Working Holly and Greg has been an awesome experience for me. There knowledge of the products and product recommendations are very useful and very pleased with their choices for me. Aarons, same store just different location. The sales people are nice.The reason for 4 stars, wish there was a bigger location & selection of products. But you also don’t get much of a bigger selection online too. So not sure if it’s a per store / size of city thing because the website is lacking too. Good for if your in a pinch and need something.

I am deeply disturbed how Aaron’s conducts their business. I was not even a week late on a payment and they had someone show up to my house!! That is absolute harassment! They call twice a day, morning and night! I cannot wait to pay off my purchase and I will never ever patronize this place again! I will be reporting them to corporate as well. Unacceptable!!!

We have been customers since Aaron's first opened here in Roseburg Oregon. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The quality and the prices are well worth it, yet most of all the customer service is extremely excellent. We have never had a bad experience in the store or with delivery. So when I got my item they were very pleasant and friendly but when I moved I was treated like a child on the phone I didn’t get his name but I’ve never been talked to like that by anyone my whole life and not to mention I’m not on the contract so I was in shock! When we moved we let them know the item was in storage in the town we purchased it! I got a call the day after we moved the item to Cali and was treated like a thief even tho it’s paid for every month! The contract is in my husbands name not mine but I will say this I have got items from rent a center and Aaron’s and I will for sure keep doing business with rent a center but I will never purchase from Aaron’s again especially the Roseburg Oregon location

Friendly staff! Great prices if you can’t afford to buy cash. They also offer 120 days same as cash and on some things it’s pretty comparable! I love that their prices include warranty with free delivery and set up. Aarons is great! Roseburg is a top 10 store 4 out of 5 years, that speaks for itself.

They just sold my 20 yr old niece with a newborn baby bed bug ridden furniture with bed bugs. After 4 people being bitten she called and manager said he highly doubted it cause they clean their furniture but he would come check. We had professional pest control come and found nest of bed bugs. We showed report and bugs in a zip lock bag to this moron and he said he didn't see signs of bugs so he didn't see how that was possible. Apparently Aaron's hires salesman more qualified that professionals. He then said he goes with a company who services them regularly. This furniture was so old it has been discontinued. So the pest control company who missed this infestation is who he wanted to go through. So long story short if you want pest control issues and over priced COME ON DOWN. The company's delivery guys seemed more customer service capable, knowledgable and interested in the companies reputation than the manager. Manager is reason we didn't want more furniture thrift stores guarantee their products way more. This guy didn't even apologize and she can't get her money till 7 to ten days.

Worst customer service when there is a problem. They harass you. If you have a problem they are not in any hurry. I made payments for over a year on a washer that was broke and was told it was "energy saver" finally after complaining over and over again, they looked at it and in fact it was broke. Then would not even budge on cost even though the washer they left was years older and smaller. I will never do business with them again Ever.

I’m sure the local store is great service wise but as far as the online and corporate, it felt like zero customer service was given. Placed an order for a new Samsung washer and dryer set that said available for my area on 12/24. Since the tracking never updated passed “order being processed I called the 1800 number and the local store three times between then and 1/3 to see the progress only to be told that the order “has already been shipped” to the store and they will give me a call when they can deliver it. Then today I get an email... no call, but an email saying that it was actually never shipped and they didn’t have it in stock so they are cancelling my order. This might not have been such a huge deal if it was a tablet or a coffee table, but rather a washer and dryer for my parents who just moved in to their new place and do not have a set yet. Very disappointed at the lack of care and no resolution. :/

Jerks!!!! Harassing you all hours of the day. Calling from private numbers to trick you. Only care if you are giving them payments. I never was late or missed a payment even after I completely shattered my foot and was out of work. They gave my family broken equipment then tried to pass it off as "energy saving" I absolutely am disappointed and even after I said i am just going to have to take my business somewhere else they said Im sorry to hear that. Guess that's how much they value their customers.

Quite Expensive as per your usual rent to own place. But great Customer service as well as friendly staff and a nice variety of items to browse for. Friendly with pets as well. I highly recommend anyone who needs to use a rent to own store in the area to come here.

DO NOT USE AARONS. QVC offers payment plans without raising the overall price of the item. But this is not even my main concern here, my elderly mother purchased a computer through Aaron's, she was told she was receiving a top of the line PC. After being over charged for this PC she had it looked at for several issues and come to find out she had been sold an inferior PC with low RAM. Overcharged and swindled. Not a good business practice. I implore people not to use these people for anything, QVC, Amazon, hell even E-bay offer a much better service. Aaron's is a scam pure and simple
