Cute beach decoration stuff. Went around 10:30 am and employees are a bit rude, not friendly at all, long line, only one cashier working the register, she complained that she needed to put merchandise away but no time since she was at the register, there were 3 employees on the floor putting merchandise away, and when they were called to help with the long line and open a register, the one employee took a long time. I don't think I will be going in the morning anymore, very grumpy employees. I guess they don't like customers interrupting their day.

This Dollar Tree gets 3 extra stars for having employees and staff on hand. There were at least 6 employees working which I don't think I have ever experienced at a Dollar Tree before.I was able to get mouthwash, deodorant, coat hangers, and soap for really cheap.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly and everything is always neat clean and stocked. They always open up a register when the line gets long. Unfortunately its not always possible to do that at my store as a manager (like if I'm expecting a visit from the DM) so I understand and greatly appreciate when they do it at the Dollar Tree... Especially when I'm on a lunch break. I can generally depend on getting in and out in a few minutes. They're pin pads ask a billion questions but you can get cash back.I visit this store multiple times a week and I love when they get in random quality name brand items that normally cost way more than a dollar. I recently stocked up on 2lb bags of natural raw pure cane sugar! I should have taken the picture before I emptied the bag but it's the unbleached non-GMO type that is a very light brown color with larger crystals. If you were smart you would visit the Dollar Tree before you go to the grocery store. A lot of things you can get the same brand or comparable for less. Flosspicks, toothbrushes, gift bags and greeting cards, picture frames, air freshener, bleach, sponges, iburofin, Tapatio, eggs, tortillas, ketchup, mustard and other condiments, top ramon, cake mix, coconut milk, cooking spray, Chef Boyarde. Any of these sound familiar?? You can even order online and pick up in store!

I went in today for ketchup and some ice cream, the ice cream ran up for $5!!! I bought this same ice cream in Winston for $1.25 (not worth more than that) when I questioned it the confused cashier called for help. The rude old woman who came up said there's all sorts of things for over $1.25 an you have to look at the section your buying from. She then voided th ice cream and left with it. She didn't ask if I still wanted it or anything after I told her about the other store having it priced differently. I feel like the employees here are always grumpy or rude. I won't be going in there again it's pretty much Dollar General now 🙄

The older lady named chyrle. You gave me the most dissatisfying experience I've ever received at the Roseburg location. I was buying my kids outside toys and you found it appropriate to start tearing me apart about my appearance? I expressed to you nicely multiple times that you were crossing a line and you can't speak to people like that when you are working ? She continued until I finished my transaction and walked away. This was Infront of my children. I called the store and Erica said she was sorry and she would talk to her"you know how the elderly are"

I really like shopping at Dollar Tree. But as a disabled person,it's just so hard to get out of the store anymore. You can't take the cart out, which is difficult enough. But the bags you are charged for are so cheap, they are tearing up before you get out the door. There has to be a better way to do this.

Great big store have everything you could possibly need from stationary to dinnerware. They have lots of great cleaning supplys they got oxyclean and agent orange oxyclean is great.fpr laundry and agent Orange is great on greasy messes and there is candy chips to food ypu can get too. Ots not a dillar with inflation but its only a $1.25 = $1.50 now but its still worth it. Just like always walk in there needing just a couple items thinking five bucks and walk out with it being $30 or $40 dollars worth. Its that good

I know it seems a bit early but if your into Halloween the dollar tree is where you wanna be they have started putting out all their fall items and they have some nice inexpensive festive stuff so stop on by and get a head start on your fall shopping

Exactly what you would expect from a dollar store. Wide variety of items making for a quick fix for snacks, stationary, cleaning supplies, party supplies, seasonal decorations, and many more little oddities and necessities. Usually clean, and not very busy.

I go here almost daily on my lunch break. The employees are all very nice and they are quick to open a checkstand whenever there is a line developing. The store is always neat and organized. I feel sorry that their AC rarely works. Deplorable working and shopping conditions when it's 100 degrees out but they don't let it effect their attitude.

The staff are extremely patient and helpful even with how busy the checkouts can be. Everytime I've asked if they had something the employee actually goes and looks for it instead of just saying no or they're out. I love shopping here.

I went into the store with my handicapped Grandson about an hour before they closed. My Grandson kept putting stuff into my cart. I told him I do not have any more room in my cart. So he took it appon him self to get his own cart and went around and put what ever he wanted into his cart. The Manager of the store took my cart and started to ring it up. I told her and Jonathan that I was not buying the stuff in this cart . She told us that he had to put everything away before we could leave even though the store was technically closed. I told Jonathan to put the stuff away and he did not do it.Jonathan told the manager that he was really sorry about 15-20 times and she refused to accept his apology and took her cell phone out and took our pictures and said that we were banded from the store.I had just spent $194 in your store and now the store manager says that I am permenantly band from the store and she is posting our pictures on the wall so everyone will know. She did not talk to us in private. She opt to making it a public announcement and my Grandson has been crying ever sense it happened. My grandson does not understand that why the store manager was so mad at him since he repeatedly apologized so many times.

Today one of the female workers was walking from the parking lot to the store. I was not aware that the carts did not leave the store, the carts in Winston & Sutherlin do. I am deaf so I could not hear her bellow from the parking lot but my daughter was out by the cars & said the woman bellowed out “ it won’t leave the store”. At that time my daughter signed to me what she yelled. When the worker came up to me she was even more rude about it, very belittling. Most clerks usually will assist me with my cart but I was just a subhuman to this person maybe because of my deafness or maybe because I’m a senior citizen. My daughter & I will not be back.

Terrible, not even worth one star. People that work there so sense of service for care of there customer's. Had one item to check out and it took over 25 min for someone to come and help me check out, who only seemed to care about being slow and having fun with it. Lazy as can be employee named Dana. Again just awful I get it's a dollar tree but come on.

Excellent service, speed of service is excellent. Everything's a Dollar you can't beat that, and Dana one of the cashiers is one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met, and she is definitely an asset for this company. Thank you Dana for the excellent service over the years.

Has hundreds of new items when I was there tonight 😁 I went in to get 3 items and went a little crazy they're selection just keeps getting better thank you Dollar Tree 🌴 now freezer foods fluctuate in price from $1.25 - $5 each so pay close attention to the posted prices at the top of each freezer door 👍

the Dllar Tree is all right because everything's a dollar. personally I go there for the $1 rock stars, but I generally steer clear the store because everybody on their mother shops there. Sure it's a big store but it's always crowded. That's the one in Roseburg not the one in Winston so much. Anymore I refrain from going here because back in the day when it first started you were getting bags of candy and it was a hook up because it was a regular bag if candy that was only a dollar. But that's no more instead of getting a good deal on candy instead you get Dollar Store package candy, granted it's name brand, but you only get a dollars worth. And same with the batteries sure you can go by budget batteries for a dollar at the dollar store but quality isn't there. And as far as the electronics go I would never buy set of headphones from there. Well it is nice to only pay a dollar for things but I know places around the town that you can go spend $2 and get four times the amount that you can get at Dollar Store. I think they pulled a bait-and-switch on. First you make people thinking they're getting killer deals by only paying $2 for Stuff, and then as soon as you got them all coming and they're hooked you slowly stiffed out all the bargain deals and you start regulating and restricting how much people get. I think you save a lot more money by going to the Dollar General than the Dollar Tree any day.

Wont let customers use the bathroom had it blocked off with laundry baskets and no sign. When I asked an employee if you could use the bathroom. She was more upset she had to remove her airpod to answer me which was just a rude no. Sorry I live an hour away from your store and might need to pee while there.

I just left the store empty-handed. They're having an after Christmas sale, with xmas items 50% off. I selected 5 toys from the Christmas section, all were even in a red and green "Toyland" display box. At the register, they rang up at full price and the manager wouldn't honor the 50% off. I was told they're still trying to organize the Christmas section.You'd think they'd honor the half price for their mistake, but they didn't. $2.50 cost them a customer. I will stick with the Sutherlin Dollar Tree.

Not really the kind of store I normally shop at, but I go there with my wife now and then. The store is pretty clean and well stocked with a wide variety of products. My only complaint is that some of the staff can be pretty unfriendly.

The Dollar Tree is a great store for many good at cheap prices. A $1!!!! They dont necessarily have brand names but the next best things. Can spend $20 and come out with a bunch. Friendly cashiers.

Its a Dollar store. First of all, you get what you pay for, but, every time I go in I find surprises for a dollar. Lots of times my first stop shopping. I really appreciate this store. BTW I worked on the warehouse @ Kelly point park, in Portland #huge!!!

Large variety of items for the nice price of $1. The quality is is actually not too bad. I mean it is not going to match the 30-50 price range of higher end products, but it also holds up pretty well.

My kids love the Dollar Tree. Great place for arts and crafts, odds and ends and misc items. Good selection. Great price.
