This place is awesome, I love visiting there. As their varieties are amazing including a full deli and bakery area. I had a tri-tip sandwich and while the flavor was there, I'd encourage more sauce put on as the sandwich was a bit dry. But as a whole it's a great place to shop. Their cold cut sandwiches have yet to disappoint and their fountain drink area always clean.

Let's spread some love, shall we?? Tough times we live in right now, I know - but inevitably, convenience comes with a fee. Yes, it's obvious that Ray's is a dollar, 2 dollars more compared to all, but don't forget that this is our Town's local store and we should, at least try to support it. This is an employee owned store. Imagine if there's no Ray's blocks from your home? Hop in your car, burn that pricey gas to go Grants Pass? Dang, I'm an immigrant and not even from here. To each their own. Take care now.

Nice people working there, but it seems they have a monopoly on being the only grocery store here in Rogue River. And their prices definitely reflect it!!

Got a turkey leg that was so tough I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Had to throw it away. Bought chicken wings from the deli cold case that were so dried out I couldn’t eat them. I spent $26.00 and the only thing edible was the peanuts from a can.

The Owner of Rays should be utterly ASHAMED of the prices at this location. And you know exactly what you're doing to Rogue River citizens who can't make it to Walmart or a WinCo in GP. You have no values, no morality, and you should be ashamed!Do not even bother writing some "soundbite" reply like all the other reviews about how you offer the best prices when you willfully know that as a lie.

I know groceries prices have sky rocketed but this place is is overboard. It's sad because it's the only grocery store in Rogue River.

Nice down home feeling grocery store. Really great bakery with a variety of deliciousness. Wonderful people and service. Prices are worth it to have a good downhome store close. Always great service and friendly people.

I like this store, the people are very nice and it's always clean and very organized. Yes, some of the prices are high and I wish they could lower a few to a more reasonable amount but it's owned by the employees and they have bills to pay too.

We only go there when necessary everything is 2 to 3 times more than the big stores but you don't have to drive 15 to 30 minutes if you live in Rogue River convenient with expensive

I love Ray's. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that thier prices are pretty high but they have a really good meat department and thier meat very high quality. The store is employee owned and it really shows as the people who work there are the friendliest people around.

Would be good if the cashiers would actually give you the items you paid for especially when your disabled and don't have a car now I have to go hungry tonight because I don't have the stuff to make my dinner nor the money to pay for it again thanks. Your thieves until I'm reimbursed or I get my stuff

This store has the rudest deli employees I have ever seen at any rays. The worst attitude and energy I’ve ever got from someone serving me food. Why I don’t go there anymore. The regular grocery employees are awesome. But I feel like the deli employees are so miserable here that they try to make your day as bad as theirs if you make them work.

Nice small town store. Not the cheapest but if you don't want to drive 15 minutes away to another store then it'll do in a pinch. Variety was lacking on some packaged items but it's not a big place so understandable. I did notice decent prices on certain basics, but not the packaged goods I saw. Friendly workers.I'm not intent on changing anything, just reporting my observations.

It's the only option unless you want to drive a bit further into grants pass or further still to medford. And although at times they seem to have higher prices, the convenience and the friendly crew make up for that. Also, unlike most grocery stores if there is something you may need and they don't have it in stock you can place a custom request for the item and if it's available they'll get it for you. The bakery breads are good, although the fresh doughnuts leave much to be desired (or less actually, way to much icing on them every time it just ends up sliding off). A nice selection of wines and beers but if you need something stronger and you are able to go to the gold hill rays food place, they have a full liquor selection inside their store, reasonably priced too. A final note, for many many teens that grow up in rogue river, rays food place has been their first employer and helps shape the future of this community. There is a level of professionalism not commonly found in most local stores that I am proud to be able to support as a customer and a resident of the Rogue Valley. Rogue river wouldn't be the same without you guys.

Prices are a bit too much but they are very nice there. We have gone in there on a few occasions when we don't want to go to Medford or Grants Pass.

We all know they are very VERY pricey, but (at least in the RR location) they do have a great selection for such a little store & it beats having to drive to GP for a few forgotten/needed items. It's been remodeled and they have a great selection of wines and a great deli. Jay and Tamara and Milo have been my cashiers there for years and are all super friendly and helpful!

Only a four because I just pop in for a couple items so no in depth assessment. The produce was well stocked and looked fresh. The canned item I was looking for was in stock and had several selections. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Expensive! The prices are terrible. I usually drive to Grants Pass Fred Myers store, where the prices are at least 30% lower or more! I think this Ray's is usually located in areas where there is no competition. When there is no competition, they can ask any crazy price! This is practice is known as Food desert Piracy!! I noticed several out of date "fresh" cut meats. The sell by dates were past. Just disgusting!

Purchased two five pound bags of red potatoes, they were $5.99 each. I have never seen two full bags of such disgusting potatoes in my life! If I had cut all the bad parts off there would not have been much left. They did give me a refund and the young man that was the cashier was very nice, the lady manager not so much. It was near closing time so maybe she was very busy😐

It's the only place in town, it's expensive but they have what you want and the people seem to be helpful and nice.

It is the local rogue river city market. Produce is much lacking in quality and selection. Prices are a bit elevated. It's nice to have in town but not most peoples first choice. Most of the staff is wonderful which should have me ranking it higher but I don't come for the staff. Sorry Ray's of Rogue River Love you guys but you're not the greatest place to shop. I shop there because it's closer than driving elsewhere. you should probably stop selling fresh produce or have an inspection, dont think I've ever seen more mold growing than in your produce area anywhere. nothing new for you, it's been lime that for years.

This place is always way to high priced for my liking. All the rays food place stores a way to expensive for a working family I recommend food for less or sherms thunderbird.
