there as of August 8th 2017 ate pretty good too. The two stars are docked on the fact that almost everything is so overpriced. I know it's a convenient store and you pay for the convenience but 6 plus dollars for a bag of oreos.

The Downtown Market is really stepping up to provide healthy options like fresh produce, dried beans and rice, whole grain pastas, hummus and plant-based milks! So glad to have a place like this downtown!

Friendly clerk, good location down town, and expected prices. Better selection than a gas station, and a good short detour if driving I-5 across the state. Could use a few more healthy items to choose from or it's 5/5

Amazing selection of stuff. You can find anything. In addition to regular convenience store stuff there's cooking stuff, some fruits and vegetables, and some other things you'd normally have to go to a bigger store for. I do wish there was organic options, though

It is a nice market. They were plenty of items. There was a large refrigerated items . The staff was friendly. They had what I was looking for . The store was clean. It was easy to find items .

I will never shop there again. I work downtown, and on 2 occasions the dark haired lady at the register has created a scene with customers that included yelling and cussing.

Closest thing to a grocery store downtown has. Its pretty awesome that they keep produce and umpqua dairy products can't get much better than that saves me having to drive clear across town.
