If I could leave a half star or no stars, I would. I set up WiFi through your employee Omar and it turned out to be higher than what he told me. When I came in to talk to him about it he told me to go to the other store and that their manager would just credit it. The other manager politely explained that he cannot credit due to it not being an issue from their store. You would think Costco t mobile would fix their issues instead of giving people the roundabout and telling them another store will fix their issues. Truly unprofessional and just ridiculous.

Costco is the best nationwide. I travel the country and every Costco I go has great employees. Keep up the good work.they are amazing 👏 love these guys. Costco has the best Christmas 🎄 items in town.

Its a warehouse. I feel process have been driven up too far, everywhere. It still seems to pay off in bulkier purchases. I am dissapointed that they dont allow open carry firarms. And we cant send another person inside to shop for us using our memb card. Its to their advantage only. Forces more memberships. I disagree that I'm saving more annually Vs. Memb.Costs. If so, then Im not saving anything above Memb fees. $60 eats up my savings. Doesn't make sense the way it is. If they've got some deals.? Then they're gen. great ones. So its +/- . We all are forced like sheepsters to buy by availability. It is what it is everywhere. Sucks.

Costco is great! The prices are kinda high but you are getting a lot more than you would at a non wholesale grocery store. The food court is great and has good prices. The samples are good and the kids like to go around and try the different food and snacks. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their customer service could use some work. The people at the sampling stations always look miserable like they are hating life. Ot actually made me not even want to go into a Costco for a few months.

This here is Costco. Smoking prices on way too big of packs of stuff. 5 gallons of BBQ sauce? Done. A metric ton of sugar? This is the place. Good luck not spending at least a hundred dollars or buying seven hundred pounds of food. Also good prices on electronics and household stuff. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Love how I can get the same products in Costco branches all over the country. Went in with a list of 18 items today, and they had 17 of them. (They were just out of steel-cut oats, which I was able to pick up easily at Sherms down the road).Gotta say, Costco seems to have been able to keep their prices super competitive. The HUGE container of Coffee Mate (56oz) was about $8 or $9. A local supermarket sells an 8oz of Coffee Mate for $6.50. Do the easy math.Costco is now 150 miles from my home, but it's still worth the drive, certainly when I spent $277 there today. And I can get the actual quality products and brands I prefer.

I pass on Costco. It's not a Bargin for anything. It's baked goods mold and are trash in 2 days. The checkout line makes you feel like you are livestock or maybe in the prison lunch line. Speaking of lunch it's off limits unless you have your membership card on you to show at the door. And they take it serious. Way serious! . Don't try and exit the building without a lack luster receipt check helping slow your escape from town on a Saturday.

The prices were also surprisingly competitive, making it an exciting shopping experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to answer questions. In addition, the store was extremely clean and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Costco. It's a great place to shop and I highly recommend it!

The Costco in Roseburg OR is your typical Costco store. We weee not dissapointed. As usual we left with more than we planned on getting. Don't bring a list, Costco will show you what to buy. :) The restrooms are clean and well maintained. The isles are clean and free of clutter. It was not crowded at all on this visit.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Costco/Kendal Fresh flowers!! Found out the flowers come straight from the growers, not shipped to a warehouse. No more wondering why they last so long once home!! Of course the more than reasonable prices go without saying! 💐🌻💐⚘🌻

The employees of the tire center are great, especially Bud. My issue is they put Gray weights on my Black wheels. They stand out like a sore thumb. I know they make Black weights.

Place is good and for the most part the employees are nice. The self check out is terrible though. They make you get your receipt looked over and signed then when you walk out the door they have to check over it again like really. It’s not an airport I shouldn’t be getting harassed twice to have the same cart checked multiple times. I went to walk out skipping the line because my receipt had already been checked and signed and they stopped me saying I had to go to the back of the line to get my stuff checked again didn’t matter that they signed it at self checkout. Get it together.

This is a better Costco than most. Roseburg is a smaller town. The people who work and shop here are nicer, and more polite than a lot of other Costcos.

Same can be said about this Costco as all Costco, employees are rude. Helpful but rude. If you don’t like people don’t be in customer service. Seems pretty simple to me.Today two checkers working together complained they had to unload my cart. The entire time complaining and moaning about doing their job. If self checkout attendants were so aggressive I would have just checked out myself.

It is big. However I wasn't told that Credit Cards are Not Allowed, when they talked me into an Executive Membership ... So I Must Use 1 of my Debit Cards, in other words, I must pay Cash for Any Purchase?!But I think I have found a Good Pharmacy, but it's too Soon to Tell?I am not too happy with the Executive Membership cost though!I Changed My Mind, my Executive Membership Card worked out Well at ed of Year ... I got 2%Back on All My Purchases ! Yea!! Happy Happy since I do shop there a lot!

I don't have a membership so all's I could do was look. My friend has a membership. I didn't have a slice of pizza and a strawberry shake and it was delicious! There was a coat there that I really wanted to get but without a membership I had to leave without it dang it. Lol but they might not have everything you want but they do have quite a bit.

Know your prices generally and look for specials. Some things are offered at good prices, but if you can only use 1/2 of it you eill still be wasting $$. Don't impulse buy as it can be costly.

It was the only pharmacy in town that could provide the vaccinations required for my new job... They were courteous, efficient and explained everything. Wonderful service and I highly recommend it. (Note: membership is not required for pharmacy visits but I will be getting one just based on this interaction.)
