I had a great experience filling a prescription here for the first time. Based on the reviews, I thought I'd have to wait a while even if I called ahead. Their phones were often busy (but show me a pharmacy that doesn't have busy phones and faxes!). I believe I spoke to Lisa on the phone, and she was very polite, helpful, and speedy. Turns out I didn't have to wait - my prescription was already ready! I don't regularly need medication, so I was a little unsure where to go even though there are big signs everywhere. The staff were friendly and warm as they helped me out. They also suggested various discount options. I didn't need to talk to the pharmacist but he was at the ready just in case. I'm sorry if some had bad experiences, but I have to wonder if they accidentally reviewed the wrong place. Thank you!

Some of the pharmacy staff are rude. Dropped off and was told to give them 2 hrs. I gave them 2 1/2 hrs. Came up to the window and was told to give them 30 minutes. Did some shopping came back 30 minutes later. Told again not ready and I asked how much longer. Lady got snotty and said could be 2 more hrs. After this I will no longer be using them.

Use to be good. Since BiMart Pharmacies closed, horrid. Had great staff, now rude. Business elsewhere.

Sadly, they never answer the phone, never have (so far) returned messages. The florist dept answered one time, saying that the pharmacy staff all goes over to the Safeway pharmacy some afternoons to help THEM!I know the BiMart closure was hard on all the pharmacies in town, but... it's not like this is a little local drugstore. Guess I am going to have to transfer everything to the new Aviva pharmacy.

They don’t have medicine in stock, tell you to come back next day for medicine & still don’t have it in stock. They lie & say your doctor didn’t call something in which I know isn’t true since I’m the one who called. Terrible place.

I was out of town with three medications ready to pick up, only running out of one, and the other two medications were about to be put back on the shelf. I figure it’s no big deal, I’ll pick up the one medication I need when I get back to town - I received no notification that the one medication I needed was going to be put back. I tried to pick it up this morning and they had put away the wrong medication, so one I didn’t need was ready instead. The medication I needed was first filled on 9/1, I received my last notification about it on 9/7, and tried to pick it up on 9/10 only to be told they “only hold it for 30 days.” I asked them to refill the one medication I needed and they said it would be “at least an hour.” I went home for two hours and came back, it still wasn’t ready. Waited 30 more minutes before they finally filled my prescription that should have been ready this morning.

Pharmacy in Roseburg, Oregon is one of the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to. Had to wait in line for 45 minutes then to find out my mom's meds weren't done,which she called in 3 days earlier.

Don’t answer their phones or voicemails from doctors offices. Claimed my doctor denied the life saving medicine my insulin dependent child needed. Taking my business elsewhere after 5 days of back and forth with no resolution or responsibility for their inadequacies. If your life depends on this place, you’re in trouble.

Albertsons pharmacy remains woefully understaffed and is inept at answering phone calls or responding to voicemail. Unfortunatrly the Bi-Mart pharmacy closed because it provided promp service. I would rate Albertsons a "0" if it were possible.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone, you have to wait sometimes 2 weeks for them to get your medications filled, not to mention the line you wait in

They will not answer their phone at all. Aswell as not keeping in touch with your doctors. Rude treatment by the new staff the old staff is still good.
