They have everything you need. Large selection of shoes and clothing. They sell fire places and wood pellet stoves and lots of accessories, tools, plant food, fishing supplies. You name it. They have it. I really like going to the store. Everyone is very helpful. The store is very clean. Plenty of parking.

Much more than a Western Apparel Store! They have magnificent home and garden products, animal care products; feed, shampoo, ivermectin to name a few. Bought wrong size, color or just didn't work out? Cheerful refund or exchange for unused undamaged merchandise. Our motel/Christmas Tree Farm wouldn't be much without Coastal! I have beautiful garden benches, hummingbird feeders, and hardy plants from them. Terrific store!

This store is friendly enough. It's just that I feel like everything in there is way overpriced. So, it's not that I dislike the store itself or anything like that. It's just that the business itself is overcharging. And, maybe it's not. That's just my own personal opinion. They have really great belts there, though! And jeans, also! So I do recommend this store if you like the sparkly butt jeans and are able to pay those prices!

Last time I visited the store they had a couple of rain deer outside... and lots of kids and parents out front... made parking a bit of a challenge... but the price was surprisingly reasonable for my purchase...big plus all the cowgirls working there were professional, pretty and polite...

Their pellets for stove are handled WITHOUT CARE! by the time I put them in pellet stove, they were so filled with saw dust stove goes out. Not worth the cost for pellets and travel to get them. Find a local mom and pop shop! Found better deals locally, and the same pellets are not saw dust.

This is like the Beverly Hills of Western stores. It's such a beautiful store. It's clean, and the staff are so helpful. It's a treat to go there.

They don’t care about the truck drivers that keep their stores stocked. This is apparent by recieving starting at 8am and zero forklift help so constantly wasting truckers valuable time assisting customers and making a 30 minute process into a 2 hour nightmare. This is at all coastal stores but roseburg is one of the worst.

I usually buy my dogs food at mini pet mart in roseburg but they were out of stalk this last couple weeks on my brand so I come to coastal bc they seemingly had the last bag, tell me why I’ve never had a issue like this before with this brand but all the sudden I buy it from here an my dogs are getting sick like I changed their diet and then I find a rusted coin, a dime to be exact in my dogs food this morning when I’m giving them breakfast? People please pleaseee watch what goes into ur dogs food bowl because this is started to get worse and I honestly thought it was just the videos online but I guess not!!

I find each time Ive gone to coastal, that the young folks that work there are a bit snotty, not ALL of course, but Im talking 3 outta 4 so far... Makes it uncomfortable to ask for help. Just sayin

This is a great place to get all farming equipment like chicken wire, we've bought 20 chicks and 20 ducks from them, and they even had great cowboy hats. They have expensive brands and cheap ones that are great quality. I would say for farming and rugged wear, this is the best place to go in the country areas. Even was able to bring my dog and they welcomed her. I found my cowboy hat and a rain cover for it.

What a fun store to visit. They had way more in here than I ever expected. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I had to refrain from making several purchases as I could go broke in here lol. Now that I know what it's like in here I will be back. Ohhh and, and ,and, they have a store farm cat 🐈. How cool is that?!

just had the worst experience with Kris the store manager she refused to honor assign that clearly advertise assail a 40% off Noble Outfitters see photos she said it does not include pants however the sign is clearly over the pants not to mention there's no other Noble products around it she embarrassed me me and my wife on the line check out line she said it was a mistake but she can't honor it. Not to mention that I requested to speak with her three times but she refused to come out of the back room so I insisted to speak with her to no avail she stood our ground took the sign off. And made sure that I knew that she probably won.

This will be my last visit to Coastal. I stood at the gun sales area for 30 minutes. Nobody every came out. One employee lady walked by 3 or 4 times and didn't even ask if I needed help. Since I was standing at the counter it was a given. 2 other guys were standing around the gun area counter with me too, yet nobody showed to help anyone. Coastal employees could care less if I was wanting to buy a couple guns. They wonder why people buy things online so much. Coastal obviously doesn't need my money, so they won't be getting it again.....ever. I mentioned the lack of anyone helping anyone and they said it was because everyone was out back loading animal feed. I saw 2 people back there when I got my feed so they are under staffed I guess. You just lost more than a couple rifle sales Coastal. As if they even care. Terrible customer service. Even after mentioning it to the girl that checked me out for the animal feed, she didn't seem to give a RIP either. DISGUSTING way to attempt to do business. She didn't even offer to get anyone for me to help me buy some guns, didn't even say sorry or anything. Never again.
