Our newest adoption, Daisy, a rambunctious geriatric silky terrier weighing in at an astonishing 3.5 lbs, recently visited this little grooming shop for a much needed bath and hair cut. She came into our family rather matted and stinky with hair grown down covering her eyes. We had been concerned about her tolerance to grooming due to her health issues and frailties from her age but the crew at the salon were very attentive and they took such great care of her. She looks 10 years younger now and can actually see the world again now that her eyes aren't covered by her hair. Her entire personality is different, she's so happy. I couldn't be more pleased by the quality and my god, these groomers are fast. The cost was typical of most pet groomers but I feel the care and attention to my pets needs was far superior to any local competitors making it an even better value. I can't recall the name of the groomer, it may have been Samantha....i hope thats right. Either way, give them a try next time you need your pets pampered, tell them daisy sent you!

The woman cut my dogs nails and they were super long still and the dewclaws didn't get touched. My pup was freaking out really bad and peed all over me and a little bit on the lady (I was holding my pup on my lap). The lady was so so nice but my pup has never reacted like that when I've taken her anywhere else.

Did a wonderful job with our very old mostly blind lady pooch who had overgrown nails and a very thick winter coat needing removing, when I went to get her she was laying perfectly happy and unstressed looking like a different dog, I definitely recommend them ..

Big heads up to this dog groomer! We took our two, farm dogs in for grooming. Long-haired border collies. I was embarrassed with the condition they were in. When I picked them up I couldn't believe my eyes! They were just beautiful! They were there a while, understandably so, and appeared no worse for the wear. They seem to have had a good time! 100% Recommend this groomer. I am so grateful and frankly shocked with the outcome.

I'm shocked at these other reviews here. I took my dog to Grooming by Tarey after having an appointment for over a week. He was the first one there for a 9 a.m. appointment. The lady (I assume it was Tarey) said it would be a few hours. We came to pick him up after four hours. When we went in she said she wasn't done with him yet. He wasn't even on the table. There were several other dogs there and several people came in while we were there to drop off dogs and cats. Tarey said she had been busy and it would be another 30-45 minutes.First of all, what is the point of an appointment if she takes drop-ins rather than finishing the appointments? Second, we live in Wimer so it wasn't convenient to come back in 30-45 minutes. She should have called us to let us know he wasn't ready to be picked up.We did leave to let her finish since we didn't have much choice. We went to have lunch and came back. It was now almost 2:30 and she still wasn't finished with our dog so we sat down to wait. There was another dog there in a pen that was whining and Tarey kept telling the dog to hush. After a few minutes, we heard her hatefully telling a dog to "stop it." My husband stood up and looked back there and she was talking to our dog and yanking on his front legs. My husband went back there and grabbed our dog and said "No one treats my dog like that! You are done." Tarey proceeded to say that she was talking to the other dog, which wasn't true because at that point the other dog was quiet. Also, he saw her yank on our dog's front leg several times while she said "stop it."Unfortunately, my husband paid for the service, which I think should have been free. Over 5 1/2 hours, no phone call, and still not done with grooming. His tail never got trimmed nor did his nails. I'm not sure what she did do other than shave him. Also, as soon as we got home, our dog went straight for his water bowl and drank for a long time. I'm not sure he had access to water while there.After this happened, I called a couple friends who have lived in the area longer than we have. I sure wish I had asked around before taking our dog here. Both friends had horror stories about how animals have been treated here. I don't want to tell those stories since I didn't witness them directly. However, I wanted to post this so others will ask around before dropping off a pet here. If you do decide to give her a try, you should consider staying there while your pet is there to observe the treatment. We like to support local businesses when we can, however, we will not support this business again and I plan to file a complaint as well.

BECCA did the BEST haircut on my standard poodle Gracie....I mean the best one ever. Gracie looks adorable. Her cut is awesome. When I arrived to pick Gracie up, her hair doo was perfect. Becca had put bows in her hair and even a pom pom bow on her front legs. OMG...she is beautiful. Thank you Becca. You are my new everything time groomer.

New to the area 2018 and took mom's 12 year old cat Jeff in to Tarey and Becaa for a summer body shave. New groomer so we would have been satisfied no matter what Jeff looked like, as long as he was relieved and cool for the summer. Jeff came back to us a new cat - Wow! Fantastic and so Creative. Honestly, Jeff was prancing around like a kitten. Jeff's second body shave was in May for summer 2019. When we came to get Jeff he wasn't ready. We saw him standing there willingly letting Tarey trim away - amazing! Same great results. Just awesome!

My dog had long nails. I went in to see if I could get them clipped. I was told "yes in 15 min". The lady took time on all dog's nails. Cost me $6.00!

This place is awesome I take my Two Kitties there to get their nails done the ladies are so gentle and yet so efficient that the kitties don't even know what's going on and a great price for nail clipping a must see if you don't like a lot of your vets
