Went to Ace not only for the convenience but because the prices are very competitive. I was looking for a electrical adapter that would allow me to hook up my Motor Home to my Dryer plug in. A Ace Employee over heard what I was planning to do. When He approached me and said that if I did so it would most likely be the end of the electrical system in my R/V. Then showed me the right part that would not cause proublems. Thanks "ACE" You have heard it on TV now I'm telling you to "GO TO THE PRO'SGo to ACE HARDWARE "I didn't even have to call the Fire Dept. ✌🏻

Simply THE BEST place to shop. The guys are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They even loaned us a tool we needed which saved us over $20. We absolutely love spending our money here as opposed to some big corporation. Let's be honest, these big box companies do not hire the best of the best. I had Bought a kitchen sink faucet from Lowes.I was not able to get the nut to tight down under the sink, due to the nut being to big for the space.So So Jeramey and Gabriel made me a spacer out of pvc pipe. And it worked perfectly!!!Plus explained to me how to remove the aerator and clean it.I can not thank you enough for all your help!!!

You can find almost everything you need here. True old fashioned hardware stor. I avoid the big box places because this place will likely have what you want WITH the added benefit of knowledgeable staff.

I was unable to use the coupons I received in the mail. He said that he would have to spend $1,800 per year to be part of the Reward program. So I wasted my time going there with the coupons I received in the mail. There was very little inventory in that store also

The staff was very helpful. They advised me about repairing something so I wouldn't have to purchase an expensive replacement. I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing or electric issues that I can do myself. And they are very friendly.

I was looking for a product, but it wasn't available locally. The big box home improvement stores in town actually told me that there was no such thing. I found it on the internet available from Ace Hardware. The local Apex Ace didn't have it in stock, but I could order it and have it delivered to the local store. It arrived two days before it was expected, and Apex called me right away. The pick-up was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Apex is one of the best family owned hardware stores. If the big box stores dont have if or can't fine it or have no idea what you are talking about these guys do. They will give out of their way to find anything! if you have an older house with a leaky bathroom faucet that is original and cool Apex probably has the seal kit. This is the kind of hardware store tradesmen (contractors, and plumbers) shop because there is no nonsense and it does not take half a day to find what you need.

LOVE these folks!! Whatever old-school plumbing supplies, electrical outlet covers that are one of those off-colours or just the stuff big-box stores DON'T have, they have it every time!
