This store is such an amazing store, when I was going there almost 4 times a week when the new owner took over, her and her staff was amazing! Her and her staff have been very helpful with stuff I didn't know to get and they all were one on one with their customers. Such a positive and great Environment for all of those animals, they are always so lively and and well taken care of by everyone. She has done an excellent job with her store and running it, I have heard all of the best from that store. I would recommend that store for everyone that needs anything for their animals!!!

I came into Atlantis about a month ago wanting some Angel fish. I’ve never owned Angel fish before and had absolutely no idea how to care for them or what to get to give them the best life. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the fish. I was wanting to put a different species in the tank with them, and was directed to the best fit for my little guys. The owner also directed me to the best food to give them and water treatment. Atlantis also tested my fish tank water for free to make sure it had the perfect balance for my fish. I highly recommend Atlantis!

I have been in this store many, many times and every single time it has been nothing but wonderful! Morgan has always gone above & beyond for us and our reptiles. Lots of cool pets to see and plenty of things for your animals to eat and play with. Kids love stopping in here to see all of the spiders and lizards, and the axolotl especially.

I live in Eugene, but make the drive down to Atlantis regularly. The staff is super wonderful and they stock some stuff I’m not able to get in town. I recently had trouble with a pet rat (not to their own fault) - all I had to do was send a message and they happily gave me a credit for the next time I visited! I highly recommend Atlantis for any of your reptile, fish, and small animal needs!

My whole purpose is to watch. I check stores, humane societies, breeders.This was a sad store to come into. No extensive knowledge known by any of the staff regarding the harder species. Co-habbed reptiles, repticarpet and colored lighting all in use. Extremely overpriced animals and supplies. Overheard what I would assume is the owner or manager gal yelling and being condescending to the staff. Cleanliness was superficial and there are native Oregon roaches running around. Not feeder roaches. Overall extremely unimpressed and feeling sad for the animals in the store. The new owner seems to be dropping the quality of the store.

When I lived in Roseburg, Atlantis is where we went for most of our animal needs. When Morgyn took over and changed it up a little it was amazing. I have also had the pleasure of working for her and with her. I worked at her shop as a fulltime employee and also did rescue related things with her as well. She has never had anything but the best for her animals in mind. She also makes sure her stuff and herself stay up-to-date on information about the animals she sells and the ones she doesn't. She trys to be as open with people as she can about the animals the customer asks about. This shop is her passion. I'm so proud of you and all your staff. Keep up the great job.

Most unbelievable place to purchase a reptile. Customer service is excellent. As soon as you walk in it feels like stepping into nature the employees are there to help you with anything and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Such a cool shop! They have many different reptile species and variants. A good fish selection too! They even have small rodents from mice to rabbits. Very strong smell when you walk in, but I'm sure it's hard to manage the smell from that many animals. Highly recommend to shop here and support a local business for all your small pet needs!

Very helpful and awesome selection! Got a Betta from them and it's doing great! The gentleman let us know that if anything happened to the fish, to bring the fish and a water sample back. If the water is OK, they would replace on the spot. If the water was the issue, they wanted to make sure the water was proper and then replace the fish. I thought that was awesome! What a way to care for the animals and the customers. Definitely will be back!

All the enclosures were clean and all the animals were kept in the correct husbandy. No animals, including fish appeared to be sick and there was impressive selection.I visited from out of the state and was impressed with the customer service. Me and my family were greeted and the staff showed us where we could find the Isopods we were looking for in the future when they were in stock. The next time I pass through this part of town again, I will definitely stop by again.Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I didn’t know what type of pet we wanted but they helped us get some cute bunnies. When I had many questions about an exotic animal, the manager was super kind enough to take time out of her day to talk to my husband and I about them. I would 100% recommend coming here for getting a new pet and for all there needs.

This store is great! Our friend who owns a Russian tortoise told us to come here because they have great selection of fish. She was right! Leana, Christina and Morgan were all fantastic. Nice selection great service and a clean store! We will be back!
