My friend and I came in looking for a sectional and Josh was so helpful and kind. He knew all of the prices, deals and every little detail we asked about the different pieces of furniture. We feel really lucky that we had him as our sale rep , and Big Lots should be proud to have him in their company. He totally deserves a raise!

Nice to find a store where employees are genuinely nice! Unlike most discount stores, this Big Lots is always clean and well-organized. Josh, in the furniture section, was especially helpful and truly cared about making my purchase easy. Awesome shopping experience!

I didn't have to go very far into the store because I only needed one thing, which was located towards the front of the store. But it seemed clean and organized.

This place is just depressing now. The cashiers were really nice, but the store was empty, dirty, unorganized, and the prices were no better than an average retail store.

Big lots has the little goofy things that you are looking for like shower curtain rings and a slim cheap putty knife or that special dried espresso. And the pricing is always good

The manager Josh was assume he was very nice and helpful with our Christmas decorations that we bought. The Christmas decorations are always the best at your store thanks 👍

My wife had previously put a couch on hold to buy a different day (needed help moving it). It was supposed to be a gift for me after returning home from my second deployment in two years but that never happened, the manager in the furniture department apparently thought it was a prank and that my wife wasn’t old enough to buy a couch and sold it out from under her the day she was going to pick it up. Needless to say that we won’t be back, ended up having to buy my own couch when I got home and got a great deal at rifes off of Harvard.

Lots of merchandise to pick from at good prices.We usually go to Big Lots for outdoor items for the back yard, patio, deck, etc. Such as patio furniture, yard nick knacks, outdoor lights, etc. Selection has grown over the years and they have a lot to choose from.We also do the same for outdoor and indoor Christmas decorations. Lots of choices during the holiday season.We have purchased bed frames here as well. Good selection of furniture at pretty good prices.Good selection of grocery items as well and we usually get our K-cups here in the large boxes. Again, good prices.Staff was helpful and only a small wait in line.

They might have a lot of good deals that I don't know about because I got a Big Lots for one reason, they're inexpensive Electronics accessories. Somehow they manage to find incredible products for incredible prices. Thank you Big Lots

I've lived in this area now five years. I stopped going to the store. It was always empty dirty. But wow shock me this. It was very clean fully stocked great variety good service I was amazed

Lots of cool and cheap goodies to be found! Furniture at a good bargain, too!1/1 Got some great deals on Christmas stuff-- 50% on almost everything now that the season is over! Make sure to stop in before it's all stowed away for next year!

I HATE that big lots has a 50% off toys sale and when you order, they send a follow up email that nothing can get shipped. It’s absolutely wrong! If I could have rated them a zero stars I would have. If it happened once I might understand. This is my second online order......bye bye big lots!

Prepaid for a couch went beck the next day and picked it up. When we got it home we found out they gave us the wrong one and it was damaged. They did refund some money but we won't be buying furniture there anymore.

It's still a great place for decor. Unfortunately, the deals aren't as good as they used to be. Curtain rods close to the same price as Lowe's.

The staff was amazing and super helpful and put up with my 4 kids all under 5 and ALL Wayyyy past due for their naps…so if you have kids (or even if you don’t) I’m sure you can imagine how chaotic that hour was!! :).

I give the store 5 stars for service and friendly employees. But i wish they had more stock, some of things I go there for they have been out of the last 2 times I've been in.But customer service always makes me happy and I will continue to shop here

Seams like a decent store, the selection is varied and smaller but wasn't in the mood for crowds so it fit the bill for today's shoping.Toys and basic dry goods to mattresses and furniture.Will stop in again.

Mostly great experiences at this location. Only one issue but it wasn't bad enough to rate lower or make us stop visiting this store in fact my husband, oldest son and I spent close to an hour killing time there this morning after dropping our dog off at the vet.

You can get some pretty good deals here! I like getting certain natural food items at really low prices. Just like other similar discount stores, you have to use a little caution, because some products can be expired, near expired, or non-edible; but that does not happen too often to skip out on good discounts.
