This store is FANTASTIC. Much larger than it looks from the outside.....a great selection of pet foods and very generous with samples.I was looking for frozen bone broth which most stores don't seem to have on hand but !voila!, there were several flavors, excellent.Tony is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.We will be returning whenever we come over from Brookings.

Cute little pet supply store where animals are allowed. My dog loves this place and picks out his own toys and treats. They have everything needed for dogs and cats, some supplies for other animals too. Super friendly staff, always go out of their way to be helpful. There is also a dog washing station and nail trimming on certain days of the week.

I buy both my cat and dog food here. It is a wonderful pet food store similar to a Nature's Pet store but located conveniently for my rural town. I appreciate the quality selections, free samples, and rewards system for items I buy regularly to earn deals occasionally.

Exceptional service. Helped us get our dogs and cats on much better food to fit their needs. Great prices and knowledgeable staff always ready to make the customers and their pets happy. Just went in yesterday looking for something to help our dog with a skin problem she had been having and they were so helpful with finding a solution to get her better and working!! Each day she is getting more and more like her old self thanks to them!

I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory that was available at what I assumed was just a small local store. However the one employee there v ad distinctly indifferent to my presence, seeming not to care whether I bought anything or not. That is a dramatic contrast to Main Building Supply, a block away, that has been a local successful business for more than a half century. Customer Service is Everything!

When I got Kittens, I went there. It was a new place. I asked about food I could donate to the shelter I got my kittens at. He sold me 100s of pounds of food at 50 to 70 percent off. We were able to feed so many Animals! We just teamed up with them lately to donate four large Dog crates to a Shelter, they ate more than a Store. Great store though!

Full of ill-behaved, unleashed dogs that harassed mine completely out of the store. Limited food selection makes it an extra easy choice to drive into town for dog food instead. They used to be better; I don't know what happened.

Love this place! We have a kitty boarder who was out of food. We made the trip to Red Dog in RR for Chloe's food and got a whole selection of samples for Forrest to try. He powered through the first one within minutes of it hitting the bowl. They have a money back guarantee on foods if your critter hates what you bought and a rewards system too. We only buy our pet food here as the quality and service are unequaled in our area. Give them a try, tell ' em the Pearson's sent you.

We just moved to the area and my dog desperately needed a bath. Stopped in yo use their dog wash station, which was excellent! Customer service was fantastic. Will be back frequently for more baths and treats!

ALMOST KILLED MY CAT! PLEASE READ:I asked the guy for FOOD-GRADE 100% Diatomaceous earth to feed my cat as a dietary supplement. He sold me a product that was toxic!It said right on the label: "80% diatomaceous earth plus other oxides", "do not contaminate food with this product" and "WARNING: If swallowed, contact poison control immediately". When I bring this to his attention upon returning this product, he chalks it up to a "brain fart", and expects me to laugh it off. Ridiculous!I will never do business here again. I don't mind driving a bit further for knowledgeable staff that won't kill my pet. If you need pet supplies in Rogue River, try Main Building Supply. My preferred pet supply store is now Mini Pet Mart in Grants Pass - knowledgeable, professional, and less expensive. (Red Dog charged me $13.99 for 2lbs of this poison, while Mini Pet Mart sells food-grade, non-toxic 100% diatomaceous earth in 5lb bags for $10.99 each).
