I am not normally one to complain but I had the worst experience EVER while going through the drive through tonight. When I pulled up to the order board a voice came on and said “what do you want”. I couldn’t believe what I heard. I have worked fast food before and still work in customer service. I could never talk to someone that way. I put in my order for a chicken strip meal and the lady just said go to the window. When I got to the window a guy opened it. I asked if he could scan my app for points. He jerked the phone out of my hand. He didn’t say anything to me. He just scanned it and took my payment then roughly closed the window. After a couple minutes he flung the window open and shoved my drink towards me. When I grabbed it he slammed the window again. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes the guy did the same thing with my meal. But this time he glared at me while holding it out the window. I grabbed the box and he slammed the window again while giving me a dirty look. I understand people have bad days but I was nothing but polite to them. This was the rudest service I have ever received from any business I have gone to. The food was fresh and hot thanks to the cook but the people working in the front were so rude. I will not be going back.

Clean and modern dining area, friendly enough service staff for fast food, and good adherence to the DQ quality standards. But something strange: Although there's a sign by the door, "Skip the line, order online", I walked straight to the order counter with no line, and had my meal in just five minutes. But my friends who were with me took the sign's advice, ordered online, and then waited 20 minutes for their meal, even after repeatedly going to the order counter to inquire about their order. I'd love to give you a five-star rating, DQ Roseburg, but do something about your horrible online order process!

It sucks when you want the brand product because the product itself is good but the staff is constantly the problem... mostly I go to the Sutherlin location. I'll pick food up before coming back into Roseburg...today I'm in town running errands with my baby. I decide to pull through the empty drive thru for a mocha moolate.When the cashier hands me my drink I ask her if that's the correct moolatte because it's way lighter than usual. She says yep & closes the window.I taste it- it's wrong. Aside from it OBVIOUSLY VISUALLY HAVING NO CHOCOLATE it tasted nothing like chocolate....so instead of fixing it at the window I now have to get my sleeping 6month old out of the car & go inside to politely ask for my drink to be remade...the employee who remade my drink was very polite & prompt to want to fix the problem. I appreciate you.

I love Dairy Queen's food and I love their blizzards. But my recent visit was unacceptable. The restaurant was super dirty there was no one in line and we stilled waited for 10 minutes no one would take our order or acknowledge that we were there. We ended up just walking out and leaving. I think half the staff needs to be fired. 5/13/23 at 8:30pm

This place always takes forever to get our order, and it doesn't make sense because we usually just order ice cream. They can't even say that they are under staffed because it usually seems that there could be too many people working. Unfortunately the sonic in this town is even worse, so we try and save our DQ urge for another town.

The staff was nice and were working as fast as they could, but as we drove away we realized our food was not what we wanted. My son's Blizzard was like soup, and in hindsight I don't remember her tipping it upside-down. My butterfinger Blizzard was thick, but it was mostly cookie dough with a suggestion of butterfinger... We didn't turn around because the line was so long.

I don't know how you could be upset about getting Dairy Queen, it's great! To be fair I don't eat out a lot, but I always get excited when I get a Blizzard. The Blizzard(s) were great (got my dad a cherry one), and the person behind the counter at the drive thru, with the awesome smile and earrings, that got really excited when I got really excited about my Blizzards was the best!Would totally recommend coming here for your ice cream needs.Thanks again!

Came in to get a burger and hot dog for $5. I watch them through the little window to make sure they are following food safety since I've seen them pick their faces with their gloves on and not change them and keep making peoples food. Well today I noticed that the hot dog I got was so old that it was all wrinkled and it was microwaved to get it back to temperature. I'm getting more and more disgusted with this restaurant as time goes on. Badly staffed by children that don't know food safety at all. Totally would not recommend coming to this place unless you want to get sick.

What has happened to the icecream? Second visit this month and taste is like....nothingness. Blizzard first time questioned it. This time definitely changed. Like frozen 1% or powder milk. Horrible,no flavor and not creamy. Afraid I will not return. Very disappointing.

We have visited this Dairy Queen two times since moving into the area. Both times we ended up pulling out of the long line of customers in the drive through due to waiting well over 20 minutes with the line not move at all. Last night we arrived at 6:10 pm. At 6:40 we drove away. They close at 7:00, there was no way, with the line not moving at all, that we would have made it up to the ordering board before 7:00, there closing time. After two identical visits to this store about 6 months apart and experimenting the same outcome, we will not be going back again. So disappointed. This store needs some serious educated help. Dairy Queen, were in your quality control. You are letting this store drown.
