This experience was the same as the first time, only this time the guy with all the tattoos not color tattoos black and white ones didn't ID me as well as he was more interested in looking at his nails and acting like I wasn't worth his time and gave me an automatic response to me seeking what I needed. I couldn't help but think what would have happened if I was under age. Carelessness is what this is and not client centered. I would not recommend this place.

Hands down this THE BEST dispensary in town! All products that I’ve purchased - flower, cartridges and edibles are amazing! And the selection? They’ve got a wide selection of flower, cartridges, edibles, tinctures… so many products to choose from and a wonderful staff who are knowledgeable about the products and will take the time with you when you have any questions. The bud tenders are some of the greatest I know with the greatest vibes! The owner Shelly is just the salt of the earth type of people. She was genuinely caring, empathetic, giving and so much more during my battle with cancer, she knows her stuff and she has the biggest heart. She’s all these things every day. This is why they are the BEST. If I could give them 10 stars, I would give them 30

poor selection, old product and just not very friendly. for the only one on diamond lake Blvd you'd think they'd have a better selection or try alil harder definitely wont be back reply to owner.... all low grade strains , year old or more. cheap 10g of old bobsled, emerald and other nasty oil, no diamonds, amd your prerolls where 2 packs of rebels and green hornet.... mid bottom shelf at best

Helpful, great products and deals, friendly enough... never been treated straight up unkindly or been made to feel like an inconvenience when they're busy. They have lots of fun accessories to look at/shop for. I got my rolling tray from there and use daily!

Extremely disappointed. I picked up some Super Silver Haze from here and it was brown and has no smell. My first clue I should have just left was it did not smell like the most wonderful place on earth. And because of Covid they will not allow you to smell it unlike La Mota and Canna King. If you are looking for good cheap buds check out La Mota and Canna King. I buy from many dispensaries around Oregon and even Arizona.

Clearly the best cannabis club from Medford to Eugene!!! They have great quality flowers, edibles and much more. For the quality of medicine you can’t beat the price either. If you have not gone yet and you are a connoisseur, it’s a must go!!!also staff and owner are all knowledgeable and patient. They will make you feel apart of the family. Check out the gelato cake!!! These people are great. I asked if they could start carrying a product for me and she (the mgr) gave me the list and let me pick..3 days later it was there and still always available! RJ is the best with his customer service skills .I feel like family there!!

Prices are good and they have a adorable puppy which is the one reason for the 3 star. The male worker that helped me was rude and unhelpful. He even gave me the wrong item. Obviously he didn't want to be there. Too bad the dog couldnt of helped me😂 I'm new to town trying to find my go to shop and the vibes were not it at all.

This is by far the best dispensary in Douglas and Lane Counties I have visited. I’m 75 years old and I’m always treated with respect with my never ending questions. Shelley, the owner, has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about her products particularly CBD in regards to pain and sleep. She knows her stuff. I highly recommend this dispensary!

Very disappointed. The only time I go in there anymore because of this problem now is to pick up cbd for someone else. Getting stuff for myself is a problem. They can't seem to give me what I ask for missing at least one item. Then seeming to be in a hurry to get you paid & out the door. I've tried to explain my experience to them this last time and got hostile attitude as if she couldn't have made any mistakes and then I get hung up on. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO COUGAR CANNABIS! LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR DON'T WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!

They don't update their website, so you go in for something that they don't have. Plus the prices are way too high. The price advertised on the site doesn't exist at the store. The lady at the counter was very rude, and didn't care what was on the site. In fact she said I was mistaken, so I showed it to her. She said the site was way off that they don't even have flower prices as low in the store. I told her they should update it because it's basically false advertising. She said it's not her job. I will never go back, and wish I could give zero stars.

Time to update my review. Cougar is still my top place to go out of all of the other dispensaries in town. Brandi helped me out today, she is always super sweet and polite when I come in. She and Sierra (I hope I'm spelling her name right) get high praise from me. Because since my first ever visit they've both gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable while shopping. Whereas other stores are usually intimidating and make me feel like I know nothing. They have taught me a lot about good brands and what strains to stay away from.
